The Cornerstone program has been an amazing program for members and their families battling cancer. An annual FREE membership and services like child care support during treatment.

We were asked to pay $15/person by the front desk, if we accompany our son inside the YMCA no matter what. We explained to the front desk that our son has youth YMCA membership and we dont need to pay for just watching him swim. But the explanation we got is funny - since we take one spot of area inside the YMCA, we need to pay. We are very disappointed in Ipswich Y and decides to cancel my sons membership.

Me and my friend where hear a week ago and the life gauredkept yelling my friends to put her hair up and it lowered my friends self esteem cause the life gaured made her depressed. Now she needs counciling. She said she will not come back cause she wants to die so thanks a lot.

The workout room at the Ipswich Y is not clean and they have continued to auto charge the monthly fee for more than 2 months after I have canceled my membership - No response to repeated calls and requests to fix the problem.
