Love the updated waitstaff service, especially where theyll check in more than once before the movie starts. I hate having the old way where the staff is no where to be found once they take your order. We just saw Tenet, and we even received a food quality check during the movie. Thanks bunches!

Awesome experience and great amenities, a little expensive but overall I think everything is in great condition and lots of space and options to choose. Shuffleboard, pool, food, plenty of seating before theovie with full food menu. Games are a hit expensive but they are well maintained and the venue offers plenty of room to make it feel great for any party size.

Love this place! Cant wait for them to re open. Havent seen a dinner/movie place since I was a kid, and I love everything about this theater.

Ive been missing going out with my wife this was our date night every week as we are regal unlimited members and I must say our first time back was great! Thank you regal, we felt safe, comfortable, and clean.

This was our 1st experience in the new theater, though my wife remembers the old set up from her childhood. The theater experience was very nice and the food was surprisingly good. The service was excellent, they clearly have added additional staff to handle the workload. I would advise anyone not to sit in the front row as it did look a little steep. Also keep in mind it takes a little while for your food to arrive, but its not like youre going anywhere. Overall very good.

Good seating.Expensive prices on food! Even though they have servers, $8.00 for a large popcorn, even with real butter, is too high. Over $20 for 2 drinks and a tub of popcorn when I visited. Decide for yourself. Good theater.

Theater and concession were nice. I am giving 3 stars because this was our first time and we entered the theater through the mall after having dinner at Cheesecake factory. When we left the theater the mall and exit we came in were shut down. We were not aware of this. I recently broke my ankle in three places and had to walk all the way around the mall to get to our car. Because it was dark when we got out the theater my husband could not leave me to go retrieve the car. Good place, will probably visit again but just make sure you park behind the mall if seeing a late movie. I am sure this is something locals know but being relatively new to the area and our first time visiting I didnt. I also dont recall seeing any signs saying the exits would close at a specific time.

Went to see a film during COVID, and while the theater was empty, the staff was nice and friendly. Even gave us our popcorn for free.

Before Covid definitely 5 stars.During Covid (9-30-20) it isnt at fun but not by any means in the control of the theater. They have almost no dining room, zero bar seats, and the movie itself was pretty empty. In my opinion it was awesome but for some it may not be perfect. Expect to enjoy the experience alone until the covid precautions are lifted.

I was back at this theater for the first time since the remodeling to see Onward today! Its a great atmosphere in the theater, but the part I loved best was the bar. Our bartender, Dalton was super helpful in explaining how the new setup worked. He hooked me up with a giant Miller Light that lasted me the whole movie, and my wife said he made the best margarita shes had since we moved back to Knoxville! The service in the theater was cool, we just got popcorn but it took a while longer than we thought it would. Well probably just get that from the bar next time too. We cannot wait to come back when we see Black Widow!

$25 for 2 tickets is absurd!! Yea its a nice theater that serves overpriced food to your seat before the movie, but a movie shouldnt cost $25 just for 2 tickets! We werent expecting that & therefore didnt get to have any drinks or snacks which takes away from the experience of going out to the movies! If I hadnt been waiting so anxiously for so long to see that movie no way would we have paid that!

Absolutely amazing theater. So nice to have a theater with a full menu of amazing food like 5 different types of hamburgers cheese sticks and the traditional food like popcorn and candy. Leather chairs that have electric buttons for reclining. Popcorn is made with real butter and is the absolute best popcorn Ive ever had at the movies. The only reason Im giving a 4 stars is because the food is pretty pricey. If you want get an actual meal for 2 itll be over $50. My fiance got a burger and fries and and I got popcorn and we shared a coke. My nephew works there so I got a little discount but even still is was $28. Imagine what it would have been without the discount. Other that the food being pricey it was am amazing.

Wow !! What a great experience at this theater! I am a Regal Crown Club member so I have visited a number of Regal Theaters. This is my all time favorite. All employees were friendly and helpful. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the reclining seats. Every seat is a good seat for seeing the screen. The food was perfect. I had chicken and waffles and enjoyed every bite with fabulous honey mustard dipping sauce! They were out of coffee so I was disappointed about that but my root beer was cold and refreshing.

The place is awesome. I love the upstairs nook with arcade games. The bar is pretty great as well. I love the alcoholic milkshakes. The seating inside the theatre is comfortable and cushiony (at least for new releases). If it’s an older release it’s a bit of a downgrade to a more typical theatre. Still a great place.

Watching UFC on big screens surrounding the room is always a good thing. Doing it where you can play video games and have an amazing meal served by friendly and prompt folks who care... That is a unicorn in the service industry. And these guys nail it. And if you want to watch a movie... They do that too with service at your seat.

The theater is very nice and the seats are super comfy. I like the arcade/bar area. We went on a Tuesday evening, so it wasnt packed. We ended up ordering some food and wow was it expensive. Next time well probably eat before going. The food wasnt bad, but was extremely average for the price.

The renovation is great. We enjoyed our movie experience. The only thing I would change is being able to get a refill on beverages during a movie. There is no one at a traditional concession stand. It is all order only from what we could tell. They have a wide variety of a menu which is mostly competitively priced as well. We were quite comfortable overall and probably visit again.

I love Cinebarre! Its nice to have extra space and a chair that I can sit comfortably in. I rarely go to theatres simply because I hate the atmosphere but Cinebarre changed that for me. I also love their drinks and the food is pretty good. Prices seem kinda expensive at first but the portions are huge and the drinks are strong and well made. I recommend the black cherry lit with pork belly or the spiked strawberry lemonade with just popcorn. The staff is always fun and friendly and the atmosphere is great. West town theatre used to be eery and out of date but the vibe as soon as you walk in is COMPLETELY different. The upstairs is now an arcade and they have pool tables and tons of seating for hanging out or dining.

Ive gotta say that the Cinebarre is an experience that is worth it. You can buy food and drinks (alcohol too), plus tickets for a slightly cheaper price than the regular theater. SO WORTH IT. I recommend it to everyone. The service is great. The seating is outstanding and comfortable. Just overall a wonderful experience!

Great location and amenity to have in Knoxville for a competitive edge on what other larger cities are able to offer. The view of the screen is amazing from almost any seat (aside from the FRONT ROW...youve been warned), the food is alright, the chair s unbelievably comfortable and recline.However, I would like to forewarn anyone going here that may be slightly health-conscious, water is NOT standard being that if you order water you will be served 1 small 4oz cup (non-refillable). I suggest you bring your own bottle and fill it in the lobby. This seems like a misplaced judgment call by Regal given that any paying customer will have already spent a considerable amount on tickets + food combine to offset the effort or cost involved in an attendant bringing a NORMAL SIZED glass of water. Just a heads up to any movie-goer to this location!

Chairs are so comfortable. Movies are great. Workers are friendly and always here to help. Deals are good and milkshakes are worth every penny.

This was our favorite place to go when it first opened. But they are taking away stuff that sets them apart from basic movie theaters. They were changing to Pepsi which I dislike, its one place I can actually get Pibb Xtra in the area. They did away with the kids meals, we have 3 kids that usually come with us sometimes more. With no kids meals its way too expensive to bring the family now. They had nice baskets, bowls, etc, napkins and forks at every seat, all gone now and changed to basic stuff. The overall quality has went way down from what it was. Please dont do away with the stuff that is making you stand out from other people!

I was meeting my family and coming straight from the hospital I work out. 10 minutes late, so I was only told I could order at the bar. That would’ve been great. but I waited there 10 minutes while the bartender texted on his phone and then went back to doing something else. Stood right in front of me on his phone, but didn’t even make eye contact. I’ve had great experiences before, but this was not professional at all and highly annoying.

After this theater was first renovated it used to be my go to theater. Fast friendly service was the norm and the popcorn was delicious. However, it had been a few months since I had visited and with some friends in town I thought we could go see a movie.To say the least, the quality of the theater has gone downhill quickly. Food used to be presented in a pleasant fashion such as the popcorn being presented in a metal bowl. However, last night I received it in a standard movie theater paper bucket. Initially I thought it was no big deal because it was a late showtime and I can understand the employees wanting to get out of there as soon as possible. My opinion of course changed as soon as I tried the popcorn.Previously, the popcorn always tasted fresh and it has a nice butter level (or imitation) and it was salted lightly. What I received last night was nothing short of repulsive. There had to be at least 16 ounces of what tasted and smelled like vegetable oil (it definitely wasnt the imitation popcorn butter) poured on top of cold, stale popcorn. There was no salt on it, and I could only eat a small amount of it before I became physically sick to my stomach. Of course with the exorbitant markup that you guys do on food, I was rather disappointed that I paid $9.29 for something that has caused me illness.At least the water I ordered would help wash away the awful taste that it left in my mouth... or so I thought. Hilariously when you order a water you receive a small 6 ounce cup that is filled to the brim with ice so that you can hopefully get 2 ounces of water out of it before its empty. Of course, I ended up spending 5 dollars on a drink anyways (as I am sure that is the intended goal).All in all, this trip costed me over $28 dollars between the ticket, nasty popcorn, and drink (an astonishing amount for 1 person). Previously, the waiters/waitresses would bring a tablet to your seat and ring you up for your order on the spot. Now, they run off with your card as they serve others leaving you the thought of whether or not theyre going to charge you for the correct thing.Once this theater was the best theater I have ever visited, now it is the worst. I might give another Regal cinema a try in the future but given how this is supposed to be a flagship cinema it doesnt leave me much faith about the rest of the locations.

Watched the 345 showing of Onward awesome graphics, large variety of fantasy creatures in an more human like setting yet still holding onto a thread of magic. This tale is a ride worth the price of admission. Climb into the van with the main duo an search for that tiny thread of magic on as you experiance a Disney movie that stands alone with no soon to be famous song to make it famous. The story an characters stand alone an are sure to make their way into the parks for a meet an greet, at least my fingers are crossed for one anyway. Having doubts about seeing Onward? Go watch it! You will not regret it, youll laugh an its Disney so of coarse you will cry an in the end you will be ready to fly

This is the best theatre in Knoxville as far as comfort goes. The reclining seats are awesome and you get plenty of room. They also offer a full menu that you can order from and have delivered to your seat. If you get there before the movie starts you can order from your seat...if not, you can order in the lobby and have it delivered to your seat. Some things are a bit pricy but the potato skins are good and the pizza is a great size for two people.

Its completely renovated and made for grown ups. Theres a cool lounge/game area, a bar and you can order decently priced, good food thats brought to your seat in the theater. Do not even try to sit anywhere near the front row though. Those comfy reclining seats make it impossible to see properly from the front rows.

I love this place. I had not been here in a long time or after they had remodeled. Forund out they have the recliners and they can serve you food and drinks. Me and my husband now love going here to watch a movie for date nights.

Wow! What an experience! They have reclining seats and someone comes right to your chair and takes your food and drink order from a full menu that includes favorites like candy and popcorn! It was so weird but so cool at the same time. We got popcorn, and donut holes with dipping sauce and honestly the best wings I have ever had in my life!! Im going here for all my movies from now on.

This theater in general is okay. The reclining seats are really nice and they keep it clean. Staff are courteous. However, stay away from the food service! The wait time is horrendous and most of the food is mediocre at best. I am a Regal Unlimited subscriber so I have been to this theater dozens of times and I think each time the service is worse. A simple soda or water will take about 20 minutes; any actual food will take 45 minutes to an hour to be received. As you can imagine this is pretty disruptive. Arriving early to your show does not help--there arent any servers to take your order until about 20 minutes before showtime. Expect servers to be moving around the theater for at least the first 30 minutes of your film. The quality of the food is pretty poor also. I have gotten burgers that were cold, soggy french fries, etc. They seem to be short-staffed 7 days a week. Do yourself a favor and eat before (or after) you go.

They take orders before the show. So be a tad early. If you love going to dinner and a movie then this is the right place for you!! Only Con would be that it is obviously dark so if you have to add condiments to your burger its not the easiest thing. Lol

We ordered a tea and the server brought a coke instead and insisted it was ours, on the second try we were offered a mixed drink. Finally we got a tea after 20 minutes or so.The seats were squeaky and made it hard to move after the movie started.We have been to other recliner theaters that had more room and recliners that were noise free. I always enjoy going to this theater. The atmosphere is always really laid back. The game room before the theaters is cool. Finally, the theaters themselves are very nice. Plus you can order food inside.

Dont pay any amount to sit on the front row. It will destroy your neck. Pick higher up for a better experience. The unlimited $9 popcorn is worth it and those recliners sure help when you are watching a nearly 3 hour movie!

Havent been to a movie yet but liking the make over.

Right after the remodel, this place was fantastic, but now, the service is slow. Orders arrive piecemeal. Water comes in tiny plastic cups instead of the glasses it used to, popcorn comes in paper tub instead of the fancy metal bowls it used to. While once, it was worth the price, it no longer is.

Ok. This place is amazing. I only have two small gripes but they were important enough for me to take away one star. This place has an excellent selection of food and beer on tap. The seats are comfy and I love the selection of arcade games. Here are my gripes. It was super cold. So bad it affected the movie. Next time I’ll bring a blanket. Second complaint, we just got two kids drinks, two waters, and one popcorn. It took about 30 minutes to get it. It was not packed by any means. We will return.UPDATE:Second trip was much more successful! Not quite as cold. Great movie. Great ticket prices. BE WARNED! Food is excellent yet expensive! We tried an amazing selection of items and every one was good. Margarita pizza, fried pickles, black bean burger, milk shake, donuts, tall beer; all were great. But I have to point out one item in particular. The stuffed jalapeño dip was one of the best items I’ve ever had. Try it!!!!Pros; service. Seats. Arcade. Ticket prices. Food selection. Food quality. Beer and drink selection. Drink quality!Cons; food prices.Final verdict: if you have some money to blow, this place is perfect. If your wallet is tight, maybe next time.

Best Movie Theaters Ive been a member of and went in my whole life.

The seats are awesome and while its great that you can order food, they still havent figured out how to get stuff out in a timely manner. Its a little wild that the wait time hasnt improved at all since they opened. Just be prepared to wait and get your order once the movie starts.

A fun and different experience. Food is a bit pricey. However, having it available while you watch a movie, on the big screen, is pretty awesome. Good drink variety as well as plenty of beer choices. Some employees act as if theyve never talked to a human, but the wait staff was awesome.

AMAZING. Very comfortable, reclining seats. Ordered our food with a very nice server. Food was delicious! And you get a lot of food, more than I thought. A bit pricey, drinks do not come with food, but the cups are huge so you get a lot of whatever drink you order. But its about the same price as food at a restaraunt (like OCharleys or Red Robin). We had a blast.

We were going to see the 11:15pm showing of fantasy island on 02-23-20 and we were told that we would order the popcorn and drinks in the theater but when our waiter came 5 minutes before showing we wanted the unlimited popcorn and drinks but was told we would not be able to get a refill were we went to the late showing seeing how the bar would be closing so we asked if we could get a extra drink and bag of popcorn seeing how this was not mention to us by guest services she said no they could not do that do to company policy if that is the case that should be mention to your guest when seeing late show she did however get us a manager who never once said sorry so we ended up getting a refund and leaving this was our first time there and we will not be revisiting this location

It was nice and clean. It was unusual for us because were used to older theaters where you buy your snacks and go take a seat. Here, you reserve the seats you want and staff members come to your seat and take your order, then bring it to you. The seats were comfy and theres plenty of leg room wherever you choose to sit. There is even a table attached to your chair so you have somewhere to put your snacks and drinks. It was a nice experience. The only downfall for us was that, with us being new to this type of theater, we didnt know where to buy tickets (there was a kiosk) and how to get popcorn and drinks. We figured it out, though. We enjoyed ourselves.

Ordering from the menu was a little confusing at first. We couldnt find them but it turns out there is a slot in the front of the tray on your seat where it is stored. After figuring this out everything was golden! The food was fantastic and the movie. The chairs were extremely comfortable. Overall the theater was very enjoyable. Food prices were definitely high but its too be expected. A great place for a relaxed date.

Love this place. So cool. Order your popcorn etc and they bring it to you. No trying to balance it all and find your seat. The seats are sooo comfortable. You have to try it out.

We recently saw Downton Abbey at this theater. The theater was clean and comfortable. Our issues were with the food order. There is nothing marked on the menu as gluten free. I asked if there was a gluten free bun. Our waitress said yes, they serve a vegan bun. I emphasized was it gluten free? Again I was assured it was gluten free. She didnt look like she knew for sure,so my husband went to ask to make sure. He had to go through 4 people, a manager and then a long discussion with kitchen staff to find out it was not gluten free. It took several more conversations with a manager to get to any idea on any items that were gluten free. Then my order still came out wrong. We were never offered any compensation for all the issues. I understand that Regal is an entertainment company, but if they take on the task of serving food they should be responsible to train staff about allergies. I could have gotten very sick, but someone else could die from lack of knowledge about such issues. If training staff is not possible, then the menu needs to be marked much better.

This was the coolest movie theater I have ever been to!! You could literally spend all day here with kids or just adults. The arcade is great for kids and the food selections and drinks were delicious. We had alcohol and dinner served to us during the movie and the chairs were super comfy! Will definitely be going back!!!

The theater is great. Recliners are very comfortable, staff was nice friendly and helpful. The food that was being delivered looked really good! Even with bad reviews I read we ordered to see for ourselves. The boneless BBQ wings were good, wouldnt call them hot, they were warm. The chocolate shake we ordered took a very long time to be delivered so I wouldnt call it a shake.... it was warm and basically chocolate milk by the time it arrived for the price it should have been a shake and at least cold. So I dont recommend ordering that.... the experience was good otherwise.

Great theatre! The vibe is relaxing, and the theatre has reclining leather seats, and an entire menu and service to help order! Comfortable indeed! Plus, there is a bar in the lobby, and an arcade on the second floor! Combo time! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their BBQ Chicken Pizza is actually really good. In fact, all the food is! Theres even built in tables in the theatres. Dinner and a movie!

Tried coming here again after having a bad experience. Only to have another bad experience. Never recieved our drinks. My son had to go get them. Also, I ordered a large water . I paid 4.05 for it. I was brought a small child cup and was told to go get refills myself!! I thought the whole experience here was to be waited on so you can sit and enjoy the movie. Not coming back. Not worth it

The theater itself is great. However, the food is another story. Everything we ordered was cold, even the popcorn. Ordered a milkshake at the start of the movie and it came about an hour later after inquiring as to why it never came. Of course, it was melted. I dont think Id go back again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Extremely rude customer service who sold us seats to a movie that were not even existent. Server offered to bring out folding chairs to which we agreed and then the manager came and told us we had to move. There were seats available after 20 minutes of movie starting and they would not let us sit there. Also ordered a meal and it was never brought to me. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning!

Cinematic Experience Demonstrably UnsatisfactoryOut of curiosity about what this Cinebarre concept is all about, I went to the West Town Mall last Monday (Aug. 5) to see the latest Mission Impossible movie. This review is not about the movie itself but rather the screening of it.I had reserved seat 1E which put me right next to the stairs which are nearest to the entrance. Early on we were warned to shut down our cell phones in order to not disturb the viewing public.But as it turned out it was not the presence of live cell phones that interrupted my enjoyment of the movie. Instead the constant comings and goings of waiters proved to be far more irritating than a musical cell phone or two.While I did not consume any food or drink myself, the couples in the same row to my right did order food and drink, Just the couple right next to me alone required five separate trips up the stairs and past my stretched out legs to take an order for drinks and food, to deliver the drinks, to deliver the food, to bring the check and later on to pick up the payment. Add to that the waiter serving the other couples in my row.This went on during the previews of upcoming movies and even during the early minutes of the main feature.I was so thoroughly irritated that I had a hard time resisting the urge to leave the theater early and demand a refund of the $9.31 I paid to see the movie.I will not be back for more of the same.

Movie was good. Recliner seats were good. Concession order got messed up and their computers were down, so I had to take their word for it that they would credit my debit card. It turned out that they did, but it was dicey there, for a while. Meanwhile, I overheard other patrons complaining that online purchases had been totally messed up, double selling seats and selling tickets to movies that werent actually showing. Sounds as if they need some help!

For the amount of money being charged the quality of the service and food made the experience really poor. We were instructed to come 30 minutes early and that a waiter would be there to take our food. The bar staff informed us of this and advised us against ordering there when it was 20 minutes to show time and no staff was in our theater. The theater was full at a quarter til. Five minutes before showtime, one waiter came to take the order of everyone. It was a mess. The previews were almost over before we got to order which means they only came once, even if it was a problem. This food was the cost of a $$ restaurant but frankly, I thought it lacked flavor. Overall, the movie was great, but the experience was pretty stressful. Save your money, eat before.

Showed up 45 minutes before the movie to make sure we ordered our food before the movie. Never saw a waiter then the movie starts. Went down to ask to speak to a manager and Teletha showed up, heard my complaint and say she would have some one come straight to our seats. Went back to our seats and waited another 20 minute and still no service. Went back to ask for another manager and spoke to Russell who said the same thing, 30 minutes later one showed up. An hour later our food came out???? Ruined our entire Night??? And no one even offered to cover our ticket cost?? Very unlike this place......

I come here all the time just because we have the membership and we normally have a good experience. I dont think weve ever had a bad trip here once. But I wanted to review now because my waitress(Janet) today was super nice and super kind. It was super busy because of the McGregor fight and Ive never seen it that packed before. But the food still came out great and in a timely manner. Even though it was busy she still was really nice to everyone and seemed like she really loved doing her job. Whether or not she does, she seemed like she did and done well.

The managers here are PATHETIC. Bartenders are the only helpful people or people worth tipping here but Regals bar prices are absurd, Ill continue to sneak in my own alcohol from now on. The servers will blatantly ignore you and the food carrier people bring you the wrong food constantly and when you do finally get your food its cold.

Clean place, friendly staff, but it seemed that I could not get seated or waited on to eat. I gave up after 20 minutes. Finally seated myself. Our milk shakes were wonderful. So yummy and thick you can eat with a fork. Our food was bad, our burgers were tasteless, fries were cold, mac and cheese had no flavor other than a little smoky nothing else, our potatoes skins were just terrible.. Food all the way around really had no favor and over priced,not worth all the trouble. I so want my money back, it was that bad. Will never eat there again. Our waiteress/ bartender was a real sweet and deIightful lady. Over worked, but she so tried her best. I never usually give a bad review . I do not want anyone to wasting their time or money there like I did. Go somewhere else. Go to food court. You would be a lot more happier with it and still be smiling afterwards. The best movie theater I have been to. And I always have a superb time. I love the new arcade and that they serve alcohol. The seats are comfy although I wished theyd recline a couple more inches at the very minimum. Other then that I have no complaints what so ever.

Seats recline. You can order food and drink from your seat (only before the movie starts). Seats come with a swiveling tray and cup holder. Id recommend sitting at least 4 rows back from the screen

We went to an 8:30am movie and had a blast. We met a new friend who was alone and we invited her to sit with us. Food was good but Mimosas were AWESOME!!

It was awesome the seats recline back there very comfortable. Also you order your food with the attendance in the theater they bring the food back to you you dont have to get up and down the steps unless you have to go to the restroom. Great customer service. I loved it will go back.

Sit in comfortable spacious recliners to watch your movie, but first the wait staff will take your food & drink orders, including bar drinks. We werent thrilled with the menu. But the recliners are definitely the best way to watch a movie, short of Netflix & chill.

Inside the theater service was great. In the bar/dining area it was terrible. The servers were rude and acted as if they did not care about the customer at all.

Went to this theatre to see Avengers Endgame a week after release. Only seats available were front row, which was 5 ft from the screen and the handicapped row behind them. Even though it was a few minutes past the showtime and all handicapped seats were vacant, theatre would not sell a handicapped seat until the front row had been sold out. Honestly, this front row is too close for anyone to be able to enjoy a movie on such a large screen. Front row should be offered at a discount. Came back a week later for a regular seat. Seats were comfortable. Unfortunately there are no concessions and you must order from their menu if you want food. Being that we dont get to a theatre often and we were treating my daughter and her boyfriend, we each ordered an appetizer, drink and 2 popcorns to share. This all cost 100 bucks. Easily double a nicer meal at a sit-down restaurant. Way overpriced...

Okay, as a theater I rate it higher than 2 stars for comfort. But as far as food service, my last 4 experiences have been horrible. My most recent experience, I ordered food from the 2nd lobby counter 30 minutes prior to previews beginning and any servers being in theater. An hour later, my brother and I still had not received our food. This was after going back out to the counter twice. Previous experiences were very similar for times. I will never order food from them again except for popcorn.

If you go to the arcade upstairs, SWIPE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Games are out of order and the staff will not refund your credits if the game doesn’t work after you swipe the game card. Better to just spend your money elsewhere

Incredible. Words alone dont do this place justice. I drank a beer and watched a movie BUT I wasnt in my underpants at home. Just wow.

Love the entrance area with plenty of space to gather with friends and socialize. They have a bar and tables for dining as well as couches and a pool table. We enjoyed the movie and recliners. Each seat had lots of room. I think it would be a good option to order from an app and put your seat number in, or something similar. There were too many distractions with all of the ordering still going on when the movie was starting. My food was good (I had the blackberry glazed pork belly bites with grits cake). My family said that they wouldnt order food there again (They had burgers or chicken). It was either not hot and fresh enough, or better food was available at a a lower price elsewhere. The food quality just wasnt worth the extra price. Im not sure if drink refills were available out in the lobby, but none were offered in the theater.

The Joker would make any theater amazing, but we really enjoyed the recliner seats. Wait staff ignored us however and 40.00 for three drinks and 2 popcorns which I suppose is standard but should anyone accept this? I should have brought a bigger purse. Dont pick the front row if you actually want to see the film. Its a theater with recliners and alcohol, so.......

Its very comfy, well heated/cold whichever needed. Great food, great service right at your seat before the movie starts including adult drinks!

I remember the first iteration of this venue and this is much better! There is a large open bar along with multiple TVs in the lower section. The movie theater is the same as before but there is stadium seating with reclining leather seats and a table for delivery of your meals and drinks! Very classy. The arcade section upstairs is massive with large versions of my favorite arcade games from the past. Would recommend this venue for watch parties and social events.

Never thought Id be sitting in a recliner with all kinds of room in a theater. Also, to be able to order popcorn, all kinds of food, and even alcohol while sitting in my chair. Cinebarre is the nicest theater I have ever attended. I took one of my kids for a one on one daddy daughter day and we were both mutually impressed. Good job!!!

Its basically a restaurant in the theater. Seats are great and also recline. Good food good prices and good people.

It was great, the seats were cozy and well spaced. The service was nice. The only reason Im not leaving a 5 star rating is because the priority of things brought out was bad they bring out popcorn first then alcoholic drinks and then food and then like 45 minutes to an hour later soft drinks and water and it wasnt just me 3 people that I know of didnt get there drinks till the middle of the movie. I dont want service if its going to be an inconvenience and I have to go out and ask for my drinks anyway. Like honestly fix this regal

They have changed the way we enjoy a movie. Big recliner, and nice menu. They will even bring you a milkshake. You just can’t beat it. I think it’s the only thing left at the mall I enjoy.Oh, you can get a message in the mall on your way to watch a movie.

If you want to chill, sip, snack, watch, or play games, all for a reasonable price, Cinebarre West Town is the spot. Take a date, group of friends, your kids, or just for Me time, this is a place fit for every one!!!

What a great experience! Leather recliners that auto recline with the press of a button, so comfortable you may fall asleep and miss the movie. The surround sound was cool. Quick food service, tasty too. One item was bad and we were given a refund. The Italian soda is a great menu item, cant wait to try all the flavors.

This place is a good place. There is comfy RECLINER seats.(leather) service is pretty good. Menu is pretty good Theres the basics like pizza,burgers,fries.shakes and chicken. If your basic then this is a good place they have good shakes. They have some alcoholic beverages. They have an arcade and bar. Its big and has lots of space. Good movies and it has very comfy chairs. I rate this 8 and 1/2 out of 10. Its pretty good you get to order your food and then eat as you watch. Pop corn is way to salty and buttery. I recommend asking for light butter/salt by this place is very very fun for nights out!!! I recommend this place!!! Go have some some fun!!! girls night out/dates/guys night out

Aside from the guy that took my order when I sat down the service staff had literally no personality. If I want to feel like serving me a meal is a chore Ill stay at home. I wont be back.

Nice place just on the day we went the elevator and escalator, was both out. Its like 3 stories tall, hard on old knees

Theater was clean and nice. Staff were friendly. They seemed to have a hard time keeping up with food orders, but the staff rectified our issues in a polite manner.

Great movie theater, sometimes the service can be really slow but they are serving you in your seats so it isnt bad in grand scheme of things. Seats are really comfortable and there isnt really a bad seat in the house. Also have lots of options for food, cool hanging area, and pretty nice bar. Overall recommend!
