The place is cute, enough space for a family. The cleaning procedures need a bit of an overhaul, the place needed to be wiped down by us. The counters were stained and had stuck on food. The bathroom needed additional attention when cleaned. The place needs some tlc overall. Things are looking worn and the couches were very stained and socks and trash left behind from the previous guest. The outdoor patio area is nice but not very private as the doors don’t lock and we had people walk through while we were there. Some of the outdoor lights did not work at night so it was a bit dark. Overall I would stay again just hope next time it’s better taken care of. The contactless check in is great. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area were clean. Great location!

I just booked a 3 bedroom suite (unit B4) at the Coral Springs Resort. My family was feeling cooped up due to the shutdowns and we wanted to get some sun and enjoy the pool. Luckily the coral springs pools just opened up and we had a great experience both times we used the pools. The room was spacious and had all the things we need for a great stay. We loved the extra lighting on the balcony and we were able to play games on the balcony while watching the sunset out of earshot of the kids:) The Jacuzzi in the room was great and my kids loved playing in the tub too. We will definitely be back.

Loved Coral Springs! Quality place. I do wish there wouldve been tennis balls and or pickle balls, but thats minor. The only real issue was the locals had no problem coming in to enjoy the pool facilities. There were several of them. They were a bit creepy and inappropriate. It made me uncomfortable with my kids being in the same pool and I definitely wasnt going to let them go near the hot tub while they were in it. Would be nice if the main entrance had a security code specific for the paying patrons.

This property is very well advertised, but doesn’t live up to its promises. Our reservation was to sleep up to 34, but there were towels for 6. Simple amenities like trash bags and toilet paper were not stocked. Dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. Our shower was clogged and backing up. The pool is not right outside, like the photos lead you to believe. And the pool is visibly gross, the hot tub was even worse - the water was a putrid color. Cell service is poor at best. The stairwell and parking garage could use a good power wash. It could be a nice property with proper maintenance and cleaning but for now, I would not recommend.

This is a beautiful property! We had a three bedroom condo on the top floor. The view of the mountains and sunset was great! This is more of a condo rental than a hotel stay. There is no staff on site. Checking ourselves in and out without an elevator and two small kids was a bit tough. The room was wonderful, kitchen great, furnished beautifully, everything comfortable. I didnt realize there was a cleaning fee on top of the room fee, so look for that before booking. They also tried to charge the incorrect amount and I had to call them to have it corrected. Great stay, but watch the charges carefully. :)

The place itself was comfortable and clean with all of the amenities you need, where we instantly felt at home. All of the staff from maintenance to office were incredibly friendly and prompt to respond to questions. The pool was a FABULOUS perk with beautiful views and is well maintained, along with the tennis and b-ball court. The location was a perfect mix of quiet seclusion with the option of nearby shops and towns, including short drives to all hiking and water recreation spots from Sand Hollows (6 min drive) to Zion National Park (45 min). Overall this place was awesome and we’d highly recommend!

Beautiful and immaculate condo. Super comfy beds. Accommodated family of 9 with a bed to spare. The bunk beds are all full sized not twin, and very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous and everything was just perfect. The outside pool was nice temperature and well maintained. The inside pool was closed for maintenance. The only downer was the bathroom inside the main building next to the pool had some dead bugs on the floor. When I told the lady in the office she said it wasnt her job. I decided to pick them up myself and throw them away. But everything else was so fabulous I ignored that bit. Tennis courts and pickle ball.

Wow! This condo was plenty spacious, clean, and well equipped with cooking and cleaning supplies. It was also stocked with laundry and dish detergent, towels, blankets, games for the kids, and anything else you might need. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were well maintained and not crowded. Not much within walking distance but the options are endless if you drive a few minutes. For the kids there was a great children’s museum in St. George and a dinosaur meuseum right down the road. I visited this resort with my friends for a spring break trip, and had a fantastic time. We visited Zions and the St. George area.Located close to both Zions National Park and to St. George, this resort was easily accessible and convenient for visiting local sites. It had a homey feel with many amenities: The Indoor and Outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court and a small weight room were all a short walk from the rooms. Our room (and I assume all the others) had an outdoor grill, and a well outfitted kitchen. Dining area, dishwasher, fridge, electric skillet, and bowls were all included. The rooms were spacious enough and the bedding was very comfortable. Even the bunk beds were extra wide, comfortable for my friends and I (Im 62), and there were smart TVs in all rooms.Overall a very nice stay and certainly not overcrowded when I stayed. Perfect for groups. I would totally go again.

We stayed at Coral Springs for our yearly company retreat and it was flawless! We came all the way from the east coast so it was hard to know if it would be what the website showed. It was better! The rooms were incredible. Huge, comfortable and clean. We didnt really need the extra space because it was only 2 adults per room but we saw a lot of families there so the bunk beds made sense. Cleaning these big rooms must be a nightmare - we left a mess behind in our food room but the manager said not to worry. We still felt bad so we left them a tip.The property was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. Weve done this retreat at other corporate hotels and we really enjoyed the heart and soul we felt there. They do a good job at making it feel like youre at home and not an airport with beds.If I had a recommendation, just make sure you ask about your room before you arrive. Some have stairs and youll have to carry your own bags. It didnt bother us at all but some may want a ground floor room.We will be back next year no question!

The staff is very rude towards the guests. The price of staying here one night is not reflective of their services. The facilities are dirty and the staff was unwelcoming and rude.My service animal was not allowed in their facility. I was a charged $1800 cleaning fee($300/per room) for any room he entered. He has been my legal certified service animal for over 5 years now, and not once have I had an issue with him with flying or lodging. I felt like my rights were violated. It is privately owned and is not required to abide by any laws. This was only made aware to me the day after I had traveled for over 12 hours, arrived, unpacked and organized my things for my 3 week stay. They made me switch roomsThe following day without an apology or offer of compensation. They even tried to charge me for throw up that was found in their garage! First of all, it wasn’t my dog’s, and for spending $150/night, should it even matter? It’s an outdoor garage with surrounding wildlife and that’s how you’re treated?I definitely do not recommend this location. Majority of the accommodations in the condos were broken, and when I requested anything to be fixed, I was treated as an annoyance, to be at fault and certainly unwelcome at their facility. This is not the place for healing or relaxation.

There are probably better options. Only go here if you like hard mattresses, like to bring your own salt and pepper, like to bring your own toilet paper, like to bring your own dish detergent, like to bring your own towels, like to bring your own DVD player, like old frayed couches, and like dysfunctional grills and fireplaces. (Among other things...) Maybe we just had some bad luck, but one has to start thinking of the probability it was this bad by chance.

At first it seemed like a great place to stay and overall its not terrible but certain things that you expect when you pay so much for a hotel arent necessarily included. For example, the bad water pressure in the shower. The fact that youre not allowed to turn the ac on past a certain degree. The extremely creaky bed, the several bugs we found crawling around inside the room, even down to some odd tasting water through the fridge water pipe. I was blown away! My family and I traveled to Coral Springs Resort in December, and the first thing I loved was the covered parking garage with stairs leading directly to my suite. Then, we walked up and into this beautiful outdoor patio with fireplace and privacy gates with our own private view of the mountains. THEN, we walked into... home. All the pictures in the world cant quite describe the feeling of having traveled all day with kids and then walking into a home thats cozy, inviting, well-decorated, and ready for us to relax in.The kids loved the bunk bed room and we enjoyed the quiet of the master suite on the opposite side of the condo. Decoration was tasteful and well done, the furniture was extraordinarily comfortable, and we had a hard time convincing our kids that the rest of the vacation was really going to happen elsewhere, they wanted to stay there!Highly recommend for weekend getaways, travel stop (so much nicer than a hotel room), or convention stays. Not a great resort for the money. Good thing a walmart is close as you will need to have your own soap and other items that you will run out of (garbage bags, toilet paper). They give you a limited number of towels and expect you to wash them if you need clean ones. Bring your own towels as you are not allowed to take the towels from your room to the pool. Also no cell service on both verizon and sprint and the wifi is painfully slow. place also has deferred maintenance issues (broken or missing gates and such). I went to talk to someone in the clubhouse on sunday about our concerns but the office was locked, apparently your on your own here. More like a house rental than a RESORT.

LOL,, Not perfect, but a lot of good in this, Ill click 5 stars regardless of the critiques because I I know how hard it is to operate a profitable business, as such Perfect is never going to be realistic... I Thought I was going to a nice hotel, it turned out to be a spacious and elegant two bedroom condo... Full-size kitchen with full size kitchen-appliances, stocked with pots, pans, dishes -[dish-washer] full sized laundry room with full-sized washer dryer... beautiful construction of a building, lots of nice rock & tile, we enjoyed the gas fire place and the spacious luxurious master bathroom... The exterior patio was also nice and private, with gas BBQ grill, and very nice patio furniture, Its a very beautiful comfortable place to be... Albeit, with several pieces of nice artwork hanging on the walls, I quickly noticed that the interior decorating seemed amiss... I think whoever decorated should be fired [or never hired in the first place]... None of the art-work matches anything, its also not displayed-positioned appropriately on the walls, seemingly mix-matched pieces [although nice pieces] apparently hap-haphazardly strewn against walls to see what might stick where... Not that it was a problem, we did not arrive to stare at the walls in the condo unit,, and to be fair, it was probably no more amateurish than most homes in America... It was more of a comedic observation than any issue with the comforts of our stay... Lastly, I could detect a [Potential] problem with those steel stair-treads if on account or occasion of being near a larger group of lodgers and-or guests with a lot of people potentially running up and down, bouncing on those patios and exterior stair-cases all day or night, I could see where it could be a potential noise problem if other parties were numerous and active, it was not a problem this time, as the place seemed half empty and quiet... I would stay there again, its a very nice comfortable place, better than a hotel in many regards... I think they charged me too much to clean the room though in consideration of how clean we left the place when we were done... The owners of this place should go get their money back from their interior decorators and give some discount to me on the cleaning bill because we left the place so clean for them,, and as favor to for advising them on their interior decorating LOL!...

The resort left a free standing mirror (not mounted to the wall) in the master closet. This mirror fell on my baby girl, and it shattered. She had an eye injury from this event and, has to go into the operating room under general anesthesia at primary children’s hospital to clean out under her eye lids and remove the foreign body and glass. I contacted the resort and they got me in touch with American family insurance agents (who work for the resort). The agent kept trying to change my wording and make this incident look like it’s my fault. They don’t want take responsibility for a permanent injury that occurred at their facility. We stayed here for our anniversary. The suite we stayed in was everything we expected. We did have several issues here; first we couldnt find our room when we got here, and since it was 1am and this place was self check- in we didnt dare call anyone. I would advise that you ask where in your building your room is before you come as there are no room numbers on the outside doors. Most of our dishes has detergent left on them, we had to wash everything before we used it. And whoever used the grill last emptied the propane tank and we didnt realize until 8pm when I went to cook our steaks. Next time I will check the tank when we check- in to our room. The staff here was very helpful however, when we called about the tank our site manager showed up with a new one a few minutes later. Also he said theyre getting numbers put on the outside doors (just dont know when that will be) great place, will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I took a trip to Zion and wanted to stay in a place with a kitchen to not heavily rely on fast food. Coral Springs was well worth the money and the slightly longer drive to Zion. The condo was beautiful. We reserved a one bed room and ended up being upgraded to a two bedroom. They offer parking garage access and easy check in and check out. Beautiful shower and netted tub in the master suite and washer and drive, full size refrigerator and stove with all necessary utensils and dishes. This place is beautiful and quiet. The neighbor visitors were extremely polite and generous. Offering for us to knock on their door if we needed anything. Privacy. This place offers privacy. The patio door is the main access door with a smart lock. On the patio you can secure your area from the inside but locking out the units next to you. So every condo has a privacy corridor. Also there is a gas grill and gas fireplace on the patio. Wifi, extended cable, access to setup your own Netflix and other streaming services. We seriously loved this place and were a little sad to leave. If you stay for more than a few days understand that a made service will not come. You need to wash your towels. You need to wash dishes before you leave and you need to take your own trash out. It is something I went into knowing and accepting. I loved it. Like I said. Privacy!

My six friends and I came to St. George to celebrate the end of the BYU/UVU school year. It was the last week of April and the weather was awesome! Coral Springs proved to be the perfect base for our adventures. It was close to both Zions and Snow Canyon for our more outdoorsy adventures, as well as close to St. George itself for shopping and dining. Plus, a Walmart is conveniently placed only a couple of miles away for some quick snack runs or buying dinner groceries. Our time on the resort was fabulous as well. We spent the mornings on the basketball and tennis courts and then unwound in the evenings in their beautiful pools and hot tub. If I were more inclined toward working out the exercise room looked nice too.The condo itself was the perfect mix of fancy and comfortable with great amenities including a full kitchen which had everything we needed to cook several nice meals, a BBQ in good condition, a comfortable set of couches with a large TV, a laundry machine, a dishwasher and some nice homey beds which afforded me several nights of great sleep. So yeah, I was very pleased.
