The venue is easy to get to and the staff of the BTL always provide First Class service. They always look to make individual or group feel special. Love coming here!

Top shelf productions. Were lucky to enjoy the quality productions BTL bring to Huntsville.The staff in the office are very helpful and by stopping in you save a few dollars per ticket, plus you get real good old tickets - no need to print at home.Easy parking in front of the VBC box office the enter, turn right and head to the end of the hall.Plus youll get to see one of Huntsvilles best art displays along the hallway. They rotate the display fairly often.

Just saw KINKY BOOTS. The show was first rate, but the orchestra is TOO LOUD! I dont think I heard or understood HALF of what was sung. Please fix this. Its a lot of money to only hear half of the show.

Easy access. Some stairs required to get to your seats (no bad seats in the theatre). Friendly, helpful ushers. Food and drinks can be purchased at concession area and brought into theatre. Cellphones turned off is a requirement during the show. Good shows during the season with local talent.

Three Stars.... We are first time season ticket holders, and though there isnt a bad seat in the house, I agree with many other reviewers that the sound is a serious problem that will likely deter us from buying season tickets again. The orchestra is lovely, but it is incredibly difficult to understand the dialogue or words to songs. Regardless of whose responsibility it is, it seems to be a universal complaint that warrants attention.UPDATED to FIVE STARS: 03/10/2019 -- Attended the Carole King Beautiful production, and it was FANTASTIC! -- The sound adjustments made for this show made it the most enjoyable experience we have had this season! Way to go!

Saw Celtic Woman. No one shud miss this opportunity to see these talented women. Huntsville Broadway Theater League is a fantastic stage for this show.

Ive seen three shows: Cinderella, Kinky Boots, and Finding Neverland.Cinderella was a nice surprise, but Kinky Boots and Finding Neverland were big disappointments.Some scenes were removed compared to larger productions, which I can understand for budget reasons, but what I dont understand is why other scenes were *added* and why some dialogue changed. Ive watched some of these plays on YouTube, and none of the changes were for the better.The sound for Cinderella was just about acceptable, but the sound for Kinky Boots and Finding Neverland was terrible.For Kinky Boots I was front row center of the balcony and I could understand less than half of what was said. For Finding Neverland, I was 2/3 of the way back in center of the orchestra seating, and maybe I caught half of the words.During songs, the music drowned out the words almost completely.In response to other reviews, Broadway Theatre League has said the sound is in control of the individual productions. Bad mixing decisions may be part of the problem, but I also think the sound system in the concert hall needs a complete overhaul. I only see two speaker towers on stage for the entire room.Please consider upgrading the sound system! Better mics and more speakers could make a huge difference.Until then, with two poor experiences, Ive given up on BTL in Huntsville and cannot recommend.
