Bought this as a gift. So beautiful. Glad I went here. Was actually going to JoAnns but wasnt going to make it before they closed. The only down side is yhst they no longer accept competitors coupons. If theyre going to do that, t heyvdhould at least have better coupons.

As shown in the picture that I attached to this comment, you will notice that the price for the white panels is 10.00 but when ready to pay they say that youre wrong and the price is 18.00. I requested to show the picture to the manager (she is not able to manage anything) and she simply said you are wrong and I wont honor the price that clearly shows at the bottom of the product. Luckily I tried at my local dollar store and found the same exact panels for 1.00 ! So, thank you manager for not stealing my money! I am very loyal to business but I also scratch from my shopping places those that are dishonest and not empathetic with us, value customers.

Was sent to this store, from another Michaels since they didnt have it on stock, Came to this one and ask an employee name Daniel, and ask for merchandise he went to check and mention they didnt have it on stock and mention the computer wasnt updated. Disappointed when back online and did a curb pick up and they had it surprisingly huh? He was too lazy to go and check and provide good customer service. when i walk back in to pick up the merchandise they DID had in stock back for the second time and he was pushing a cart with his celll phone in hand. Is all about customer service !!!

I placed and online order duning the C19 pandemic on two different days. When I came the second time I have the day before confirmation number. They look for the correct confirmation number before I could give them the correct confirmation number. I had my order in a few minutes.

Went here to pick up 2ply and 4ply Bristol paper. Website said it was stocked at this location and it wasnt. Boooo!!

Staff at this particular location (Store #6707) is extremely helpful! I was greeted as I walked in the door, I asked the young lady for a particular item and she left her register and walked me to the item, helped me and then went back to her register. She was also the one to check me out. I do wish I could remember her name because she was exceptional! Unfortunately, her name isnt on the receipt either.

Easy online ordering. Fast pickup in store. Easy return when I needed something different. Found everything I needed.

Ordered online at the Inglewood CA location. Went to pickup an hour later. Was told it would take up to two more hours. I was in a tight time window but moved other things around to make that possible. I called when I pulled up about 4 hours after ordering and was hung up on four times before finally got through. The same employee came out to tell me that it was in the current group of orders they were pulling but it would be another 45 minutes. I could not talk to a manager unless I called again and got through because they will not come out of the building and I could not get the small item myself because customers were not allowed in. I was goated to cancel the order instead of bothering. The worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in quite some time! Communicating effectively is clearly not a priority and over five hours (and waiting) to go to the aisle they list on the order and take this handheld item out is apparently too difficult.

Love that if you go online to order and pay first, you can pull up after you receive an email stating that your order is ready, pop your trunk, a store team member will bring your items out to you. Store is still available during this stay at home order!

Nice big store and awesome staff! Super polite! My kids needed to go to the bathroom and were asking me and I was telling them we would be leaving because I didnt see any staff to open the door and they ran and told them you need the bathroom, come on. Opened the doors for them right away. Thanks to the Michaels staff. Great experience!

Very clean, with a heck of a lot of variety. I could have spent hours here coming up with various projects! They even had crafts for baking! That was really cool. The staff were nice, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place for anyone who enjoys doing crafts or has a project to complete.

Dont go to Michaels in the evening the lines are long...I hate long lines! Then they moved the online pickup from the back to the front & no booth or station pick up your items nope you have to wait in line not cool!

This was my first time at this location. I was on the hunt for an item i couldnt find anywhere because i wasnt faniliar with the items proper name. The stores associates, Michael & Bree are Absolutely UhMayZing! But back to the review...I found out what the name of the item was & had a veey pleasant time shopping here. I love that this store is local & carries the things that i want or need. Its very organized. The associates are extremely helpful & polite. I mean above & beyond the norm in any retail store Ive visited in a loooooooong time. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Its so funny because they didnt even have what i needed but i dont mind at all. I bought other things in lieu of lol.

Im a regular customer at this michaels not because of preference but it is the closest michaels available to me the lines are always super long! Because theres always only 2 cashiers its rare when there is more than 2 at that its always atleast 1 of the 2 cashiers with an attitude i never write reviews unless the service was excellent or mediocre this one is for mediocre service 1st of all the cashier that rang me up told me i got the wrong items for the shirts i purchased again im a regular what makes him think i dont know what im purchasing 2nd theres 2 coupons available today why what for if both cant be used he said only 1 could be used per transaction i kindly asked if he could do separate transactions for me then he denied and said i would have to get back in line after I already waited almost 25min ummm no thanks! His tone was so condescending im almost at the point of just taking that extra drive to not have to deal with their mess anymore after all the money ive spent here they cant honor 2 coupons on separate items really it would be 1 coupon per item ughhh

I mean how could you not love this place. When we got there they were having an art class. Took my niece in the class and were told that we can go shopping while she makes her bracelet as long as we didnt leave the store. Thats such a helpful tool for parents shopping with younger kids. As I was shopping, I noticed other children fight with things in the store and running around while their parents shopped. I reflected back to what an awesome idea it is to have the art room where theyre kept busy.

Waiting over an hour for my order on the curb. The method used to attend customers is ineffective and unorganized, people weren’t attended immediately and would be attended after people who arrived after them.
