We have been purchasing wholesale inventory for many years. There commercial line of chillers have a great track record. The smaller lines are quiet in a residential setting. Keep both style of units vented and blow out the condensers regularly.I also like the styling and functionality of the small tanks. Work great for reefs and planted tanks.Appreciate their professionalism.

I purchased a 20 gallon Nano Cubey from one of their resellers. I received a 20 gallon Nano Cubey STAND, dropshipped from JBJ in Inglewood, CA.It has been nearly three weeks since the reseller responded to my inquiry about receiving the incorrect product. They were looking into it. I decided to copy the manufacturer in after I had not heard back after nearly two weeks. No reply. Further, I left JBJ a message on Facebook last week. It was read or seen on Thursday, but again no reply.This is very disappointing as I dont know if the error was with the manufacturer or with the reseller at this point, but someone needs to take immediate ownership and get this taken care of. I am sorry to have to create a public review, but after multiple attempts to contact both companies and hearing nothing back, this is all I feel that can be done.

This jbj store is good to buy parts its really hidden but happy its so close to my house just incase i need a part from my reef tank chiller
