On a recent swim at the pool, one of the lifeguards had an unfortunate accident falling from the guard chair and hitting her head on the concrete causing her to fall into the pool and become tangled in the life preserver. The other life guards were quick to come to her aid and get her head above water where she appeared to come round. Blood was everywhere and quickly the swimmers were asked to get out of the pool and get their belongings and go to an exit.Free passes for a swim we’re handed out.Then, within moments an ambulance was heard arriving. I witnessed the event and thought the staff were well trained at rescuing the injured lifeguard and keeping her calm and safe until paramedics arrived.I hope the young lady is recovering well.

We have a membership, but due to covid the city isnt accepting memberships... That weve already paid for. I better get a full refund, or my membership extended by X number of months

Short wait since we timed it right to match the leisure swim time. Very smooth process and fewer people allowed in made for a more enjoyable swimming experience. Slide and lazy river were both useable.

This is a fun place to visit ages of all from young to old come here to relax and enjoy the water. The lifeguards and the staff here are very professional and they do their job well. If youre looking for a safe environment for the kitties this would be one. The water is warm and relaxing and takes away all your troubles.

We always take our children to all the various parks around Belleville, this one is a favorite for sure. The other kids are friendly, the play structure is fun and parking is not a problem. We always recommend this park whenever asked by other parents

Kids had a great time with the lazy river and water slide today. I was very impressed with the staff... They were extremely vigilant watching all of the guests and were not afraid to pull people from the pool when they thought there was a biological contaminant present. The issue was quickly resolved and we were all allowed back into the pool in no time. Excellent work and we will definitely return soon!

Place was great. No phones or cameras, so you can feel comfortable. Lots of life guards keep the rules and its only $3.50 to get in.

Awesome place! The water slide is a good thrill. We had ages 5mths, 4 and a 7 year old and we all had fun!! Just need more chairs around the pool.

This Aqua park is a great place to bring your family for an afternoon or evening swim. Its well kept, has a nice outdoor pool, and splash pads.

Clean and supervised public pool. Many different swimming areas and a wading pool and splash pad for the little ones.

Overall: A good place to cool off in Kingston.Relatively nice pool with a kids wading pool and a lazy river feature that, when not too crowded, is fun. You can bring your own flotation devices (like floaties/pool wings/ flutter boards) and there is a good supply of life jackets for the kids (required for kids in the lazy river). There can be lineups at the front desk to pay. Womens, Mens, and Family change rooms are available. STRONGLY recommend you bring a lock although most people dont.

I love it!! But getting a turn in the lazy river is not worth the wait in my opinion. They should let one batch of people go in then set a time limit then put in another batch

It is a fun place to spend sone time with the family. The lifeguards are vigilant and very welcoming. The place is very clean in addition to pools.

Got my iphone 6 stolen here by a guy who got into the change room with no admission and the employee did nothing dident check the cameras or anything dont reccomend at all no security

Tomlinson Aqua Park is completely inappropriate for young children and families with young children. If you bring your kids there be prepared for tears: as they watch older kids use the diving board, water slide and lazy river, your kids under 100 cm. (or so) will only be allowed to watch. The one good thing, for young kids and parents of young kids, is that Tomlinson Aqua Park has an excellent refund policy. We left after ten minutes of being forbidden from doing anything other than splashing about in approximately 18 in. of water. The lady at the front desk patiently explained that they dont do refunds and then immediately refunded me my hard-earned $10. They must do that a lot. All in all, the facility is beautiful and would be a lot of fun for older kids. If you just want to take your kids for a little aquatic fun, I suggest Grass Creek Park. Its free, and no one will interfere with your quality, family time.

The one time i went, my locker got broken into and my wallet was stolen. A little kid got punched in the face. The community of people that come to the park are absolutely horrendous and I strongly recommend a different pool such as the YMCA or Artillery Park.

Not sure where Michael Wall went to, since it wasnt the same pool Ive gone to with my family dozens of times....Great facilities, although the water slide potentially being closed for the season is annoying....best time to go is right when it opens, as the camps come after 1 and then the place is a zoo for a couple hours.
