I would like to make clear as someone who works there, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for obvious reasons. Would you buy a toy that was returned from someone else? No because we do not know what you did with it as soon as you walked out the door. Customer satisfaction and safety is of paramount concern to us. So again we apologize if anything stopped working or broke (in your possession which is why we offer to test electronic devices before you make a purchase) but as soon as the transaction is complete, there is no more we can do. It is just ethics and store policy.

A spring came out of the compartment when i opened it at home, mind u the girl at the store just opened it to test the product at the store. I wanted to exchange it but she wouldnt let me, this was 26 dollars down the drain

This is the most unprofessional store i have ever been in The people who work there think there in high school it seemsThe employees cures constantly and yell like there in a bar.I couldnt believe it i was in there last week and an employee { chubby girl with black curly hair} was cursing non stop for 10 minutes about the owner or manager who had done her some worng. It was so auwfull the myself and 3 others left the store as a result of her tantrumI dont know who hires these people but professionalism and proper business behavior are obviously not part of the job requirementx customer in ulster
