Amazing vibes. Also had a waitress and her customer service and personality is above and beyond. Food and drinks were good and thats a big plus. Great for friends and families to gather.

Great place to have some fun and some pub food. You can enjoy the pool tables and games. They also offer live music if you want to enjoy a local band. They do bring in some nice bands. The have a decent selection of drinks and beers. The food is straightforward pub food which fills the void while youre having fun!

The arcade is expensive but has some great games. Good mix. Their Worlds Largest Pac-Man also plays Galaga!

I have come here many times. From bowling with friends and boozing. Or Playing arcade games and dining with the kids. This place is an all around fun place.

5 hours of birthday girl, cousins, uncles, aunties, grandparents fun! When the staff found out about my daughters birthday, she offered us a special package deal on arcade games- $100 for 10 unlimited cards (for one hour). Everyone took turns playing high-end, (normally very expensive games), including simulators, 4-D motorcycle games, etc. The half-priced appetizers (we hit happy hour just right) was a perfect accompaniment.

I have gone twice, one time with my Dad an the other with my friends. Both will good, but not great. Really nothing big stood out, bowling was pretty good, so was the arcade, and the food was great. Hope to come back sometime soon!

Cool arcade and bowling alley. As well as an event area and other activities for parties (pool table, baggo). The restaurant portion had pretty mediocre food and they had obnoxious music blasting at 1 pm on a Saturday. They turned the music down, but I would not get food there again. But for an arcade/bowling alley, especially for kids, it’s got a great selection of games and a nice bowling alley.

Gonna be honest, not sure if Im just old now but the music plays every where really loud. This kind of makes it difficult to have a conversation over a meal. The table shuffleboard is pretty dope.

I reserved bowling and axe throwing for a Saturday night birthday. They were super accommodating since it wasn’t a party, just reservations. All the staff was professional and easy going, they helped us make sure we were having a great time and taken care of. I will definitely go back!

Ive been once and thought it was great. Theres a section of bowling, an arcade in the back, a bar/eating area, and our favorite part, 2 pool tables and ping pong. The atmosphere was casual and friendly. Pinz is located right inside of the mall in Kingston.

I had good time bowling with my friends but the service was terrible! We were looking to be served by someone for over a hour no exaggeration at all. We kept on asking workers if we could get served and anytime we asked they said ”i don’t serve food or drinks” we tried asking this guy that was obviously a worker because he was serving food and drinks to a table across from us we kept on trying to get his attention and he was just ignoring us and he just did not want to serve us. Finale we got him to come over to our table and serve us it was just a hassle I really hope to have better service next time I come here with my friends or anybody.

Best place for celebration kids’ birthday!!!!! Delicious pizza and fancy appetizers! Super friendly wait staff! Highly recommend this place!

Bowling, pool and Karaoke are off the charts, games are fun too but need maintenance. Food is ok, overpriced at the restaurant for the quality when Bar Rustic is close by and much better. I go to eat at Bar Rustic and play some games at Pinz after dinner. Makes for a fun night.

Gets a little crowded sometimes but on quieter nights I love going here. Two bars, two bowling alleys, axe throwing, and more. The service is generally very good (at the bar closest to the mall its excellent). My only complaint is they only have newer arcade games, as some classic 90s games would be a great addition. Otherwise though its got something for everyone.

Host was rude! Won’t be back. We were trying to bowl or axe throw and he was condescending and acted like we should’ve known it’d be a 3 hour wait. We had never been to Pinz and new to the area looking for a good family time. A little courtesy and letting us know how it worked would go a long way.

We did our company outing here for our End of the Year Party and it was phenomenal! Great food, amazing service. We all had a blast and would definitely recommend for any sort of company get together! Thanks to Alicia Bresnan, Pinz Event Coordinator, for all her help in planning it.

Theres pretty much always a delay for bowling but everything else is polished, quality, and fun for everyone. The foods nice, the arcade is expansive, the bowling is solid, the live entertainment is good, and theres plenty more to do.

Good room, GREAT stage ! Needs a,few more tables & the light rig above should used for ( specific ) Bands...GREAT STAFF too, Very nice bar & sound system ! It rocks !

Really fun place. Think a better Dave and Busters. Pinz has bowling and axe throwing complete with arcade. Looks like there was two bars, one in the food side and one in the dance floor side. Huge stage for performances and nightly fun activities. Many games for all ages.

Great for the Plymouth area much better than the arcade on the Cape and there is another arcade in the Kingston mall and I dont know how it stays in business I wish there was more options but for a small town area its good

Guys. Forget about Dave & Busters. This place beats it, no question. Great games, decent food, and a good craft beer selection, but the biggest selling point is their stage! So many good seats, and a huge dance floor. Definitely one of my favorite local venues.My only suggestion? More variety in booking bands.

This place is great for kids, Birthday parties. We played games, bowled and had lunch there. The service was great ! Very friendly people working there ! Food was good !

There is a lot to choose from for things to do. And they have 2 different bars plus karaoke. Their mixed drinks were delicious. Its great for groups not the best for dates if you want quiet conversation but that is still possible.

Neat little spot to hangout with family and friends. Pretty far drive off of route 3 if you are from Boston.They have axe throwing games here!

I like this bowling alley. Its more for family and kids. They have done a lot of upgrades to their place as well. Like the arcade games and tickets. Its got a room for birthday partys as well. Its got good prices too. The staff are friendly.

What a great time! I have been here multiple times with my wife for our date nights, food drinks and bowling. We love it, the food is fairly priced, drinks are good and the staff is freindly and attentive. If you are looking for a different type of place to take your partner, this is it. They have bowling, ping pong, pool tables, axe throwing, cornhole, giant Jenga, air hockey, really great arcade games and giant beer pong. There are tvs all around the place for any sporting events that may be happening and the dining section is big yet cozy. My work also held its annual Xmas party here and it was an amazing night. Everyone had a wonderful night, we were able to use the giant stage and hand out awards to our employees. The staff hosting the event was on their A-Game and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place! Just because it is attached to a mall, dont count this place out.

Service is right on. They keep adding games that are very interactive. Food was good. A fun place to watch a game, spend time with friends. They need to get NFL ticket though. As big as they are this is necessary.

Very good service. Nice bar area. Lots of lanes. Clean. Fun and games. Great for families. Located in the Kingston Collection Mall. Has its own entrance from parking lot though, like a department store would. Prices high, but whats expected for places like this. Well definitely return again.

Great food and service and great place to go with the kids

My favorite place to go on Friday nights. Bartenders are great (shout out to Sam and Mark!) and the wait staff is super friendly. Bowling is fun, so is the arcade, and I love being able to play beanbag toss and ping pong before the band/DJ starts to play. Definitely a fun place worth checking out!

Kids loved it, had the gutter guards put up for them and they had a blast.

A fun night out or rainy day activity. It has a lot to offer, but my favorite is the ping-pong tables. Those are few and far between.

Stood waiting to be seated for several minutes. Only to be told to sit wherever. Most of the tables needed to be bussed . Way too loud in here it was not busy enough to constitute having the radio so loud. I couldnt hold a conversation with my daughter we had to keep yelling. Waited forever for someone to take our orders. The menu is not that diverse and overpriced for the quality. I chose not to eat but tried some of my daughters food. Not worth the visit.Overall ... Im not coming back.

Recently just went back there for the first time in over a year had a meal which was great. Unfortunately they removed calamari from the menu, which is disappointing I went specifically for that but had the boneless wings instead. Food and service was great at the bar, but then we went to play games (I kept my cards I’ve had since opening of Pinz) we played one game of basketball checkers and somehow not paying attention because we were playing the game our card was stolen, but of course it was not at the service desk and I asked if there is something they can do and to which they replied there is nothing they can do so clearly I left with the wife and will never return again.

Bowling is always broken, there’s always a wait for the bowling also and it is never worth and when it kept getting broken and I asked the worker he said “you’re bowling too hard”. All of the workers attitudes are horrible. The billiards are also broken, the cue ball does not come out if it goes into a pocket. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I go to pinz quite regularly and always bowl. We get food and drinks while we are there which is always great and always request the waitress named Jess. Shes always fast and very friendly. Last time we went to pinz before a movie we sat at the restaurant at a table to order food and a drink. I asked if jess was working and she wasnt which is fine. So I went to order a drink but didnt have my ID. I thought since we go there frequently and I knew the waitress that they may still serve me. My husband gave his ID and ordered a drink instead and we ordered food as well.t the waitress would not serve me. Granted, my husband is 32 and I am 28. As soon as our drinks came over I took a sip and the manager came right out and was watching me. Took my drink and said he needed to take it but the drink will be taken off our bill. Okay, well our food was never brought after waiting 10 minutes for it. The waitress never came back either. Our movie was starting so we had to leave without any food. Not very happy with how the whole situation was handled. I hope to see Jess when and if we go back. I felt like the whole thing was a set up.

Great arcade, bowling is fun and entertaining with music and big screens. Great dance floor and the woman at the bars are always very nice. Food is good.

Sadly it seems they would rather have wait times for bowling instead of opening the other 8 lanes. Lots of other fun stuff in there though

Great service, awesome food, amazing prices, a little arcade area but still an all around great place.

Pinz is a pretty gosh darn good time if I say so myself. Bowling is fun and the seating areas are comfortable and well kept. Pinz has ping pong which is one of the most fun things ever. They also have pool and now even axe throwing if thats your jam. The arcade is extensive and includes something for everyone. It can get a bit pricey but is typically always worth it!

If your going here to play pool I suggest looking elsewhere

Everybody here is always nice whether your bowling playing video games are getting something to eat its a nice addition to the Kingston area

Food and drinks were very reasonably priced. Service was great with no waits. No bad views for the show we came to see. We didnt bowl but there was a bowling alley right next to the concert stage. We loved it. All ready planning to check out other shows coming up.

We had a great time here celebrating with a large group on a Friday night. Great band!!! Awesome service! Tons of games. Plenty of space. Dance floor. Full bars. Just overall an awesome time. Easy access- tons of parking.

Great place to hang for a night out!! Awesome atmosphere!! Fantastic drinks and food. Our waiter Adam was so attentive and made it a night to remember. Adam in the arcade was also extremely helpful. Will definitely be going back!!

Always great service and great specials on appetizers and pizza on weekdays. Oh not to mention they have ping pong!!! So looking for food and fun this is the place. Milford and Hadley locations are good too. I’m lucky to live near Milford but work at both Hampshire and Kingston Mall. I hope they put a Pinz near Leominster!

Great fun bowling and listening to the live band. Theres so much to do here while hanging with friends. Food and drinks were pretty good also.

Absolutely fun place for the average or casual fun haver.This place has an excellent tavern for both food and brew, while giving you freedom of where to eat it. As you can still order the same cuisine and bowl!The arcade is a nice money pit but for the competitive kid in you all the favorites are there. Plus some classic tropes like the racers and shooters.Ive willingly spent hundreds of dollars per visit here mainly because of the quality of fun Ive had.Even when the food has gotten out slow, its been a good time.Even for kids! I know!

It’s a great place for the entire family. It’s more than a bowling alley. Has a cool bar and later in the night the my had a band! Super cool but it comes at a price. It’s not Cheap to bowl either. In fact it’s an expensive night out if you have kids because the arcade will have you reaching deep in your pockets as each game is between 1.50 to 2 buck.This place has is worth it as an experience and we are glad we went but I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s 2 to 3 time more expensive to bowl there that anywhere else I’ve been to in the area.

It was very fun! But I would reccomend not getting anything with chicken there it looks smell and tastes like cat food

Surprisingly fun venue at the mall! The server was really paying attention and brought us our food and drinks quickly. The food was solid but not amazing, but what do you expect from a bowling alley/arcade? Kids were allowed to play in the general area and the Ping Pong tables were fun, although spaced close together. Did not get to bowl so cannot speak to that experience. My one major issue was the cost of the games. Some were 2 dollars for a single play, which I think is outrageous. Other than that, great outing with some friends and our kids (ages 7-11).

Bowling is horrible. Lanes arent set up like real Lanes. Cannot spin the balls die to the lanes and it kept on giving me spares or strikes when I only knocked down 9 pins. Do not recommend.

This place is awesome for all people they have everything for everyone here, and endless fun for the night, and also there food and drinks here are awesome and good priced, would highly recommend coming here on a weekend if you havent been before!!
