Covid protocols were 100% and my friends and I had a lot of fun. Our lane messed up a few times but the manager got us back and running quickly. Great customer service!!!

Had my sons bday party there last week. Staff was friendly and very attentive to our party needs. I really like the commemorative pin we got for him included in the package that we all signed

Great staff. Maintained social distancing and cleanliness. Fills up pretty fast so go early if you are (COVID) nervous about crowds. There was plenty of space at around noon.

Personable staff that get you checked in quickly; however, if you order food be prepared to wait for 30 minutes for 4 tenders and fries and pay $15. The cook seemed to be killing time to do the least she could before getting off. Eat before you go.

Bowling was fine but it was severely under staffed,they were friendly but very disorganized. The pizza oven was broken so we couldnt order pizza then we were limited to items they had to fry. No salad options either. They were out of a lot of items and after we paid almost $60 for other item beer included they would give us a free pitcher of water!

I came here with my boyfriend and son, the staff was very nice. The only problem was the machine kept giving us problems everytime we were bowling. We had a great time! If you go on a Saturday night, GET THERE EARLY BEFORE THE TEENAGERS ARRIVE !

As a league bowler I appreciate the social distancing attempts, but the issues are still some pulling their mask down while bowling, no one using hand sanitizer while bowling either. I would use extreme caution while bowling at any facility. Amf is doing all they can, but its up to its patrons to follow covid precautions and rules.

Nice-sized 48th Lane bowling Alley. For the most part everything was good the only issue is the service for food is sometimes slow. and because multiple leads bowl there you can only really enjoy an open Lane as a regular person on Thursdays and Sundays. I strongly recommend calling and asking them if there is open lanes or if its league bowling only

The lady that attended to me was very rude. There was a lot of traffic and may be they already know some customers who were cutting through the long line from the right side. Multiple lines were formed because they werent controlled. Not very organized at this center.Customer service is poor. The attending lady spoke rudely and unapologetically to some guests.Ive been to several bowling alleys owned by AMF in several states. I usually have great experiences until I visited this center.The 2 points are for better service I got from ordering food and drinks.Overall I had fun with my family!

Need to hire some people to clean the place up. Lanes was good, manager on duty was great. She was the only one that knew what was going on. (Go to front counter to see if we could get a pair of lanes) calls manager, cause he doesnt know if they have any. While Im looking at about 20 open. So I asked, Do you have a league coming in? IDK...... (Go to snack bar to order food) calls manager, after they finished there conversation while we are standing right in front of them. But the place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The seats was sticky, floors was sticky, tables we had to wipe down are self. Approach was so dusty that I had to towel it down so I didnt slide too much.

The prices are reasonable but the lanes need to be upgraded or oiled better. Food is good considering its a bowling alley. Grilled chicken sandwich is really good.

My first time visiting this location on February 2020 I was displeased with management and stsff were rude. The lane I bowled on was defective and my bowling ball kept getting stuck in the gutter, the ball failed to retract after each round that I bowled and whenever my ball got stuck at the end of the lane or in the gutter the score board would skip my turn to play causing me to miss a round. When I expressed this to the manager, she was rude and refused to discount my game or offer me a free bowl for my missed round. I will never bowl at this location again.

Kids really enjoyed themselves!! Got to give the kids time to enjoy and have fun before going back to school!!! Bowling is one of their outlets to be competitive with each other. I believe they would have spent the night if they could. Well do this again of course. Having fun time with the Grands!!

I thought the place would be cleaned, sanitized but the table was unclean, floor was filthy.

This was a fine place to bowl. It is easily observable from the highway, and there is ample parking. It is a bowling alley. Which means, are you get what you pay for. I thought the price was a little high, but all in all we had fun. There were plenty of balls for people to use, the shoes were not that bad, and the staff was very friendly. However, the price for the food that you can buy there, was ridiculous!

The experience wasnt the best. We were able to bowl pretty quickly with no problem. There was absolutely no TRAFFIC AT ALL ON A SATURDAY! But, the place closes entirely to early compared to the neighborhood Bowling Alley. As far as the food I cant really say much none of us eat. But, the bartenders took over 30 mins to make drinks so most of us just went without it. The atmosphere and music was definitely not up to date and when they closed, they didnt refunded us in a free bowl whenever we come back.

Clean, social distance in place but the food is high priced and you cant bring in your own food to eat

Bald head manager very disrespectful. Not really sure why he’s a manager . Waiting forever for food and drinks just not worth the money . He was in front giving some a refund because it’s took over a hour . For a hot dog . Then I asked politely can someone take my order he started yelling saying it’s backed up on order give him 15 mins I asked for the manager which was him he told me it’s no manager available right now. Will be call corporate.

I never had a worse experience before in a bowling alley . Got there like 10 pm paid 101 dollars for three games and four people that was not the issue . The place is dark , the disco lights don’t work , it sounds like one speaker is working in the whole place , the staff was not friendly and to make things worse the bartender was drunk/high. I will not be coming back to this place ever again.

Basic, no frills bowling spot. Good music. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired - expect to wait at the counter while employees walk past you. I appreciated that they accommodated a birthday cake.

We had fun, fellowship and full two hours of friendly rival bowling games.

Fun place to bowl. Great music selection if you like hip hop and R&B. The cashier struggled with the difference between toddler and big kid shoe sizes. Other than that it was a great experience.

The lanes were well maintained. The Personnel were constantly disappearing. The atmosphere was relaxing, which increased your Bowling experiences. I will return again.

The manager got my group lanes together but they rush the food i had a pizza that wasnt done and when they tried to fix it, it was still no good but they wouldnt give us a new pizza

Talk about fun for everyone. Although most attendees are Black, EVERYBODY IS WELCOMED ! Theres bowling, bingo, old school music, a bar and light food choices.

Great space bowling floor was greasy but great atmosphere.

My problem with this Bowling Alley is the employees. Costumer Service doesnt exist at this establishment. The employees that make the food are very nasty. If my family members didnt constantly throw birthday parties here I would never come back. There are plenty other Alleys save yourself the headache and Bowl some where else. They need better supervision and customer service training.

Large facility clean good fun

Lanes were never stable (33 - 34). Ball returns would not return the balls. Pin setter would not reset the pins in a timely manner.

They need to fix ball return issues but I still give it 5 stars

The bartender is the reason for 3 stars. Everything else got 1.

Celebrating a birthday. Good turnout and was truly enjoyed by all that attended. However the concession stand needed help and resulted in your food being cold because persons was not made aware that food was ready. First time ever experiencing this problem. Need to work on that.

This bowling alley lanes are raggady. The lane #35 put a cut in my sister bowling ball. I would not recommend .

This is the worst bowling alley in PG county. Poor customer service and broken lanes. There are long lines at the register with just one cashier during busy times. Balls get stuck etc.. Stay away.

Came through about 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Walk right in, got two lanes. Bowled several games. It wasnt crowded and the lanes worked. Yes the alley could use a up grade but its plenty of parking and on Sundays at 5 pm they have $2.50 a piece games. We didnt stay long enough to eat. But the tables around us seemed to enjoy the food.

The food service was terrible. The whole place was way under staffed. It had taken 40 minutes to get two pretzels, which had been out sitting for at least 10 minutes. I was very displeased. And will not be returning.

I visited for the first AND LAST time Sunday around 4:30pm. I was disappointed with the LACK of staff help available with purchasing games and shoes. There was only 1 person (with an attitude) having to do it all. Then when we finally started bowling, our balls kept jamming (lanes 39 and 40) and we had to keep going to the counter asking for help (because the service button didnt work). Also, there were several instances where the score was calculated incorrectly - giving us a strike or spare when fewer pins were knocked down. Lastly, our food tables were not clean. This place needs to be renovated!!

I have a complaint regarding the hours of operation, when a league member is able to use the practice games. One Sunday the alley opened at noon, I arrived at 12:30 the lady at the desk was not accommodating at all.She informed me that no lanes would not be available until 6 o clock, and none were available even though the center was empty and the group did not arrive until 1:45 pm. If we are given a practice card,. when does a league member practice on Sunday? Please speak with the manager on duty about making an attempt to accommodate. Thanks

I like this bowling alley. Its very lively and friendly. The staff were attentive when we needed then to be and polite. I usually go to another alley to bowl but I will probably come to this one more often.

The service at this AMF house sucks!They have the same young lady with the nasty attitude working the desk, and I cant understand, why? I pay my money to have a great time and continuously get the same nasty attitude.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and there were children running around everywhere. Management was visibly overwhelmed and it was a struggle for them to meet basic requests made by customers. Probably wont go back.

Good place to play

Me and my camp went on a field trip at this bowling alley. We started bowling and nothing was wrong but then we realized that the bowling pins were not coming up in sets of 10 , but sets of 6,9 and 8. So we asked two staff members Jamal and some other lady to help us but they would not. Then we also realized that our balls were stuck and were coming out of another lanes machine. The balls started to flow out rapidly from the other lanes machine and hit a kid in the face.

Very nice place to go bowl. They have new controls and monitors to go with the new floor.

You cant bowl here unless youre in a league. It deserves no stars. If youre looking to have family time DO NO BOTHER GOING HERE!!!
