The president was very rude, unprofessional and even insulting. Instead of an apology for them loosing my gymnastics pictures (that I have paid for and will now never get) I was hung up on by the president. #notmypresident.

They moved to a bigger building, that they can not afford and increased the prices. Maybe ya should live within your means. The staff is also snobbish.
