This place is okay but needs more variety. I find better stuff online for better prices. They also have very limited accessories.

This place has awesome toys and awesome outfits/ lingerie.... But way too expensive the prices are for the are for the. Rich folks. AND THAT MAJORLY SUCKS!!!!!

Purchased an item, After getting home and inspecting found out it was broken. Went back in our later and would not exchange or refund and told me to contact the maker so they swindled me out of 60 dollars. Make sure you pay attention when purchasing.

Best customer service for my first time. 10/10 would recommend coming back. Both women were great and gave me their best recommendation. Were funny and could hold a convo. Prices were a lil high but Id say its totally worth it!

Went to return a corset that I had just bought a few hours ago because I found another one cheaper and better somewhere else. Wouldnt give me my cash back but offered a in store credit. I told them I never shop here and I want my own money back and they just said no and gave me a gift card.

Nice and respectful. Its not like its a store that sells coffins or bibles so if you think they should act lime that youre crazy. The staff was great.

All of the employees have socks or are barefoot in this location unprofessional and not helpful theres an African American that is working now and a hispanic barefoot not giving me assistance telling me there is no return policy as i read one off their receipt from last night there should be a manager present at this location at all times im so disappointed in the service. I purchased a toy that didn’t work came to purchase their batteries and the item still didnt work i was told to come back so i will write a review until my problem is resolved most of my reviews are positive but most of the items here are too expensive to go home and it not work at all and no return policy

Very poor customer service .... Very unprofessional sitting down when a customer walks in, dont greet the customer. Other employee sitting and eating at the register and smacking her mouth. When asked for another employee a smart answer with attitude is given. In general very happy with the night shift team, they greet you by name.

My wife and I came into the store to purchase a vibrator, and found one we liked with the help of a friendly employee and purchased it for $45. On the way back home, my wife googled the toy we bought and found it on several other websites with prices ranging from $12-$16. We immediately went back into the store and politely asked to return in about 20 minutes after purchasing it. The friendliness of the staff immediately disappeared as they refused to return it for even store credit, stating they had a no returns policy despite them having clearly posted 14 day return policy posted on the counter and on the receipt. So expect to pay 3x to 4x what anyone else is charging and any courtesy you received to disappear after they get your money. At the very least, research the product you are interested in before purchasing and dont make the same mistake we did.

My husband and I drove 45 minutes to check this store out. We stopped at a couple of places because I really needed to use the restroom but none were open and when we arrived I asked if I could use the restroom to which 4 ladies smacked their gun, looked me up and down and said they didnt have a restroom and snottily told me to go across the street to cicis and come back. I told them we drove 45 minutes just for their store and if we left we werent coming back. The reply was a giggle and we close at midnight so you have time to come back. Needless to say we left and will not be going back. I dont appreciate being looked up and down. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They have decent products, but we couldnt find what we were looking for. The customer service was nonexistent. Usually employees at any other shop weve been to would come up to us and try to help us. These people ignored us at all cost.

Purchased a $500 spin pole from here and customer service was amazing even after I kept coming back about an issue with my pole :) they were always nice

Id give it five stars but the employees are hit and miss. When you have to wait fifteen minutes for them to do shift change so the can check you out, it really takes away from the exoerience.

Got something for my hubbys bday and found out they had the same thing at Turnaround Video for $25 less. They have nice stuff but the prices are WAY TO HI Wish I would have saw a review like this before. :(

This is a great store to wander into on date night. You always find something that makes you laugh and something you find a little intriguing. Try the phuk pill if you are up for an adventurous weekend...And dont take it if you are not about to have a few days off work, trust me.

Nice to walkin and look. But prices are way high. Still if you cant wait for shipping. Then its great for the impulse buy I went in to check a few toys out. Then went online and bought two of the toys I looked at instore for less than the price of a single toy there.

Absolutely love my product and the ladies that work the night shift were helpful and discreet in helping me find what was best for me.
