Had a great time here! They had very affordable rates to rent a theater, and allowed me and my peers to watch the blockbuster hit The Cat in the Hat. What a hilarious romp that movie is! Also they had perfectly made popcorn and delicious treats. Will be going back soon to watch The Love Guru!
Our family has been coming here for years! It’s a great place to take the kids—not too expensive—even the candy is affordable! Sure, it doesn’t have the best seats ever, but usually you can scoot over and find a better one (hence only 4 stars). For the price, you can’t beat it. (We wouldn’t ever go to the movies otherwise.) We always have a good time!
This theater is what all theaters should be. This is a 5 star experience with a more budget conscious venue where we can take the entire family (8 kids) for an amazing cinema experience without going bankrupt! (Id really rather not pay $12 for subpar large popcorn at the other places)We love the culture that the staff has created and the collective EEEEUUUU before every movie starts. LOL! We have a wonderful time every time we visit!The staff is always professional, very friendly and helpful! We frequently have visitors from out state and when possible we bring them and they too love the family feeling of Kaysville Theatre!Whatever you put in the popcorn, dont stop! This popcorn is better the any of the first run movie houses in the area.
We have been to this theater twice now and for a budget theater we are impressed with the cleanliness of the theater and the kindness of the staff. The picture and sound of the movies are also great.

Used to love this place!! Have gone here for 14 years. I don’t mind that the prices went up. But the quality of their popcorn has gone down the tubes. It is ALWAYS stale now! I would rather wait a minute for fresh. Even when you ask if it’s fresh, they tell you it is when it’s not! If you’re going to charge more, fine. But at least have the same quality you used to have. Also, she is probably a wonderful person, but just being honest, the owner woman seems so serious that she comes off really harsh. I mean this with the kindest intentions, but maybe she shouldn’t be up front with customers unless she can smile a lot more. Warm, happy greetings leave you with a good feeling.
Pretty nice discount theatre. The movies that come out are a little older but a nice place to get the theatre experience. $3/ticket and a large popcorn with refills is only $5. Good place to come for date night.

Pretty cool theater. It was fairly clean and staff was friendly. Movies are 3 dollars during the week and 4 dollars on weekends. You can hear police sirens outside if they go by and if youre in a quieter movie youll probably hear the movie in the theater next to you, but other than that, its a pretty good place.
Great family owned theatre! Every one is kin and the pricing is really cheap. Great for a family outing or last minute date!
This place is my favorite value. The tickets are affordable. Some of the screens have tears or spots in them but for 3 dollars a ticket sign me up. Great place to take the kids. If noisy kids bother you go to another theater or an R rated film because this place is very family oriented.
Great prices for movies, decent prices for consessions. The building in quaint and I like the atmosphere. It feels like Im stepping into the past for short time.
The price is good for tickets and for snacks. Its not bad for a older place. There was a tear in the screen on the top left in theater 3 that is noticeable once you see it. But overall I would return.

This is a great second-run theater. Ticket prices are great and the concessions are equally great. Just watch out for the gum on the floor, its eww.

Kaysville theater is a fun and quaint place that really has that cool small town vibe. They offer a lot of the main stream movies at an excellent price a few weeks after they release. All the refreshments are great and are also at a great price. The theater offers excellent value at a price that cant be matched.

We LOVE the Kaysville Theater! Ive been going here for 20 years, and my family has been going here for even longer than that! Its an amazing small-town small theater. The vibe here is quaint, and just amazing! The price is just PERFECT! Cant be beat, Ive never found a place any cheaper. Go, and I promise youll love it.
Even though the prices have gone up in the last year or two, its still a decent place to go to see movies. Its not the cleanest place, and the seats arent comfortable (an no leg room for anyone over 6), but the snacks are awesome and decently priced. The staff is friendly as well and eager to help.

Love this little theater. They have the best popcorn and prices in town!! You have to wait a bit longer to see the movies and they dont assign seats but its well worth it! This is the best theater around for the price. Its a hidden gem in Kaysville!

I drove all the way from Draper to see a particular showing, however once I got there I was informed that they canceled the showing last minute. There was no reason to canceling it and they did not update their website about the cancelation.

I love it! Just like the theaters when I was a kid! Ive never been one to care about all the gadgets and gizmos of the new theaters. I care more about the ambiance and the fun. This theater has good enough sound for me and big enough screens and my family of four can see a Saturday movie with popcorn and sodas all for less than $20!! Of course, the best part is that its family owned. I might never see a movie anywhere else.

The worlds best popcorn! I could leave it at that, but then you wouldnt know the true depth of my addiction! Kaysville theater is a treasure. Remember those dollar movie theaters from when you were a kid? Surprise! There is still one locally! $3 on weeknights and $4 on weekends. Kaysville theater has been remodeled inside and is very classy with very good prices! Now back to the popcorn! A large is $5 and you get a free refill. I hate popcorn! But theirs..... theirs is a whole new level of delicious! I could live there with their great family movies and delicious popcorn! Im still trying to figure out how they make it that delicious! Its driving me crazy! Did I mention I HATE POPCORN!?! They also have a free summer movie venue for the kids!

Its a discount theater so keep that in mind, no stadium seating or reserved seats. But it is a great place to see a movie you dont think is worth paying full price for. The popcorn is always fresh and they use real butter, seriously its worth going just for the popcorn!

I give this theater 5 stars. Yes, its older than any other theater. But during the summer they have free movies on Wednesday and Thursday each week. Their concessions and regular tickets are VERY cheap. I myself appreciate the old charm of a theater like all of them were when I was growing up. It was also clean. Will it be a theater that I will go to for every movie? No. But for larger families or even kids during the summer, this place has great value.

One of a kind movie theater! You bring the whole neighborhood for like $3 and the snacks aren’t too bad of a price either! Obviously it’s not the nicest theater but the price is definitely worth it. I went and saw a dog’s purpose in this theater and I cried for a lot of it. That’s one of the best things about this place though is that no one judges and everyone was really cool about it. I’m glad that kaysville is such a fun accepting place of me and my differences Go watch a movie or two here and you won’t regret it!
I have zero complaints about this establishment. I have been going here since I was very little and the staff are always friendly, the prices are always affordable, and the experience is better than youd find anywhere else.
I refuse to go to see movies at the big theatres. I’d rather support local and go to the Kaysville Theatre. My family loves it here and they are always happy and friendly. Great deal!
Cheap and cheerful. Films are a couple of months old, but good opportunity to catch up on things youve missed first time round. Very impressed.

I love this theater. Great local feeling. If kids act up there there is a play place near the snack area. Snack prices and ticket prices are awesome. Sometimes they are playing movies that just went to DVD, but thats nice if you still want that theater experience but havent had the chance to watch the movie yet.

The modern day dollar theater. Just prior to the release on DVD you can catch newer movies here. The staff is friendly. The popcorn is awesome but youll wait in line forever! Popular among families, the theaters are smaller so arrive early if you want a decent seat. It feels a bit like your childhood movie theater, We love it!

Amazing theater, really. They have the second best popcorn Ive ever had, first best thats still open. They typically dont play more adult oriented movies, typically its around PG-13, but thats fine since they have bigger releases. Absolutely amazing Coke, usually I prefer Pepsi but the Coke here is actually way better. Overall, I would recommend it very highly. Only problem I can think of is parking has to be done across the street from it, but aside from that, one of my favorite theaters.
Family run theater. Prices are great! Updated protectors for a great quality viewing experience. Concession prices are cheaper than any other local theater. Seats are a bit worn, which is reason for not giving 5 stars. It is a great experience overall. There is plenty of parking if you know where it is. Bathroom could also stand to be updated. But, when considering the prices, you dont mind the needed updates. If you havent been there, you will be happy when you do try it.

Love the Kaysville theater. They are just a great local, low-cost theater that is pretty family-friendly. Their prices are awesome on everything (except the candy). Even after their recent price hike, their still super reasonable. I can get my family of 6 into the movie for less than $20. If I add popcorn, its only $3 more for a good-sized bucket. Speaking of... their popcorn is great! And their drinks dont break the bank. Just a good fun place.
Great place to see movies on the big screen for a cheap price. If you want luxury go elsewhere, but if you want a hometown vibe and a gigantic popcorn for $3 this is your place.I just wish they sold sticky buns, then they could advertise them as The only buns stickier than our floors! Seriously though, if anyone shifts during the movie or goes to get a refill, its like they are wearing velcro shoes.Once when I was a kid I saw All Dogs Go to Heaven here and I was sitting next to my sister. Only when I turned to say something to her, it wasnt my sister. It was some other person that I didnt know. It was a surreal weird experience, like seeing Jacobs Ladder when youre only 5. Still gives me the heebie-jeebies when Im sitting near the back of Theater #1.Five Stars.
A great cheap place to take your family or a date, I havent been there in a while but it is REALLY cheap. My family always goes because it is so fun, they have a tradition where when you first start the movie they all shout Ewwwww! And its really fun to go there and just kinda mess around with that. Good snacks, soda, and popcorn.
Watch a good movie and had good service
The popcorn is a destination item. It really is. The theaters size and sound system are good for the price. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Given its small size, they have the logistics worked out pretty well.Ill give it 5 stars when they change out the sink that offers only scalding, volcanic water, and they add a paper-towel dispenser in the mens restroom. Those blow-dry machines just spew water and germs all over the place.

Kaysville Theatre is definitely not the nicest theatre, but despite that it is a great bargain to go see movies. The theatre rooms are not the cleanest, and the movies are somewhat old, but again, for your money you are still getting a movie. Not the best theatre, but not the worst by any means.
