This city park was a impressive, Jacksonville arkansas needed this water park. Took one child and she had a blast i was wondering one i went if children her age would be in water park thank goodness they were, they had stuff to do for all ages. The staff are watching the children to. I take alot of photos and they were worried about photos taking which that was understandable. Thank you to the staff for caring

We always enjoy our swim team mid-season party here. Its a great place for kids.

Lots of people children and Adults without a proper bathing suit. One lady almost flashed us...big big lady with just a tank top on and shorts. Teens without anything underneath the clothes...no bathing suit not under clothes. Will not be going back this season. All of the lockers are broken. No one told the children to stop running around the pool. Just went all of the way down hill and not worth the $5 even

Aside from the grown teenagers and young adults in the little kids zone, its great! Not overly chlorinated, good price for, 2 good slides, 1 open, 1 closed, and a decent pool.

The kids come here all of the time and the pool is actually nice. The waterslide has two different levels and there is a kitty pool as well with a waterfall. Great place to bring the kids!

We had a great time today at Splash Zone. The staff was friendly, the lifeguards paid very close attention and interacted with the children playing. We didn’t have any issues with rude kids, or parents not paying attention to their kids which is a problem we often run into. It was great for all ages and enjoyable for me as a parent to be able to monitor my older child and still be with my youngest. It gave me peace of mind being able to have eyes on my oldest and be able to stay with my youngest without restricting fun for either of them.The whole park was clean, including the bathrooms. Most places the restrooms are a disaster, especially at a swimming area. The admission prices are even better!We didn’t purchase any food or drinks, we packed a light lunch and once we were done we sat at the tables near the playground and ate. We also brought bottled water, which is allowed near the swimming area.We can’t wait to come back!

I like the park, my son loved the slides. The problem that I encountered was the capacity. Im unsure how much the faculty can hold. Over all its a fun park and really kid friendly.

$200 for season passes?!?!? The season isn’t that long, guys. I can get us all season passes to Magic Springs for that. And THEY have roller coasters... and a water park... and concerts. Splash Zone is small but convenient. It’s an ok place to take the kids for the day. Although, whoever set those prices should be drug tested because they are high.

Been going to this pool ever since I was a kid and still till this day I enjoy going. Just make sure to read the rules. They’re verrrrryyyyy stern about not wearing basketball shorts into the pool! Easy price of $5 and a little extra for the slide. The kiddie area is quite adorbs ️

This place was a lot of fun for not a lot of cost. My whole family had a great time and left the Splash Zone excited to come back again sometime. They have stuff for kids of all ages, so all the kids stayed occupied and had something to do. Highly recommended.

WOW I HAD A BLAST AT SPLASH ZONE. WHAT A SLIDE .7-4-19

We recently moved to Sherwood and this was our first visit. Admission prices are reasonable for the parks size and amenities. There are only truly two pools, as a third is small and reserved for the slides. Concession prices are high but the park is clean and well maintained; and, there are plenty of lifeguards on duty who rotate positions regularly, which I feel is fabulous!

Its a public pool. It tends to get crowded. But the staff are nice and the pool and its amenities are fun to use. I have found it more enjoyable when we have gone for private parties.

I would not even put a star for this place. This place was so lousy. Ruined our memorial celebrations. We came in 5 people(2 kids for swimming in wading pool). We carried our fold up chairs to make sure we had place to sit to watch the kids. Girl at front said you can’t bring chairs in...what!!!! Girls at front gate said we are over capacity and we just called 10 minutes before as we came from NLR saying that they close at 5:45 and never said they have capacity. That would give us 1 1/2 hrs to swim. Oh my word! She said you want to wait to swim then just then about 10 people left. We said we should be able to enter now. Then she said it will be $25. I said only 2 kids are swimming which would be $10(at $5 apiece). She said all who enter have to pay. She said how many are swimming I told her 2 kids. You could clearly see we were not dressed to swim. I asked to see manager and she said I am the manager. She was a girl dressed in a belly button outfit. Not professional at all. When the rest of the staff was in t-shirts that said “staff”. As a manager you need to act and look your best your representing the company. First of all we called in advance as we were coming a little distance, 2nd they would not let us bring chairs(we don’t need to stand while the kids swim). 3rd they were trying to charge us for not even swimming, 4th they never told us there was a capacity limit and 5th it doesn’t even say on website that people who are not swimming still have to pay. Do not waste your time for these shady places. We have 2 special needs kids and they left crying, upset and the 1 was screaming as he didn’t understand why he didn’t get to swim. This is awful and I’ve never seen anyplace run like this. They should have wristbands for the ones who will be swimming and you don’t charge for parents & grandparents who are not using facilities. Good businesses are not run that way. We will not be back and we are sure to tell ALL of our friends and family not to support this place.

Hella rude place didn’t let us in because my brother had on gym shorts and we drove 35 mins to get there and then didn’t let us in because we had some floating gear for my lil brothers arm

What the cost to use or be at the splash zone?

So sad that my family was turned away because my nephew was in gym shorts. After driving 30 mins and seeing three people swimming in street clothes we realized we were turned away because my sister is in a wheelchair. This place is a joke and i hope it gets shut down.

People who work there are very rude. I had such a bad experience. They turned us back after 20 minutes of driving,just because my son had a gym short while there are many other kids in there without swimming suit.

We had a phenomenal time!!! There were several very watchful and attentive life guards on duty! The kids had a blast and I did too!! Well defiantly be back soon. Did I mention it was only $5 bucks a person!!!! Winning!!! Well worth the drive!!!

Pretty fun. I busted lip on the slide so I only went down it once. Not really worth the extra dollar. I did enjoy the diving board though

Nephew had his birthday party here. After closing we all had a great time. Kids, teenagers, parents and grandparents!! Had great time. Area clean and nice there were several lifeguards- at each pool area.

I dropped off a child for a birthday party. Was very impressed with the security and the many lifeguards on hand.

I rated this place one star because I didn’t even get to go. They said we couldn’t let my group in because there was a “storm”. They said they heard thunder and saw lightning. There wasn’t a drop of rain later that day. My group and I were so disappointed about this place. The radar showed nothing. We waited there for at least 20 minutes and we just wanted to swim. They could of let us swim for that amount of time and the thing that was sooooo frustrating was that other people were swimming while we were waiting. This place is sooo unfair. And just saying, they just lost at least $50 from not letting us in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ️ And it is frustrating for someone to go all across town to get a swimsuit for you and your friends and waist money when you don’t even get to use them. So we are upset.

Nice park.Great covered seating. RIDICULOUS rules regarding swim attire. If the rules are to wear real swimwear, then EVERYONE should have to adhere to that rule.Regardless, if youre in the kiddie pool you can wear what you want, but that doesnt prevent anyone from going in the other pools with regular clothes on. I say if the 400 pound women Ive seen out there can find cute swim wear then EVERYONE can wear the appropriate swim wear! If my Muslim(wet suit), Protestant (swim suit with dress cover), and other friends from religious groups that have to cover their body can find appropriate swim wear, everyone else can too. After all, Wal-Mart is about 5 minutes away as well as some other retail stores that carry swim wear.

I brought two of my grandchildren to this park and paid their admission plus the water slide band. For me I am disabled and in a mobility scooter and they wanted to charge me full admission price just to keep an eye on my grandchildren. That’s being money hungry.

Opening day.....we all expected disaster with the kids beginning school break...it was still a cool cheap thrill with mandatory supervision for minors under 17.
