Hello !!! I can’t begin to explain how excellent and welcoming the staff at Kids Quest of Ameristar at Kansas City was upon my visit . The warming and welcoming atmosphere that I received when I first stepped foot through the door was amazing . I’m not usually the parent to allow anyone to watch after my kids other than relatives but, after my visit here I will definitely be back . The new Director Ms Ashley assured me that my kids were in good hands . She went over everything I needed to know and also was more than happy to answer all the questions I had for her.. I’m sure I was overly dramatic but, she kept a smile and allowed me to feel that my kids were going to be just fine. Ms Ashley and her staff was outstanding!!! Keep up the great work.

I brought my family to this establishment for the very first time and I must say that Ms. Ashley made me and my husband feel so comfortable with leaving our 9 year old son there. He has severe asthma and she assured me that he would be closely watched at all times. They did just that! Ms. Ashley just has this southern charm about her that was so comforting and warm. Despite the lobby being slammed packed with guests, her and a teammate (i forgot her name) handled each guest so personally and sensitively that I was in pure amazement. She really takes the cake on going beyond expectations to make everyone smile. I recommend this place to ANYONE. And I definitely look forward to visiting Ms. Ashley and the team next year for the holidays.

It was our first time leaving our son with someone he didnt know(hes very shy) but miss Barbie to right over and made him feel comfortable which allowed us to relax and enjoy our night out,...amazing how she is with the kids....they all seem to love her...Thank you Miss Barbie you are amazing we will be back..

This was a great place! The staff is attentive, kind, and great with the kids! The center director is lively and creates a fun environment as well. Overall it was a great experience!

My 4 year old had a blast. The staff was very compassionate and extremely helpful. This was our first visit and will definately be back as that is all he talks about is when can he go again.

I brought my kids to Kids Quest years ago, now I am bringing my grandkids. They absolutely love it! They want me to go to the grownups side so they can go to the kids side. Not only do they enjoy they the games but they meet friends too.

Great place. the kids had a blast. Fun for all ages. We were worried about our youngest, 18 months old. He had a blast! Everyone came home wore out. We Forgot to bring disposable diapers. That didnt phase the staff. They manged to figure out our cloth diapers without help. They watched our kids better than put family members do.

Originally I had posted a negative review but decided to update since the former director of the establishment is no longer working there. I would like to take a moment to thank Sammy for going out of her way to find out who I was and handling the situation with poise and professionalism. I was grouchy and wound up ending the phone call with a smile on my face. A+ for customer service.

This place is amazing. My kids are constantly begging me to go to the Casino so they can go to Kids Quest and play. Wonderful staff who truly care about the wellbeing of the children. Top notch!

A GREAT place to take a child for a amazing experience of fun. All the staff their are very nice, great with the kids. You never have to worry about your child there, the security is outstanding. They offer nutrition snacks and a whole lot more!

The staff was extremely playful and attentive with the kids. She asks to go back every time we are around the area. Great place with lots to do for the kiddos.

NEVER will I take our children here again they are the worst staff Ive ever come across they take things to a whole new level with blowing things out of proportion!! Got kicked off the whole property because of kids quest because I was a hour in a half late to picking my children up when I couldnt be there any sooner and they told me a hour was not okay and that I had to be there in 30 minutes or they would call the cops and sure enough they did and treated me like a criminal like I was committing a crime all because they called me and told me my daughters head was hurting and I gave them options to help the situation because thats just what you do but instead they didnt give me a choice they Automatically jumped to we have a emt here looking at your daughter to make sure she was okay then called the cops then on top of that I got kicked off the whole property all because of me not being there in the time i said when there open untill 11 at night!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and let me remind you when I got there my daughter was just FINE.... Said she had fun and everything ( such a shame ) .

We are on vacation from Alaska and this is our second visit to the Ameristar hotel, our first was 3 years ago. When we entered KidsQuest we were told that since we had been here before (again 3 years ago, and never notified we would need to bring immunization records for next time), our kids could not come to your facility. I was told that they could call their supervisor, but they know she would say no. I understand and believe in immunizing your child, and ours are by the way, but bringing immunization records when you visit a vacation resort is typically not a priority item. Needless to say, our kids were crying, and now we will not be gambling at this resort, which we intended to do for a couple of hours. We will not come here again, since the whole reason we came back was for the activities for our kids, and so that we could have fun as well in the casino. We will also not recommend this resort to any of our friends and family who live in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. I looked at both the Ameristar website, and the KidsQuest website, and it is not visible that this is a rule, otherwise I would have brought these down from Alaska. We went to the front desk, and they called a supervisor, and we were told that since KidsQuest is outsourced there was nothing they could do. Although I understand what outsourcing is, Ameristar chooses to advertise KidsQuest as a perk or option as a family resort, so you are ultimately responsible for issues with this facility, and should take responsibility to insure this does not happen again in the future, which affects your future revenue. I am extremely disappointed in your inability to be flexible and help your customers, especially since it was so long ago since we were here last.

It was fun for the kids. They had a good time. We got to go to the casino. Kinda expensive and not sure how close the kids were watched

It was horrible, they are under new management. My party decore wasnt ready , I had to wait and when I got back there I realized they set us up in the gym ?!?!? Only one table . All my guests registered and they didnt get the right stickers to put on the childrens backs .. Party captains were boring and I did all the work, they werent keeping other children from coming in. Just overall I wouldnt have a party here not even daycare they may give the kiddos snacks but they barely watch them . One more thing , they only had 3 adult chairs , so most of my guests were parents and I had a total of 8 kids with 16 adults you can imagine how irritated I was !

I dont know how it is now, however about 10 years ago, I absolutely LOVED this place! I hope it is just as amazing as I remember it
