Just a few steps away from the beach, great location for beach lover’s. Great pool, they even have a spot to get the sand off your feet and body. Private entrance to the beach, love it since you have the beach is not crowded at all. The building needs updates inside the rooms but it is worth spending the time here since most of the time you will be in the pool and beach. Kitchen is already updated and all appliances are new. Bathrooms are ok but need to be updated. Parking is great since is under the building. Elevator is small but works fine.
It was nice. They need to open the Clubhouse to the guests. They shouldnt use gas powered blowers at 730am on a Saturday. That should be a rule. But very cool rooms.
It is amazing! Weve been here 3 times now and coming back in January 2021. They are cute 2 bedroom condos, full kitchen, w/d. The master bedroom is huge with a huge garden tub and walk in shower. Every condo has an ocean view. The front desk ladies and staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Dont hesitate to stay here!!
2nd time booking Oceanique Resort. Was awesome the first time and again this time. Roomy condo everything you need is there. Plenty of restaurants nearby thst have perfected takeout and delivery!! Will be back!!

The best resort I have ever been to for its price. Extremely affordable (around the price of a one-bedroom hotel room), and its rooms were HUGE! Contained a kitchen, a 2-bed bedroom, a master bedroom, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. Its also right on the beach and has pool access. You just need to go through the pool area to get to the beach. Awesome place!
Super nice, all condos have ocean views. Club house is closed because of covid, pool is open. Our condo is 2b/2b fully stocked kitchen, dining area, nice living room with plenty of room.

Amazing, spacious condo overlooking the beach!!! Very clean when we arrived, clear check-in procedures. Steps to the beautiful beach. Pool area was clean, pool was nice very warm but its Florida so!!! Close to so many restaurants and stores. Beds were comfortable and room was qell stock with towels and toiletries!!
Large 2 bed/2 bath condo fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Balcony areas were spacious with stunning views of the ocean. Some of the furniture was a bit worn, but the beds were fresh and comfortable. The location and proximity to the beach were the best.
Condo was incredible! Definitely visit. Well be back. Wish the clubhouse would have been open but completely understand and agree with it not.
Everything was great. Easy check in, elevators were quick, room was much bigger then we expected. Everything was clean and in great condition. Kitchen had everything we needed, (only bad thing was the refrigerator was set to a low setting and took a full day to get cold, it would have been nice for that to have been set to cold before we got there). Bathrooms were great, bedrooms were big so were the beds. My son wanted to live there lol. Pool and pool area were very clean. This is a great place to stay!
When you book on line you never know until you get to a place if it is mostly good marketing or the real deal. This place is the REAL deal & more. Four sisters spent a week at Oceanique and it exceeded all expectations from the comfort, roominess, full kitchen in doors to the delightful pool/hot tub and direct access to the beach outdoors. It is located in an area filled with things to do & a number of topnotch restaurants within walking distance (including gluten free and vegetarian options). I want to live here!
Great location & not overcrowded. Very friendly staff. The units are old & decor is outdated, showing typical wear from beachfront weather. Don’t let the age discourage you. The units are very clean & well stocked with essentials. The staff seems to truly care & are attentive to guests’ needs.
Patricia and her staff were absolutely awesome!! My dad came to town to visit and wanted a condo style stay. The room was clean, had an amazing ocean view, and had all the amenities of my own home. The other guests there were extremely polite(even when my dad and I were being competitive and loud playing the plethora of games provided. As well as my daughters playing in the pool.) The only issue I could bring up is the beach access was closed but their website did not mention that prior to booking. Not a big deal, but wish they would have said that ahead of time. I would 100% recommend this resort if you and your family need a get away for the weekend or week. Thanks for an awesome time Oceanique Resorts we will be returning in the future!

The property was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean but maybe needed a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay would recommend and if visiting in the future would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helped with all our enquiries.
Just spent 4 days here with family. I would definitely recommend this resort. First, for the low price it exceeds expectations and is well worth it. Second, Very clean. The pictures you see are accurate representations. No complaint whatsoever no hassles. Quiet beach. Clean pool, clubhouse nice with pool tables, shuffleboard and other things to do. The staff is available and friendly. I will probably be back with family again at some point. We had a great stay here! Thank you for a wonderful time here!

Would have enjoyed north building rather than south building in December. No sun on balconies on the south building. Staff very cordial and accommodating. We enjoyed our short stay at Oceanique.
Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location with a short walk on the deck to the beach. Plenty of sea shells for the kids to find. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Our unit could sleep 6 with no problems. The unit was clean, but could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall....great trip!

Area felt very safe for families, plenty of food choices close by, pool area nice, beach area clean and not crowded. Set up inside of condo perfect for family of 6. Only negative I can think of was hanging onto the key to enter into the pool area and onto the beach was a little bit of trouble but it made me feel safer knowing you had to be a customer to be there.
The property exceeded our expectations. The grounds were extremely clean as well as the condo. The Oceanique offers everything from beach chairs, boogie boards to noodles for the pool. The outdoor grill was clean and equipped with all the grill utensils. The pool was warm and clean as well as there were plenty of pool side chairs and loungers. Definitely will go back. Oceanique is in a great location. Beautiful setting, room facing the ocean for an amazing view. Super clean. Staff so very helpful and friendly. The pathway to the beach is well maintained and so appreciated. Elevator very helpful, too. They even mailed an item left behind in the room to me immediately. This is an awesome property, and I will stay no other place now when visiting the Melbourne area. Great experience. Thanks!!!

The resort is a little dated and could use a refresh, but overall our stay was great! Easy beach access right from the property with multiple places along the walkway to wash off sand. Less than a 50yd walk and you are on the beach. Beach towels are provided so no need to bring your own. They also have an assortment of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys to take to the beach (first come first served). The resort has a pool area and the water was the perfect temperature. Plenty of lounge chairs and a hot tub. A gas grill is also available for use. Every room has a balcony with a view of the ocean. Building 3 balconies face northeast, while building 4 faces southeast. Buildings are angled so there were shaded spots for breakfast on the balcony. Kitchen has nearly everything you need including coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, etc.... Condo was clean with plenty of space for six adults. King bed, two twins, and a pull out sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Two flat screen TVs with cable and a DVD player on the living room unit. Free wifi, but requires web page login so leave your chromecast and appletv at home. Club house has board games, puzzles, DVDs plus a pool and foosball table. Covered parking. No dining on site, but restaurants and grocery stores are less than a mile away.
Was a nice big condo with everything you needed. Had the beach to ourselves. Need to replace the lock from the gate coming from the beach.
Oceanique is a must for vacations. There were more amenities than we could even get to. Clean and friendly. Were going to make this our annual vacation spot.

After a week at Disney we had 4 days at Oceanique. Location: right on the beach, south of all the tourist crap of Cocoa Beach its a lovely area with great restaurants, not just franchises (seafood, italian and cajun were our favorites). Suite: spotless clean, way more room than we expected, furniture in very good condition with comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. Pool: wonderful! Hot tub: hot! View: loved the ocean view! Staff: very polite and helpful. Cant wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condos are relatively nice and well laid-out. The pool and beach access are nice, and the strip of beach isnt crowded at all. Pros: Easy parking, right on the beach, good price for the space. Community sand and pool toys for kids. Good location with shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Cons: you have use your key twice in locked gates to get to the beach, which can be slightly annoying when your have are full of beach toys. Views from the first floor arent great.
We called in advance for a late check in. We were given a code to the lockbox but when we arrived it was empty. Thankfully theres a 24 hour number to call and the maintenance man came right over and was able to let us into our room. The room had a surgical glove over the bathroom faucet. Other than that, the rooms are being updated and they are VERY spacious. The views are amazing. Parking is easy and covered. Restaurants close by are great (try Hula Moon). Oceanique is a great place to stay.

Great value here for location, right on beach with ocean view from room and balcony. Heated pool and hot tub were great since the ocean was cold and rough. Rooms were fairly spacious but quite outdated, but it was a nice place for a few days of R & R after Disney/Universal parks.

Small, 24 unit timeshare on the beach with large, spacious 2 bedroom units, each with balconies and ocean views located in two 3 story buildings on either end of the pool .The people seem to return for the same weeks each year, many staying multiple weeks and all were very friendly and invited us into their circle.The main activity is hanging out by the pool and hot tub or in the pool with noodles, etc supplied by the resort. The beach in front of the resort was quiet, empty and very private, and has easy access through the propertys short boardwalk and private access gate.If you are looking for noise and lots of on property activity this is not the place for you; if a completely carefree and relaxing week with a very laid back and friendly group of people you have found your pot of gold.Many good restaurants in the area, some, such as Melos, a wonderful Italian restaurant and two chains, Texas Roadhouse and Friendly,s are within easy walking distance. Lots to do within a short drive of the property.Older project which has been well maintained but could use updated cook tops and bathrooms...We have never had a more relaxing vacation nor madecas many new friends as we hsd at Oceanique.Tiffany, the manager, patrocia and Tia were all friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. We devinitely are returning next year. Same week to be with our new friends again
This place is not updated but it is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and fairly priced with fabulous views. There isnt much more than you can ask for when looking for an affordable place.

First, the view from the room deserves 5 stars! Its gorgeous. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. But our experience was fair. We went with dreams of a quiet vacation laying in the sun and soaking our tired muscles in the hot tub. Well... The hot tub was closed during our stay due to construction. The large tub in the bathroom would have been a fine substitute if there was enough hot water to fill it up. At least there was a smaller tub in the second bedroom...oops the stopper didnt work...sigh. Did i mention construction as in jack hammers solid from 8 am to 4 pm?!!!! So no sitting comfortably by the pool either. I would have liked to know about this before i booked. The people were very nice and we will probably try this place again...when the construction is finished.

Absolutely incredible place to stay, friendly staff and guests abound. Much less crowded than the other parts of the A1A beach strip with a nice pool area and private beach access. If you can get a room here you wont regret your stay for a second.

Have been here many years and have really enjoyed our time until this year.It is starting to show its age and the personality which was a major factor in us coming back seems to have gone.Gone were the white board messages about the tides and activities.No activities this week as club house is still closed due to hurricane damage...Our room had a dehumidifier for the first time ever, which needed emptying every day (only 2 of us there)Lots of little children in the hot tub...It just seems to have lost the spark, even housekeeping seems sourced out now.There are many options up and down the A1A though.Thanks for the memories.

Management was having the pool area serviced and they did the best they could not to inconvenience the guests. The Atlantic was less than 60 yards from the pool. Plenty of places nearby to eat out if you choose. The kitchen had plenty of appliances etc. to make cooking easy.
The resort exceeded all my expectations. For the price, I expected much lower quality. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The pool area is clean, and has many chairs. The other guests are very friendly. The ocean is rough, but the beach is relaxing. I would return many times.

Ive been going there for years because its a comfortable, livable and highly pleasant place to relax and enjoy in a laid-back locale. Its convenient to theme parks, shopping, old towns, concert venues, etc. , and every unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen and living area, washer/dryer, and a view of the ocean!
Room was very spacious and clean. The view was amazing. However, unless you were standing 10 feet from the lobby, you received little no wifi. Other than that, check in was easy and there are great restaurants in the area.
Great pool and outdoor activities. Rooms are very nice, like a large apartment. Heavily recommend checking it out.

Lovely, clean, spacious condos with gorgeous views of the Atlantic right outside our windows, located on the Space Coast. Easy direct access to beach. Within several miles of shopping and restaurants. Plenty of entertainment located within a 40-mile radius, if you choose to sight-see. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The resort provides in-house events for socialization, such as lunch, a porluck dinner, dvd movies, and plenty of pool space to relax and unwind. One of our better timeshare experiences.....wed love to come back another time!
Condo that we stayed in was very nice. Surprisingly there was tons of room. The pool area was clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and quiet.
