One of the hidden gems in Kaysville Utah. Over 400 hundred varieties of trees, demonstration gardens on 100 acres. Had a great tour today by Jerry Goodspeed and JD Gunnell. Consider becoming a master gardener in either Kaysville or Ogden at the beautiful Botanical Gardens there. Two great facilities.

This is a beautiful clean garden with fun trails to walk, access to a walking path, and nice flowers. It is a great place to bring young kids.

If I could do a zero I would. DO NOT host an event here! My friend booked this place for her wedding luncheon and wedding reception and had paid in full for it. When they arrived no one was there and they were locked out! She called many times and no answer! They were never able to get into the building. Youd think someones wedding would be important enough to remember. Terrible management!!!

Completely disgusted by the lack of professionalism this management has. I would NEVER recommend this place for receptions or events or any formal business matters. We experience the incompetance if this management is weekend. Our friend had PAID UP FRONT, and reserved this venue for her wedding day Saturday February 9th. We showed up and the gates had been LOCKED and the manager wouldn’t answer her phone or return any messages. This place robbed our friend of having an amazing wedding day. SHE WAS LOCKED OUT AND FORCED TO FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO HOLD THE RECEPTION WITH ONE HOUR TO SPARE!!!!!!!!! No one deserves this on their WEDDING DAY!As far as I’m concerned, I don’t think this place has the knowledge to run a professional business. Therefore after this experience I would absolutely NEVER recommend them.

Our friend had arranged to have her WEDDING reception at the USU Botanical Garden in Kaysville on Feb 9 2019. After her wedding ceremony they realized that they were LOCKED out of the venue! The venue that they had SCHEDULED and had PLANNED on. They called repeatedly and left numerous voicemails trying to get in touch with someone to let them in to the venue they had PAID for... but no one answered. TWO HOURS before their reception they had to scramble to find a nearby church to move their reception to. Because of this time crunch, there was barely enough time for the luncheon and everyone frantically tried to help set up the reception before guests arrived (those guests that they were able to reach letting them know the location had been changed). I cannot even begin to imagine being locked out of my venue on the day of my wedding, and I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of those at the USU Botanical Center. They scheduled a reception on a day that they are closed!! Your wedding day is supposed to be a day surrounding you and your spouse and the LAST thing you should have to worry about is your venue being unavailable. I hope that those at the USU Botanical Center do everything they can to make it up to this couple and their families. I still cannot even believe that this happened and would never recommend this venue to anyone in the chance that this would happen again. I would have given them no stars, but that wasnt an option.

Public accessible areas not very large/diverse compared to other botanical gardens were used to. Nice spot to stop for an easy walk around the ponds.
