SO FUN! It was not cheap, but it was so worth the money. Our tour guide, Tallen, was awesome. He gave us the full experience and we had a blast, going up and down rocky terrain, gliding over sand dunes, seeing the beautiful scenery and amazing views in a completely different way than from the highway. We did the 2 hour tour, but easily could have done the 3 hour tour and not gotten tired of it. We felt totally safe with helmet and goggles provided. I love to drive so this was a dream come true, worth every minute type of fun! We highly recommend it!

We are from out of state and wanted to have some adventure and fun. We rented an ATV for half a day and had a blast. The staff is super friendly. They were very thorough when it came to giving us direction and there advice when it came to what would be safe for us to do in the vehicle we were in. The mountains and rock formations are beautiful, we saw some petroglyphs as well. It was overall an awesome time!

We have our own UTV but, it’s more of a utility vehicle so we wanted to take a tour with a guide to see what these bad boys can do. Our 3 hour tour with Tucker was just the thing! Combining some rock climbing with sand dunes and oh boy, what a blast! Tucker made sure we were comfortable and ramped up the fun to get our adrenaline flowing! All in all, a great day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and you can request Tucker by name if you like. We sure enjoyed it!

Rented two jet skis over the holiday weekend and have zero regrets. We booked pretty late but still got a really fair price. The jet skis ran great, but mostly the service the guys here give is next level. They are extremely kind and helpful. Theyll go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.

We came to Utah from Colorado, we rented a jet boat that wasnt exactly a good match for our family size. The staff was incredibly helpful, came out to the lake to be sure we werent having mechanical issues, told us if it wasnt a good fit then they could help us out on the cost. They ended up refunding all the rental costs!! The next day we rented 2 side by sides and ended up blowing a tire out on it. They got the tire fixed very quickly and at a great price! We were on our way back to play in no time at all!! We will definitely be returning and I would most definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!!

Such a great experience! We did the Sand Mesa Tour and it was worth every penny! Our guide was awesome and very attentive at our needs. I highly recommend this as a fun adventure.

Poor customer service:COOLERS- gave us a hard time about asking for a 2nd cooler for our 2nd rental (all rentals come with a cooler)- were told over the phone this was not a problem and no shortage of coolers was ever mentioned (mind you this is middle of summer, this should be mentioned for safety purposes as you have to stay hydrated)VEHICLE- we had issue with our 2nd rental, we brought it back after driving it 5 minutes down the street. Upon stopping, it rocks back and forth VERY abruptly. It actually scared my sister in law and her BF. This was their first time and they were concerned if they even wanted to go thru with rental- we returned to the SUAC and they said:1) this is how the RZR 900s handle2) we dont have any extra vehicles to swap you out intoKeep in mind, our 1st rental is also a RZR 900 and it DID NOT have this issue when coming to a stop. We asked why the other 900 doesnt do that....they shrugged their shoulders. They even offered to refund us 1 rental....but were in a group of 4. So this was clearly not an option for us. So we decided to continue with the day.Several hours later, BOOM! 2nd rental DIED! Ran max speed of 10 MPH for about 10 minutes before it died and would NOT turn on again. I called SUAC and spoke to Tucker who came to a rescue with surprisingly..... A SPARE EXTRA RZR....WOW! Magic! (They said they had no extras when we complained about the 2nd rental having problems). Thankfully tucker was nicer and stayed to make sure all was well before he took off. Thanks Tucker! We were able to continue on with our day.Needless to say:- poor customer service- liars- dont care for well being of their customers- gave us false sense of hopes when we first arrived by saying we wont last in our all day rental (be positive guys! Support decision of your customers and just guide them in how to achieve their request. Dont be downers!) Btw, we proved them wrong. Bring plenty of water if riding in summer and prove the guys at SUAC wrong!

Awesome place. Super nice staff helped us get on the road and answered our questions. We struggled a little with getting into the park from their office, but had a great day once we made it in. I would recommend renting the Kawasaki over the Polaris. New in 2020 and 2x the machine.

Rented two side by sides and they were awsome. The staff were super helpful getting my family ready to go and getting us directions. We had an amazing day driving around the dunes and sand hallow. We had enough time to head to toquerville and one of the machines rented broke down (radiator/overheating). After I climbed the mountain to make phones calls they came and swapped us out. They Let us do a later drop off, but i was annoyed we payed full price for sitting on the side of the road wasting time and loosing the last hours of sunlight.

Had an incredible experience. Staff was really helpful. My 2 buddies and I rented the 350s. The trails were endless. There were three of us out there for 8 hrs and only saw about half of what there is to offer. Definitely recommend anyone to go. Bring plenty of water....

If youre looking for a place to rent dirt bikes in Utah, I would highly recommend you give these guys a call. Weve been out 2 years in a row now and rented with these guys both times. The process has been easy and theyve been great to deal with.Bikes were dropped off and picked up on schedule or early and they performed excellently. One of our riders had a small problem with a bike (rear wheel bearing) at the end of the ride one day. Although they were closed they were extremely responsive to our issue and dropped off a replacement the next morning.We will definitely be back next year and renting bikes from these guys for our trips.

If youre under 25 and looking to rent a UTV, this place is for you! What an awesome place. There is so many rental places in Utah but so many have age restrictions or double deposit requirements. My buddy and I wanted to plan a trip to Moab but we changed plans because the price of staying there, price of rentals and the location of this place! Its just awesome! You can ride straight to the trails or dunes right from the shop. I really skeptical about renting one in general because I was worried about getting one with high mileage, condition, prices, and location. I did my research and I found this place. I can tell this place really looks over the machines and keeps up on the maintenance. We got a RZR with almost 10k miles and it ran flawless for the 350 miles we put on it. They are a nice local honest company and the workers are very helpful.. I will most definitely be back when we need another desert vacation. Sand Hollow was a blast!

If you are near Hurricane, Utah and looking for something amazing to do, you must call this place! It was so much fun!!! We had Kevin as our guide and he was extremely patient with us as it was my first time riding and myMom is 68 so she was a little intimidated. He was super helpful and educated me on how to work the machine. Once I got the hang of it, we were ripping through the dunes and climbing up the rocks. Don’t let the other reviews scare you off regarding repair costs. If you follow your guide and the rules, you will have a blast and not incur any additional charges. Believe me, book it now!

Between the experience of driving the off road vehicle to the scenic locations the tour takes you, this entire experience is like a video game. Having driven the two person vehicles, it was extremely fun and the sand dunes were, although tricky, an amazing experience to drive on.Given the speeds that you go, this is not an activity for anyone that dislikes sharp turns taken at fast speeds and reckless driving, but for those that do this is the perfect activity. From bumps and turns to rocks and hills, the terrain you go over varies greatly and the tour takes you to some scenic views overlooking edges, lakes, and rock formations. They provide food and drinks on the tour, and teach you how to drive before heading out. Overall a great experience and something Id love to try again.

We got one of our best day on our life with my friends. We rented a 4 people Utv and it was amazing. It is little pricey but it worth every penny. Thanks guys

The most inflexible company Ive ever dealt with! Late for half day rental, wont do a 24 hour rental, wont do a sunset tour no one else booked, you can a two hour tour with a 5 year and their family, while they have 30 UTVs sitting there. Guess they did not want our money! Owners get new help that actually have some customer service and want business! Their workers only Motivation is lock up go home!

Great price for an all day boat rental, the boat is well equipped and maintained. The check in process was quick and simple, no costly add ons for additional services. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For a small fee they will drop off and pick up the boat for you, this was great for us because we did not have to take a truck and they will put it in the water for you. I will go back again and probably rent a razor the second day for some off-roading. Truly a wonderful experience and how a business should be run. One of my friends left his Bose earbuds on the boat, they reached out to him and he was able to pick them up!

We made great time so he was able to show us some beautiful spots that arent necessarily part of the normal tour. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to see Utah from a different perspective!

We rented out 2 jet skis and for what we got they were really nice.

We did the three hour tour and Dan our skipper took us to some great locations and views. The vehicles were well maintained and We experienced a wide variety of terrain that included speed, sand and rock riding. If youre looking for a break from hiking and want to take advantage of open spaces I would definitely recommend the team at Southern Utah.

Took a 4 hour Jeep tour. Dan was our driver/guide. Took us to Smithsonian Mesa were we hiked/scrambled up the side to find some petroglyphs specifically the yellow man . Drove on down to an old pioneer town. Amazing scenery and views! Fun time off roading. Dan gave us a lot of local history and suggested other things to do nearby.

Very impressed. We went on a 3 hour UTV tour. I was expecting a slow, not as fun as just renting and going by yourself experience, but I am so glad we did the tour. We were able to see things we never would have known, and the tour included the funnest bits of just about every type of terrain. We couldnt keep up with the tour guide and we were hallin. It was super fun and totally worth it. And did I mention it was the cheapest rental/tour or of all the other ones we find online? By a Longshot. You drive, and you only have to pay per vehicle, so multiple people can switch off driving the same vehicle for the same price.

My buddy and I did a RZR-1000 all day rental from Southern Utah Adventure. It was hella fun and we want to be repeat customers. The guys at the shop explained everything well and were easy to work with. They gave us a map and pointed out all the must-see stuff. Awesome experience I highly recommend it!!

My wife and I had an amazing time ripping it up on the sand dunes in a UTV with Braden as our guide. Braden was great and the scenery was better. Top 10 vacation experience ever. I honestly couldnt believe this place existed. The xontrast between the bright orange sand dunes and rocks and the deap.blue sky was incredible.

They had a huge selection of recent model high power sport side-by-sides. And Sand Hollow was an amazing place to drive them. We went on a mid week afternoon in mid May and almost had the place to ourselves.

I was a tour guide at this business and I loved every minute of my job, the awesome customers, how professional our staff was & how much pride and dedication they took into there jobs. Kevin the mechanic, I would give him 20 stars if I could he is completely amazing at what he does and gives the customer or person renting that piece of mind that the machine is completely maintained regularly. And also Chad the owner, he is such a great person super easy to talk to and he is totally understanding and knows customer service comes first. There tours are super great, if you want to have a great time in southern Utah then I would definitely recommend doing a tour and or renting with them. I miss you guys !

Dangerous.Everything about this place was in bad need of repair. You walk up a narrow and rocky path in an altitudes over 8,000 with all the gear on. Had a herrowing experience. ....Guide didnt stop me even though I was screaming I was headed in too fast. He let me slam full force into the stop blocks then the wall.Never hurt so bad on the left side of my head! Thought I was going to pass out!Told the guy to get the helmet and gear off me because I was not going to get on the second (and last) line to the bottom.Almost had a full blown panic attack.He told me there was only one way down.So I rode then walked the last bit.Would NEVER recommend anyone use this company!

We rented a Polaris last minute for our family of 5. Staff very friendly and laid back. Taught us all we needed to know as were beginners. Much better rates than those directly on the Beach at Sand Hollow Reservoir. Can drive your machine directly to the beaches and dunes--no need for a trailer. Helmets provided as well as free ice and cooler! Will only rent from these guys when here again.

AWESOME ATV EXPERIENCE! Recently went on their 4 hour guided tour. We were visiting from Chicago and had never ridden an ATV before. If you want to see the sights, hit some sand dunes, and are unfamiliar with the area, dont waste your time renting an ATV on your own. Our guide Dan did a great job explaining how to operate the ATV and handle ourselves on the trails. He showed us sights that only folks familiar with the area would be aware of. All around, everyone at Southern Utah Adventure Center was knowledgeable of their equipment, very easy-going, friendly, and did their best to make our time as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!

Wonderful three-hour tour with (James) Tucker. What a blast! It was a slow day at SUAC so we got Tucker all to ourselves and we played hard. The previous nights windstorm made the dunes buttery smooth...looked like no one had been there before us. Really enjoyed the brief stops to take in the scenery and take a few pictures. Take the guided tour...the terrain is way too dangerous to go blasting full throttle when you dont know what is over the next dune or around the next corner. Thanks Tucker for an unforgettable adventure!

If you come down to this area and dont do a guided tour on a UTV, you are crazy! Why guided? I did not know how much these Polaris could do and take. Our tour guide, Tallen Tucker, was great. We had fun while we felt safe and adventurous. The places he took us to, breathtaking! The rest of the staff, amazing as well.

Pay for the guided tour, having a local that knows the trails like the back of his hand is well worth it. Tucker was an amazing tour guide took our group of 8 through rugged terrain, to great views, and then the roller coaster of sand dunes. We were all driving Polaris 1000 side by sides. They have a big fleet of toys so bringing a large group is something they can handle. Thanks again from the Griffin Brothers Tucker!

My friend and I had Dan as our tour guide for a side-by-side ATV sunset tour and it was BY FAR the best night during our time at Zion. My friend was a bit apprehensive to ride but he really took care of her! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend doing this. We saw a part of Zion we hadnt planned on seeing including sand dunes and this beautiful lake in the middle of the canyon. Also, for the ladies... Dan is cute ;-)

Tallin was an awesome tour guide! We had a blast on the 3 hour tour. Loved the sand dunes, loved the rock climbs in the Razr and had a blast. Well worth the $500 we paid for the tour.

Great prices and great staff!! We had the worst thing that you can think of- damage to our UTV we rented. However Ive never had this great of an experience as we did with Southern Utah Adventure Center. They were more than fair on the damage repair. Every other place Ive ever been to who always takes advantage of the situation but they did not! Thank you Chad for a great experience.

My boyfriend and I went out on a three hour tour with Tallen and had an awesome time! He showed us a bunch of cool spots and did a great job instructing us on the machine. The entire experience was really good from booking right on through the tour itself. Highly recommend to add this as a stop on your vacation.

Went here planning to rent a side-by-side thinking it would be more fun and free to go by ourselves... glad Dan changed my mind. It would have actually been much slower going without a guide! It could be quite dangerous not knowing the trails and trying to go fast, so having an experienced guide in front allows you to REALLY hit the throttle hard without killing yourself.Dave was our guide and he let us go nearly full speed the entire time. Didnt feel like we were held back one bit, plus he showed us a couple really scenic spots, took great pictures for us, and gave us tons of advice on other must see places in the area.Dave and Dan even had the decency to answer some of our follow up questions about the area when we called back the next day. The scenic drive and hike Dave suggested were two of our favorite things to see.Would go back again no question in my mind, well worth the cost. Extremely exciting tour and great employees all around!

From start to finish my experience here was beyond great. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I reserved a 2 seater Rzr to begin with. When I got there the seat belt latch for my dog harness wouldn’t work. One of the gentlemen came out and said how about we give you a 4 seater to make sure your pup is comfortable. He even brought me a blanket to make sure it was nice a comfy for my 75 lb doodle. Anyways my tour guide was Braden. He was very respectful and caring when it came to my pup. He asked how the pup felt when going down steep terrain. Took in consideration I wasn’t the only one in the atv. Just overall a fantastic experience. Everyone should rent from here. Will definitely be renting from there store In Moab Utah next year. Thank you Southern Utah Adventure. Oh and they also provide fresh bottled water and some snacks. Which I thought was very cool.

We had an awesome time on our 4 hour ATV tour! Our tour guide, Gene, was very funny and comfortable to be around. He really knew what he was doing and would make sure everyone was comfortable with the speed and terrain as we went along. He has some great stories and history of the area as well.The tour was priced well. Everything was included such as gas, helmets, goggles, and surprising water, and even snacks during the tour. (You should still bring your own bottle just in case, you get really thirsty out there.)I would recommend bringing or buying a bandanna to cover your mouth because even though the helmet covers your mouth, you still get a lot of sand in there. You get so much more out of the 4-hour tour for not much more money, I would recommend 3 or 4 hours if you have the time.

When the staff realized that my wife and I were not experienced ATV drivers, they suggested that we drive one of the two-seated vehicles instead of two 4 wheelers. This was a great call and they allowed us to upgrade for free! The tour was great and so was our guide. Definitely a great deal!

Ridiculous agreement. Stay clear of this place unless you have an attorney on retainer. My Son and I arranged to rent motorcycles for the day, and cancelled them after reviewing their agreement. The contract they ask you to sign is by far the most one-sided agreement Ive ever seen. Is it possible that they make their money on charges after the rental? Just read their agreement and see if you agree. (If you scratch a plastic part, they will charge you for a new part even if they never buy the new one - Which they do not appear to do by the look of the bikes) They even go so far as to tell you to take the dirt bike to a car wash before returning it because they dont want the clay clogging up their drains(I guess the car wash drains are acceptable).

Our family went in two jeeps with James and Dan, they were both amazing, informative, and fun. James had a step stool for my mom every time we opened the door. Dan was fun, had a great sense of humor, and knew all the fun/weird/interesting historical spots. Definitely recommend and worth the money/time.

Even though this is one of the priciest options in the area. The service and staff were great, the experience on the Dunes was great. The bad experience was having to pay for the repair of a mechanical part. As soon as we entered the Dunes our rental buggy got stuck due to a part that malfunctioned and caused the buggy to only go forward. I was held responsible for the repair although the equipment was used and the past wear and tear from other users was at my expense. Be prepared to pay for ANY mechanical repairs out of your pocket and dont expect the owner to compromise. The fact the equipment has been used for years and now there is a mechanical breakage does not matter, you will be held responsible.

Im a Florida boy. First time in Utah and my family and I wanted to try out something new. We rented a 4 person UTV for a 3 hour guided tour and I dont think I can recal a time where I grinned for 3 hours straight. It was so much fun. Our guide was great and the scenery was breathtaking. Worth every penny no doubt.

Rented 3 side-by-sides from here last October and had an absolute blast! Though the 800s are still a ton of fun, the 900 was worth the little extra cost.I was impressed with the staff and how thorough they were in explaining the machines and the surrounding riding areas. We spent a good amount of time at the Purple Hills (I think thats what it was called), then headed to the dunes just south of Sand Hollow. I guess I didnt know what to expect but the dunes were awesome!!! The whole area was so picturesque, it was like we were on another planet (we are all from Ohio).All in all, great experience and would recommend to anyone in the area who wants to have a great time! The only thing I would do differently next time were in Southern Utah is go here on day 1 of our trip, then at least another couple times before coming home. This was by far the best thing we did on our trip!As for the 1 bad review, keep in mind that these are off-road vehicles and your safety is your responsibility. Same goes when you rent a car, truck, jet ski, snowmobile, you name it... you are liable for your own actions (and any damages that result from them).Southern Utah Adventure Center is top-notch in my opinion. Give them a try... youll be glad you did!

Rented two Razor 900s for our first trip to Sand Hollow. The staff got us through the paper work quickly and explained all we needed to know, provided us with helmets (good thing too as it was cold) and goggles (a must). Super fun day. Would definitely rent from them again.

This was a last minute stop on our way to Zion during an annual family spring break road trip. We went to Zion but stayed in Hurricane. We had some time to kill and they fit us in for a 2 hour guided tour (including a guide to drive me (mama) and her 2 kids (11yr old boy and 6 year old daughter). TIME OF OUR LIVES. Hands down, it was the best part of the trip! Talon was our guide and 4-passenger RZR went through enough, rock and sand and formations to show us a great time!! It was FAST, bumpy and filled with adrenaline!!! The vehicles were awesome, helmets/goggles were well-maintained too. Absolutely recommend. Now, how am I going to beat this trip for next year?!!!

Amazing views are an understatement!!! Wanted to do something different for my big 30th, so happy we did this tour!!! We had so much fun and saw amazing sights. Tallen was our tour guide, he was knowledgeable of the area and was fun hangout with. Best. 3. Hours. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

My wife and I went on a guided tour on a whim and were definitely glad we did. Tallen was an excellent guide who brought us to some awesome locations and was super accommodating with everyone, giving everyone time to take pictures and explore the areas we stopped at. Never rode a UTV before and gotta say they were a ton of fun, fast and seemed like they could climb anything. If you are looking for a unique way to cover a lot of land in a small span of time, I highly recommend booking a trip with these guys. Cant wait to go back and do it again next time were out that way. Absolutely amazing views.

Turns out the staff and their toys (Polaris 900 rzr) made an incredible impression for our first time to Utah. 3 days removed from our trip every one of our friends and family are dying to go back on our next trip. The staff is fair and patient. They took good care of us in our search for a used Atv. They have a wide variety to choose from for all your off-road adventure desires. Close to the dunes you can literally ride from their location out to the great outdoors.

Awesome experience!! My niece and I are here on vacation and she was eager to go ATVing (me not so much), but she convinced me to give it a try and I am glad she did. We did the 3 hour UTV tour, had a great time and saw some of the most amazing vistas one could imagine. Our guide, Dan, was AWESOME and explained everything we needed to do and what to expect. The rock formations were stunning, the sand dunes unbelievable and the trails thrilling and, in some cases, a little intimidating, but Dan made sure we all got through without incident. Stopped multiple times to enjoy the view and take pictures. If you are not an experienced UTVer or a someone who knows the best routes off the beaten trail, I highly recommend you go to Southern Utah Adventure Center and take a guided tour. Everyone was friendly, incredibly helpful and took great care to ensure an optimal experience was had by all.

Recently we traveled to Southern Utah. Our plan to join a large UTV Jamboree didnt work out so we called Southern Utah Adventure Center and had Chad the owner hook us up with Dave, one of his guides, who took us out on an amazing tour of all of Sand Hollow and Werner Valley. We received special treatment unlike any other experience we have had. Dave showed us the entire area and answered all of our questions. The best part of it was that we didnt have to follow 20-50 other UTVs around eating dust for the entire day. If you want personalized treatment and people who really care about you and your time off, call these guys!!! They saved the day and made our trip even better than we anticipated!!!!

My girlfriend and I booked the 3 hour tour, this was our first time behind the wheel of a UTV. Tallen was our tour guide and he did an amazing job of getting us comfortable with the UTV, making us feel safe and giving us the space to push the machine to our limits. The spots he took us to had incredible views. I chose them because I stayed in an airbnb couple blocks behind their location, however Iwill definitely go out of my way to book another adventure with these guys. Awesome experience with a great guide. They will see us again the next time were in southern Utah.

Great customer service. They will show you all the good spots/trails to hit. Very good upkeep on their machines.

Please do not go here. I ended up at the hospital after going off a cliff that I was not warned about and landed face first 15 feet in the air. Could not move or breathe and was in so much pain. After it happened they came out to get me and told me that sand dune just happened yesterday from winds from north. Barley cared that I was hurt. I never was warned about that nor told that there was drop offs. Not to mention when they got me one of the guys asked do you mind if I smoke a cigarette ? You kidding me I was in so much pain and we waited while he smoked one and then left. When we returned to the ATV shop all they cared about was charging me $450 for damages. I could of died and all they cared about was money!! After my accident I was in so much pain I ended up going to the emergency room and did cat scans on my lower abdomen to find out that I had internal bruising and my organ was damaged. Please do not go here this is the worst place not to mention dangerous!

Dan was awesome and the 3 hour tour was better than Gilligans. Suggestion: rent the 4seat ATV instead of singles.The 4 seater is faster and drives much better than the others. You have a great time
