Beautiful neighborhood. I have lived here for over one month and its very tranquil here. Love going for walks in the grove. If vacationing park your RV here. You wont regret it.

I moved here from california, Love my new community! This park is super clean, Creek near park is a great way to enjoy nature and If you have dogs that like water its a great walk , I feel so very safe here and the feeling of serenity with all the mature trees and hiking on undisturbed land which makes this park look like its in a hidden oasis!

Its a great place to stay people are friendly its quite nobody to bother you

It was a fantastic place to stay... quiet neighborhood, good staff... we were here over 6 months in our RV... only expected to stay a couple of months...Due to medical emergencies, the wonderful doctors and hospital just five minutes away saved my husbands life...We will stay here again if we are in Kileen.

Nicely kept and respectful residents... Speed bumps suck but other then that great place.

Pretty place. Too many city rules

They allow other tenants to take pictures of your pets and videos. Your pets are like your children and you would not like it if other tenants to video or take pictures of your kids so it should be the same for your pets. Even if that person feels like your dog barking is obnoxious. What is sad is when your landlords knows about it and allows it. I know longer feel safe.

Strict guidelines make this place a great place to live. Playgrounds and swimming pool. Family friendly.

Great place but the people that run the place (not the owners they live in another state) are not very friendly and nit pick every little thing like you mow yard miss a 1 inch strip and give you warning or citation
