I got on this businesses website and booked a 15 minute slot for service. The time slot was to have the pull weight checked and string looked at which is the description for the appointment slot on their site. I am from Indiana and drove 48 minutes to the shop and was told to leave the bow (Friday) and could get it back on Tues. What was the appointment slot for??? When I arrived there were no customers...takes 30 seconds to check the bow weight and another couple of minutes to give the string a once over. Did not leave the bow and will NOT return.

Mel and Krista are some of the greatest people I know. They go out of their way to ensure you are fully satisfied with your setup. I picked up the new Matthews VRX, and within two hours it was ready to go out the door - paper tuned and all! They don’t pressure you into buying all the “latest and greatest.” They want you to be comfortable, and to enjoy archery as much as they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!Gerry

Paid for a complete bow set up and many things were done incorrectly. Fall away rest hits fletchings, 2nd axis is wrong, cant tie in a peep site straight after 3 tries. The owners are nice but too busy. Their understaffed. The help they do have are not bow techs and have very limited archery knowledge. When they mess up you have to pay for them to fix it again. Once dropped arrows off for inserts got em back fletching were changed with no inserts still had to pay for fletching and insert after. Constantly they charge for non performed work or un requested work not to mention hiddrn cost VERY GREEDY. I recommend going to broken rack archery in batavia

Man I have to say I do hvac so I deal with a lot of people and the people here are some of the nicest I have ever met even with all the crazy stuff going on right now they still respond to my questions and get my repair done in timely manner and they are they are the only place I could find the specific nocks I needed for my crossbow thanks definitely will be the only place I shop for my supplies and new bows from here on out

I can’t say enough great things about this shop. I have recently brought my new bow to have it adjusted. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I had all of the stuff I needed. And made sure to answer any question the I had. I will recommend they to all my family and friends.

Would give this place a 0 star rating if it were possible. Went in there to get a simple poundage adjustment and a d loop put on. Kid who upped my draw weight stripped one of the bolts holding my limbs on. And just today I went to shoot and my d loop came undone mid draw and I punched myself in the mouth. Also my buddy went to just get some arrows cut and when he shot them a week later all the insert tips kept pulling out. I would never recommend going to M&M Archery, they let kids work on bows and clearly don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to maintenance and simple archery work.

Took my nephew to get his new compound bow set up. Super friendly, inviting staff. They are very good with youth! Service was so good I bought extra arrows for my nephew. They were very reasonably priced for custom cut aluminum shaft arrows. Looking forward to seeing these folks again. Highly recommended!

M & M archery is a great place to visit if you have any interest in shooting a bow. The owner is very knowledgeable in all aspects and seems to really enjoy helping people become familiar with archery. Nice family run business. They will even fix your equipment for you. Its nice to have one semi close to me but I would love to see more ranges. This place was very cramped with people. Lots of men there. My son likes to get the extra practice in but the last time we went he was sandwiched between 2 men. He has not asked to go back. We need so many more of these around. Thank you M&M for being here.

Ive never had a bad experience here and I feel very comfortable asking for help from the staff. Its also a great place for beginners because the owner is very knowledgeable. Im sure theres a closer place to where I live but I still come here because of the service.
