I was greeted by an attractive blond guy whos name I missed, but he offered his assistance, but allowed me to window shop for a minute without being buggy. He showed me some merchandise to match what I asked for and checked me out. Thanks dude. Great service and relaxing atmosphere.

I wouldnt buy any electronics from this store. You can spend hundreds of dollars and they will only give you a store credit. Very poor customer service and management is racist. If you make purchases that you may need a refund. I suggest using a debit card so you can dispute it with the bank.

This place is absolutely massive. They have a ton of stuff (smoke store, adult store, clothing store, and one of the biggest record stores Ive ever been in). The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. There are other stores with more specialized selections, but for a one-stop-shop, this place is incredible. They may not have exactly what youre looking for, but they do have a little bit of everything.

The employees made me put my small purse in the car (as if I wanted to steal) so I wasnt able to purchase anything, other shoppers around me had purses/ bags larger than my own. Not sure why this happened to me, but I dont feel comfortable shopping ther

Yesterday as i was looking for another store walked in here which i thought was the store i was looking for. This place is a gem, customer service was excellent, friendly,helpful. The young lady that help me was cute and helpful. Love the incense and many other products they have, they have another customer for sure. Will be returning today to get more incenses. Great place.

Was sold a vape without its charger for the same price everywhere online offers it WITH its charger, and if you know your product doesnt come with such then perhaps employees should inform.and offer that charger or add on to the purchase??!! Feel like wasted money and may be returning the item and ordering online direct from dealer also probably wont return, get better customer service in smoke shops

Not like it use to be. I purchased 2 dvds n they did not work. Terrible management, didnt want to negotiate at all. Smh. I dont really mess with dvds anymore. Only good thing about the place is the smoke session of pipes and stuff. I will not be going to 7th Heaven no more. Sad but true.

My boyfriend and I are frequent shoppers here and are never disappointed. Weather we go in with what we want in mind or have no idea what we want we always walk out on top! Mr. Matt is always such a big help and answers our questions to the best of his ability and knowledge which is always top notch!! The clerks in the head shop downstairs are a bunch of rude snot nosed punks. Havent been back in years and dont plan to. Plenty of other places to buy what I need.

Employees will drop what they are doing be it putting stuff back or putting new stuff where it goes to help you. Go here for all music needs cause if they dont have it they let you know where you can get it but 90% of the time they have it.

Management really looks out for their employees and does what they believe is correct to protect their employees. Management of other bbusinesses should take note.

Whoever runs their Facebook cyber stalked where I lived to tell me my rating was a troll post. Because I gave them a well deserved 1 star for banning people who didnt so anything. They persisted to go put of their way to harass me via Facebook. Dont waste your money on a very unprofessional place

They have all authentic RAW papers, tips, and cones. Not just a wimpy selection, but an entire WALL of RAW products, all authentic. You dont see that kinda collection anywhere! The papers that are 1 to 3 ft long. Clocks. Carpets. Glass tips. The cone packer pieces. I frequent vegas denver cali a lot. Who woulda thought in the middle of Kc is all ALL your RAW needs?! And they have super cute clothes and great prices. Was pleasantly surprised!!

I want everyone to know this is by far the best place to visit ! ! ! The way all there employees act and treat all whom enter , well long story short, I didnt feel like a customer I felt like I was home with my family. If I was the General Manager Id be DAMN PROUD !

So I went in to see if they sage scented insence and as I was looking I was smelling them to see if there was any I liked. I told them I may not buy them today due to my husband not being with me cuz I want his opinion. And the lady caught an attitude with me saying that if I wasnt buying them why was I smelling them. Im sorry but I didnt think it was illegal to smell something and not buy it.

Their detox doesnt work at all. I used it as instructed and failed. Definitely dont waste your money on anything but their glass. Everything else here is a rip off.

Great store, horrible location. I came there to buy some vinyls (they have a great selection), but someone backed into my car while I was in the store. I probably wont go back because of the location. Not necessarily the stores fault, but now I have an expensive repair on my vehicle.

Me and my boyfriend were walking to the doors he took a puff off of his vape pen right before we walked in. The lady was rude off the bat and automatically said You cant vape in here I need to take the vape pen and the purse. We walked up to the counter and said Do you sell vape pieces and juices? She said Yes but you cant vape in here, its illegal to smoke in businesses since January of 2016 We said We have vaped in other businesses that had no problems with it. She said Well if you want to get an attitude about it then you can leave. We said Are you really trying to lose business and money? We took our stuff and left. She said Have a nice day. We said You too. I would not even give this one star if I had the choice. I would not recommend going there at all! It was an experience that didnt need to happen.

7th Heaven is the go-to place from midtown to south KC for glassware, adult toys etc., music, and tickets to local shows. Of course, theyll call posers out where they stand, but if you dont front, its a great place. Look for deals on bulk volume purchases. If you need a piece in a pinch for a pinch, they can help you out.
