The wine smoothies were okay, but the bar employee was more interested in serving a couple of other girls. My daughter and I walked out. She never said anything. I wouldnt waste my time there.

It was an okay experience. I didnt really enjoy the artist who was originally with us and quickly found out that she was a last-minute step in because the other one left too early.the paints that she originally gave us was dried and not easy to work with, the steps that she gave us was not very thorough.

Wow... where do I start? First of all this place is nasty... counters are sticky and it smells atrocious in there. I was a frequent customer for a while so I noticed some things. Every time I have gone in there, there has been an entirely different staff so their turn over rate must be insane. That being said, there is one lady, amanda I think that appears to be the boss. Every time she opens her mouth it is incredibly disrespectful to both customers an employees. She needs to be fired. I would give 0 stars if I could. Plus they sell wine for 2x the cost of total wine. Take your business elsewhere

I tried at least 10 different kinds if wi es and i found them all weak. They didnt have body or good aroma. I was looking for a sweet Riesling but couldnt find anything similar.

AWESOME!!! I signed up for the Saturday paint and wine. The instructor, bar waitresses and atmosphere were ON POINT!! I quickly forgot we were in the mall!! Great selection of wines and wine slushies were amazing!! Samples were a wide variety but theyre free so no complaints from me!! They allowed you to bring snacks so we picked up a nice cheese, crackers and pepperoni deal from Walmart before coming over. I became an instant artist with the help of Ms. Karen!! The 2 ladies at the bar were very friendly and helpful. They offered to chill the bottle Id bought and could even enjoy it there if I wanted to. Will definitely go again!!

This place is amazing! We were in Jacksonville for one week on vacation, went to The Avenues mall, came across The Winey Wench and decided to give our artistic sides a try. The staff was INCREDIBLE!! It is $30 per person (although we purchased a groupon for $43 for two people). The canvas painting class was 2 hours long and we had an incredible artist (I think her name was Cathy) who guided us through the whole process. We were both VERY happy with our finished products. The staff brought a delicious variety of wine to us throughout the duration of the class. The whole entire experience was incredible and we recommend it if you are looking for a nice, relaxing, wine-filled evening and a chance to get your creative juices flowing. There is no pressure to paint like a professional, it is all in good fun.

Once again this place was great. The staff is very knowledgeable with the wine as well as the painting side. You can bet Ill be going back again...

I walked in to buy a very specific wine since one of my close friends was in town and we were planning a get together, however Minnie told me they were out of it. I was disappointed until she started suggesting other wines and offered some free samples. I was not disappointed. Minnie has excellent taste and let me sample close to ten different wines covering a wide array of styles, and it seemed like each one was better than the last. Even though they were out of the wine I specifically set out for, I walked out with the Electra Moscato Rose which I would’ve never given a second look at if it wasn’t for Minnie. Excellent customer service, wonderful wine, this place deserves more than five stars. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great experience! Our first time going, the artist for the painting class did a no-show, but the staff made up for it with free drinks and a reschedule. Next visit was wonderful, Audric was a good teacher and kept us up to date with wine tasters. Will be back soon.

Wine slushies are always a delight and who can resist getting an extra shot on top? Not us!! We love when they have wine to sample it allows us to know exactly what we are getting whether for ourselves or as gifts. We love to stop in for a winey treat!

Always stop by here everytime Im in the avenues. Tool the bf here for a paint night. The staff is friendly. They also have some gorgeous art for sale by their staff there.

We went for Valentine’s Day, everything was amazing, except for the artist who just stared at her canvas the whole time. Painting with a twist is so much better since they go step by step and show you how to do everything. I would only go back for the other staff and wine, but other than that not impressed.

My friend and I visited here tonight and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Went in for one item and loved everything so much ended up leaving with a picture, 4 bags and a box of things! Highly recommended

A unique craft store that not only sells wine and accessories, but serves up a mean wine slushie that you can take with while wondering the mall.They also provide a art class as you drink. What a perfect combination wine and art.

Haters need not apply when you get here. The spot is cozy and comfortable within. Wine samples were offered to patrons in the cool and refreshing forms of,get this,smoothies. Thats right, Im talking about flavorful threats such as (drum roll please) Watermelon, strawberry,Pena colada,and dont quote me on the last flavorful treat but it looked like Apple. I got the mixture of watermelon and Pena colada. There are three sizes of cups in which to choose. And you get to walk around the mall and sip on your drink legitimately. NO Problemo there. Its ALL good. YOU WONT LEAVE Tipsy only refreshed and wanting more IM quite sure because the mall was secure and cool inside. On the other hand, outside was blazing with the heat. AMBER, THE SALES CLERK OF THE FACILITY WAS FRIENDLY AND SOOOO CHARMING THAT ONE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE A HEART OF STONE NOT TO RECOGNIZE THAT SHE WAS DOING HER NATURAL BEST TO MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WERE WELCOME AND NOT SEEKING YOU TO GIVE A DOG A BONE.WITH THAT SAID KNOW THAT WHEN YOU GET TO THIS SPOT REFRESHMENT IS IN AND YOUR MOUTH WILL NO LONGER BE HOT. Ive been hearing fron friends that go here that one of the managers (Victor Blancheri) is memorizing girls names after IDng them and then stalking them on Facebook. While also sending threats of violence to those who confront him.Id highly advise the owners to look into these incidents.

Just visited this store as i always do when I come to this mall and had the worst experience in customer service. When i entered, I stated I wanted to try the Moscato that were out so, I waited for the customers ahead of me. When they left, the clerk ask what I needed, when I said Moscato, she rudely said she had put it away. Did not offer to bring them back out and when I asked to taste them anyway, she was rude and did not go out of her way to describe them and kept looking at her watch. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Just lost a customer!
