Great store! Had an employee at the entrance helping customers. Cashiers were friendly. Manager saw us waiting by the door and came to make sure we had been helped. We bought a new Christmas tree and the employee who brought it to the front, offered to take it to our truck. Love this store!

Every single time I walk in this store I feel like a little kid at a candy store. I absolutely Love this place. I went to Michaels to frame these amazing Star Wars prints and the staff was very helpful and creative. They helped me come up with a theme and I couldn’t be happier. It is pricey but worth it.

Jamie in framing was incredibly helpful! I went in with very specific questions and she was able to thoroughly, efficiently, and kindly answer all of my questions while still balancing the holiday traffic all around the store. Very grateful for her stepping in!

I just love this location. I was a bit ticked off last week. But hey everyone deserves a second chance lol. They know my daughters and myself are regulars and have bomb customer service.

Just moved here from another state, and this Michaels blows my old one out of the water! Huge selection!

They have a variety of different creative things for all types of people relating to different hobbies. Like puzzles, planners, and for people who like to craft or color. I even found a book that teaches you how to draw anime (though I already know how) In any case its a good place for artsy people but to be honest their prices are a little bit too high for my liking.

As with all businesses these pandemic days, supplies were limited. It was just OK because the staff was not very helpful.

This store is clean and well organized. Short of the traffic, one would not know it was black friday weekend. The only reason it got a four star rating was because I didnt find what I was looking for, a manger scene or items to make one to be more exact. If they had them, they were not easy to spot.

Check out is always slow and problematic for us.Inventory is usually missing which forces us to order online for store pickup which is where all our problems stem from at checkout. No one seems to take responsibility for customer service, especially as it relates to store pickup of online orders and stocking of shelves. Lots of room for improvement in this store.

Another place with unhelpful staff.You can wander about lost for 30 minutes and the staff will just walk past and ignore you.If you do manage to find a staff member dont bother asking them anything.Totally clueless.

I generally keep an eye out for deep sales and the occasional coupons through the newsletter. The choice of craft products to choose from makes Michaels a place I can spend a good amount of time in unless I know exactly what I need to get. So this becomes a tactical visit. Easy to find what you need by asking any of the available sales associates wholl show you directly to what you need.

The staff are few and far between and seem to prefer talking to each other than helping customers. But that aside, the prices are decent and the store is clean if a bit unorganized. I mostly go here just because there are always coupons you can use and the location is pretty convenient.

This place is unbelievably overpriced. You could shop at Walmart or Big Lots and get close to the same stuff for a whole lot less. I remember when you could buy stickers and Christmas sprigs and picks for $1 in this store. Now the cheapest thing you can get is $5.99 to $14.99. Christmas is too expensive as it is. Who can afford this store?

This is a neat store to shop in you can find projects to build cars to making jewelry. And if you dont want to make anything you can also purchase supplies for art or painting. You can also find great home decor

Decent prices, typically well stocked, friendly staff. Prefer this Michaels over the one at Lincoln Square in Arlington because this one always has more inventory. The other always seems out of stock or doesnt carry as much stock in their store.

Pretty much the same as always...Clean, bright store, with friendly helpful employees. Not to mention the cool stuff!Look up Michaels coupons on your phone before you go. Usually pretty good deals. Art supplies are a little pricey, but they normally have great deals on stretched canvas. That, and paint is about all I usually purchase there. Every now and then, something different will catch my eye, and I will do an impulsa purchase.
