Very nice store but I had a problem lady wouldnt work with me and after calling for two weeks never handed to a manager or owner or resolved on top of getting hung up on everytime even recorded calls. Thank you for letting her go its to bad I live in Golden Colorado, We were just passing through on our way back from Greenfield, MO. I will give you 5 for firing her. Worst CS experience ever.

If I could give this store a BIG negative I would. It used to be a great, fun place to shop. I dont know who the rude, snot girl is thats manager now but, after my 2 experiences with her, I WILL NEVER step foot in the place again. All I asked her was if she could plug in an item that I planned to purchase so I could make sure it worked properly. I thought that was a reasonable request since the item cost over 100.00 and was not returnable. She refused and said she never had and didnt ever plan on it! I have been shopping here for 35 years! Never have I ever been treated so rude! She went as far as telling me she didnt care if I shopped at her store or not. Needless to say, I retract any of the nice things Ive said and references Ive given them. Go East down the road from this place to the Moonlight Boutique Adult Store where they are kind and you wont find any creeps lurking around the corner.

Went in with my girlfriend to buy her a outfit for work. (She’s a dancer) they asked for I.d. I was a little put off cause I’m grown but my girlfriend is 19 so I was like whatever. Not much of a selection for dancer attire anyway but I was going to spend money since I was already there. The next lady came in and she wasn’t asked to show I.d. I asked the blue haired lady why she didnt ask her for I.d. Also. She responded is that a problem. I said no big deal just felt like I’m being discriminated against since I was black and and I’d you need I.d. I feel like every one should show it. Not just the black peoples. I informed her that she just lost a sale. I left and she started to curse me out when I was walking out.
