Danni is the only good thing the park has going for it. She should be the manager since shes answering the phone. Ill give Danni five stars, Ill give zero stars to management

I enjoy this 55 and older Mobile Home Park, so much that I purchased a mobile home here. The management as well as the owner ugliest Park genuinely appear prepare and make it the best 55 and older part possible. The park contains a heated pool as well as a Jacuzzi a large size Clubhouse activities are available, and the residence are very friendly. I look forward too many more years of enjoyment here.

I believe most of the problems with the water and electricity are fixed,I hope. Security is the next problem. We have a security gate that is open more often than not,and when it is operating, people just wait for a resident to go in, and they just follow them in. WE NEED A SENTRY A THE GATE TO ASSURE THER WILL BE NO UNWANTED PEOPLE LURKING AROUND, ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE NITE.

Worst place we have lived. Power and water outages seem to happen on a regular basis. Heavy drug use. No respect for pet rules. Occupants have no say over their space, allowing anyone to pick all the fruit on your lot.

Nice community with shopping nearby.

Bought a place. Like the Retro atmosphere.

Have lived here 4 yrs. Older mobile home park with new management in last yr. Frequently have no water and/or electric service to homes. Same issues year after year, still not fixed. In the heat of summer, often no electric service. Many residents are selling and moving elsewhere because of basic utility problems. Increased crime and theft in community. Suppose to be 55+ senior community but management displays incompetent monitoring of young people living in park with elderly. Lack of rule enforcement. Gated community but security gate frequently broken. Very little social activities offered. Very disappointing.

Called this is a very nice place for quite a few years but due to new ownership and frequent management changes everything seems to be negative.To bad!!!!

This is an old Mobile Home Park probably began in the early fifties or late fifties most of the trailers here or from the 19 fifties and sixties they are trying to revive this place and this place is for sale however management is very very strict there meme and they make fun of the older people because he himself is Young and they get into peoples gossip and spread gossip so this place is not a very nice place to live at

Theres always a problem with water being shut off and electricity being shut down .
