Beautiful, high quality stock, much better than any I have seen at the big box stores. And the prices are comparable or better. The art and pottery were fabulous. Some very unique pieces! Rob was quite knowledgeable and so helpful. I pick the delightful small business whenever possible. This is a winner for sure.

Absolutely lovely nursery near downtown/Springfield. The owners are very kind and helpful. They were great about answering all my questions, helping to find the perfect plants, and carting them around for me while my daughter and I enjoyed the sights. Reasonable prices and many interesting plants including several types of succulents and ornamentals. They also have a small selection of herbs and vegetables as well as pots (painted, terracotta, and plastic), yard art, and some gardening supplies. They have a much wider variety of plants than I expected and we spent some time choosing for our summer landscaping. I am happy to have this spot close by and will certainly be back!

Beautiful selection of plants, trees and succulents. I was able to purchase succulents there I have not seen anywhere else. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly!! Ill definitely be going back there again, and again!!

This is a wonderful place. The staff is knowledgeable, unlike the big box stores. The selection might not be as varied but you can get native plants which is important for birds. The prices are right in line with big box stores. I love it here and encourage you to visit. I got the very best thyme for cooking. The kind you can just strip just like Barefoot Contessa when she goes into her herb garden. They always have milkweed for butterflies. Garden Shack Rocks!

I have been waiting ages to check this place out and I am so glad I did! There’s a great selection of outdoor plants and they are all beautiful and healthy, unlike most I’ve seen elsewhere. The woman who helped us (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) was wonderful and extremely helpful in sparking my imagination. I can’t wait to go back!

I live on the Trout River. Been here almost four years. Rob King and his beautiful wife have created a botanical source that is a very happy place to buy plants!

Stopped by this nursery last week at their new location. Stock was low due to the recent move, but that says nothing about price and quality. We picked up a few gorgeous succulents for a really good deal! I hope to go back this weekend and buy the rest! Their prices where great across the board, from their fruit trees to their succulents. Im excited to visit them more often with the new location close to me!
