This is the first time I have been there since they remodeled. Very nice inside. They have a huge selection of food on the menu to choose from. We got 2 orders of nachos and 1 small popcorn. I didnt realize how much nachos actually come in 1 order! we could have split 1 order between the 2 of us. Good amount for the price. We had a very enjoyable experience and the theater was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The newly installed drive thru in September is great! We saw the release of Tenet and it was a great experience. Tickets and parking were a breeze and picture and audio were perfect. We will be back to do it again!

Theater was nice. Concessions took forever. Missed thirty mins of my movie. Waiting. And the manager was not very customer service orientated.***UPDATEI appreciate being able to share my experience. In hopes of constructive criticism being used in hopes of improving the experience for another customer.

I think I would have enjoyed it more if my chair worked. I didnt feel like moving after the movie started so I had to just sit straight up. The popcorn was great. All in all its a very nice place. the only thing I would add would be to maybe check the seeds once a month to make sure that theyre working properly that they move backwards. Other than that I really enjoyed that my son was able to rent out the whole theater for our group that was really awesome

I really like this movie theater.. first because they invested in upgrading when the mall was still there and no one went but they still cared about the community. I love how they have the plush seating with reclining, the middle arm rest can move to make it a love seat with your boo and the tables so you can sit down your meal or popcorn. The theater was very clean including the bathrooms and they also have a courtesy water station. They have a large hot menu along with the standard movie food and they will bring it to your seat. They offer $5 bargain seats before 5 and you can order online for $1 fee per ticket. With all the new companies coming in the area like Topgolf that’s open now you could have a full evening of fun the area.

The most spacious seating, if you are considered overweight, this movie theater is for YOU!!! Food is brought right to your seat, but make sure you get the condiments( ketchup, mustard, sauce, salt & pepper, plate napkins & etc... The staff just brings your food, and then turns straight around & hightails it as faster than a bolt of lightning!!!(exaggerated, but very fast never the less!) They were great about renting a theater and letting us pick a movie. We used it to celebrate a birthday and really enjoyed ourselves! $100 to host 20 people. Win-win!

I went to a movie last night 10/12/2020 and the man charged me twice for the same movie, I look at my bank account while I’m making the transaction and let him know he tells me he is refunding it. It does not get refunded. I go to the manager and say politely to him that there was a mistake and that there was two charges on my card and he acts as if he can help. He goes to some back room office and asks some boy what he should do and the guy doesn’t even make sense he says “the refund will go through tomorrow” ,and they said call up there if it doesn’t. Well guess what it hasn’t happened yet and the phone number I was given doesn’t dial, and it charged again today and made my account go negative, the people at this Touchstar Cinemas are thieves and don’t care about their customers.

Great experience once we figured out how to turn off the daytime running lights! Great sound, good Saturday night in covid times.

This theater has gone out of its way to get things back to normal. Many weeks it seemed like we were the only ones there.My only complaint is the bathroom hotwater never reaches a warm or hot temp so employees should get their hands wet before going back to work.

Only cinema I will go to during the pandemic. Seats are well spaced and seats on either side of us were blocked off. Great price and service.

This theater offers everything but movies. I haven’t seen a movie since March. I was excited to see one on the theater again. 45 minutes and numerous complaints later I gave up.No one explained or apologized. They gave me a movie pass so I could come back and waste another 45 minutes.The staff just doesn’t care. The interior and seAts are nice if you want to ... d sleep I guess.Couldn’t be more disappointed. Anybody want a movie pass?

I love their reclining seats and the movie quality is good. The line for tickets/concessions (which is the SAME line) was VERY LONG so I had to wait and go get concessions during the movie so my son didnt miss any of the movie. Thankfully we had tickets previously purchased online. Overall it is a nice theater and we enjoy going here. We will be back.

This is, hands down, my familys favorite movie theater. I cant even recall the last time we went to a different one. I love how each theater is small, so its much more quiet. Its easy to go online and buy your tickets, and the seats are reserved when you do. We typically go out to the movies with 4-5 people, so making sure we can sit together is never a problem. The chairs are huge, comfortable, and they recline. Which is great for me because Im short and regular theater chairs are super uncomfortable.

Being able to rent a theater for 2 kids under 4 was so nice and relaxing.

My favorite place to watch movies in Huntsville! It has the most comfortable seats by far. They have very reasonable prices for tickets and food. You can purchase your tickets online too!

If there is any theater that is definitely worth every dime that you spend on it then Touchstar is this one. The seating is pure comfort and the staff (in my experience) were very patient and courteous. Concessions, like every single movie theater, can be considered gratuitously overpriced but I found that the experience of getting to watch a film while resting comfortably in a daybed mitigated that fact. This is definitely a luxury cinema experience and would highly recommend anyone to visit if theyll want to enjoy a delightful experience to see a film.

Best movie theatre around! We travel almost an hour to this theatre, and its totally worth it. Love the seats - havent tried the daybeds yet, but they look cozy. Concessions are overpriced, but thats fairly normal (for movie theatres). Love being able to buy tickets online and choose our seats.

Prices a little high and small selection plus hard to reach gave the lower score. That said, fantastic seating and top notch selections. Simple, yet comfy.

Been going to this theatre for some time. Enjoyed seating, etc. However, last two times I was there NO heat was on. Had to wear jacket entire movie. Lights were on during previews so couldn’t see screen. Movie was getting ready to start and lights still not out. At same time there were 2 young individuals making a commotion. When I went to ask worker to turn off lights I mentioned these 2 individuals and told them they might like to,check back in and make sure they were not interrupting rest of us. The guy I spoke with never said a word to me nor came back to,check anything. Also, the movie playing next to us was so loud that we couldn’t hear our movie! Don’t know if I will visit this theatre again or not.

This is the best theater Ive ever been to. My wife and I got the day bed seats for the 2nd time and had a great experience. The theater is setup so well that a movie can be sold out and it still feels like theres no one else there.

I really like this movie theatre but I do have a few complaints. Yesterday I went to see a movie in theatre 1 and there were some dark spots on the screen. You could only see them when the screen was lighter so that tells me the screen is dirty. I’ve noticed this with a couple of other screens too. Also when you purchase tickets online they make you pay for a $1.50 online fee (per ticket) which is crazy. Paying tickets online should be free, especially when it makes it easier on the workers. Also there was a trashcan in the middle of the isle way and yesterday and I saw multiple people who were handicap having to work around that.

I always go to this theater bc the ticket prices are reasonable and the seats recline and are more comfortable. I do recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Also it is usually pretty clean but a good deep clean couldnt hurt. The entrance is a slight inconvenience due to all the construction but it is only temporary. The staff isnt overly friendly but never rude. The concessions are average quality,a little pricey but thats normal for any theater.

What a family night at the movies should be! Great prices on tickets and concessions! Theyve got big roomy reclining seats, little individual pillows and tables to put your munchies on! Everything was clean and well kept, as well. No trash or sticky floors here! The sound was really good and the picture quality was nice and sharp. Really an overall great experience seeing a movie there. Well definitely be going back!

Very nice theater. Not overcrowded, beautiful oversized pushbutton recliners, lumbar pillows, little side tables for food or whatever... Very comfortable. If I had any complaint at all and its not really a complaint, the previews were very loud. The staff were very friendly also.

Great seats! Probably the best recliners in the city. We didnt have the best experience with the hot bar. We ordered hot dogs and fries and they forgot all about the order... we ended up getting our food about 30 min before the movie ended, then it was wrong. My advice is dont go when you are starving.

Very nice theater. The seats are big and comfortable, aisles are large so getting around in a crowded theater is easy, and the place is one of the cleanest in area. The popcorn was fresh and honestly tasted better than some of the other theaters in the area. Finally, we sat in the 3rd row from front and it did not feel too close. I have also Sat in the second row and it was surprisingly a good experience as well. The front row might be a little close but every other seat in the place provides a great watching experience.

Small screens, sometimes the screens arent clean, but mostly OK. Audio is alright. Mostly clean. Good staff. Students get 50% off on all days. Would recommend for that reason

Seats are comfy and the food not bad. The counter staff serving food and seats is a little slow and not exactly customer friendly. We picked our seats and she shifted them over one to free up one more seat. I wanted the seats I picked and she did it without admitting to it. Good facility but staff needs some help.

Love the recliners/daybeds here and the option to bring your own blanket and/or pillow. The food is overpriced but thats every theatre and the website to purchase tickets is easy to navigate or you can buy at the window. I just like to know Im going to get great seats so I always buy ahead and pickup there. The best part...the bathrooms are always spotless when I go.

This place has the best seating. They lay all the way down and have tables. There are couches, too, for couples. The construction will eventually finish

I usually love this place but today we decided to order food for the first time (not just popcorn) and the end of the movie came and our food never came. Completely disappointing.

We love this luxury cinema. The electric reclining chairs after very comfortable. However, in recent months they are beginning to show some wear and tear: Arm rests are loose, food trays are crooked or missing. And in at least one instance a seat wouldnt recline properly. Fun those issues and this would be a 5-star rating.

So this is the main movie theater that I go to! My biggest issue is the strong smell perfume smell the entire place has! It’s so overwhelming!!!!! Two I just paid $6 dollars for as large drink because that’s the only size they had! An couldn’t get any food cause they were serving kitchen food! I’m guessing cause it’s so late idc about that so much as I do the strong perfume smell! Can something be done ab that please!!!!

I recently returned home from the army and I watched the Joker movie with my brother. The fries were great, coke was delicious and the movie was shockingly cool. I love Madison 12!

The seats are nice, the matinee prices are good. Theater 9 sucks. There is a water pipe in the wall/roof, so you hear everytime the pressure needs to build. The sound was off about a half second from the screen. So, every 20 minutes it reset and flashed to black. Then since it was raining outside, the ceiling was leaking and a 8x8 piece of tile fell during the movie.

Love the seats. The bathroom is off the chain. I have no complaints

At first glance this place looks like it is from the seventies. However, as make your way into the theatre, you realize it is as modern as any other theatre. The prices are really affordable ( 2 adults and 5 teenagers tickets ran just at $50), the staff is polite and swift getting you to your movie. The best part of my experience was the seating. Our seats were extremely comfortable leather lazy boy chairs that could seat two people. My only caveat would be the sound proofing. At low volume times of the movie we were watching, we could hear explosions and other sounds bleeding over. Aside from that mild nuisance, we had a rather enjoyable experience and will be going back here from now on. Maybe in the future they can fix the sound proofing making a great experience amazing. Thank you Touchstar for making a night out at the movies enjoyable again!

They had vegen burgers that made eating out at the movies with friends a great experience. The seats are plush and fully reclinable. Staff was friendly.

This is a great movie theater with great seats. If you have a military or student ID, or are a senior or are paying for a child, tickets are only $5 plus tax. Adult tickets are $8.50 plus tax. The seats are electric recliners, and are in pairs of two, which is especially great if you are on a date. This is one of the best theaters in Huntsville.

This is the only movie theatre that we go to anymore! Everything about it is worth going to! Online reservations so convenient and the nice reclining seats with tables are amazing! It’s very clean! Nice to order food and they bring it to you when it’s ready!

This location has recently been upgraded including their screens, Audio and Video equipment, stadium reclined seating, handicap access and assisted listening, etc They have an extremely vast food menu including the norm ,Nachos, Chicken Sandwiches, Burgers, Quesadilla, Wings, Hotdogs, Chicken Tenders, Grilled Cheese, and much more. Great place to relax and watch a movie.

I literally have no other movie theater to go to now that Ive been here. All the rest are no where near as nice and comfortable also a very friendly staff. I have told all my coworkers and friends that no other movie theater exist because of how much I enjoyed this one.

Im so happy that they saved this movie theater. I remember when it was so dead that I had an entire movie theater to myself. And then they did all those renovations right before madison square mall went down and we were all so worried it was going to get bulldozed. But thankfully they have incorporated it into the new plaza and business is bustling. They have the best recliners. I also really like the new day beds. Perfect for snuggling. I love Touchstar!

I had a very pleasant time. It was my first visit. We were running late, so the self serve ticket kiosk was perfect. The seats were cushy and comfortable. The movie and sound was high quality. Hoping to return to try out the food next time.

This is the best theater in Huntsville in my opinion. Their building is a little old but dont judge this book by its cover. They have some of the most comfortable recliner seats Ive ever sat in. The theater is nearly always clean and they have complimentary water behind the front concessions. I think the screens are beginning to get a little older but they still look fine!

This place is awesome on seating. Recliners, pillow, little slide around table top too. Definitely recommend this over other theaters. Close to top golf, twin Peaks, and Dave and Busters.

If you wish to come here, be warned: do not follow the directions on Google Maps. It routed me to go through a construction site instead of a road. On top of that, the dirt road used by the workers was muddy from the rain and covered with rocks and boulders.Now about the theater itself. It only has one redeeming quality to it, and that is the reclining seats. But this is it. The bathrooms are all automatic, and so it leads to the toilets and urinals not being flushed most of the time. Oddly, theres a mouthwash machine in there too, as well as no paper towel dispenser, only hand dryers, which cause your hands to have more germs than having not washed your hands (look it up). The theater looks like someones home cinema. The screen is okay, and the sound can be ear piercing at times. Overall, youre better off at another theater, this one just isnt worth it.

Its a nice clean theatre and I love the seats. My 2 year old sat through the whole movie and I attribute it to having reclining seats.Next time well get the love seat though! Big enough for 2 adults and our daughter between us.

Big fan of this movie theater! I love the lounging seats, the side table and comfortable environment. I always buy my tickets in advance online and dont ever have to wait in line to get my tickets upon arrival. The multiple kiosks keep things moving quickly to get to my movie just in time. Very happy and loyal customer for many more years to come!

The adjustable seats will put you to sleep which isnt a bad thing that just tells you how comfortable your experience will be here. Great place to catch a movie for sure. Ive been in a lot of movie places that werent well kept and clean and this place is up to speed on how things should be.

Ive been attending the theatre for 16 years even before its awesome remodel....I can say this over the last 4 years Jessica the manager who has service me and all my associates is by far a Mega Customer Service Host. Warm friendly and always makes you feel as if youre at your home cinema. Five Star Jessica!!

Snacks are a lil pricy but what do you expect from a movie theatre.

The reserved seating in more comfortable seats at roughly equivalent prices makes choosing this theater for a movie a no brainer. The tickets are a few cents cheaper, the seats are better, and if you are seeing it with your wife/girlfriend/date, the loveseat option is a better deal yet (just dont get too comfy and sleep through the movie!)

The manager on duty was very rude to us when we tried to buy our tickets, I asked for adult tickets and a student ticket for my 12 year old daughter and she said she would need a student ID even for a middle schooler to prove that even juveniles and elementary kids are enrolled in public school. I reasoned that that was preposterous of course children are in school. And she raised her tone and told me that well public schools issue IDs nowadays!. Needless to say we scoffed at that behavior and walked out, took our business down the road where they dont treat customers so petty.

The main draw of this theater is the day seats - which are essentially reclining cuddle seats with side trays that come with a bucket of popcorn. Any food you order will be delivered to your seat. The staff is friendly and it is easy to print out online tickets upon arrival. The vegan burgers were recently discontinued (lack of demand).

Super comfy seating! My sister is vegetarian; I was excited to see they offered a veggie burger. We opted for mozzarella sticks, which were PHENOMENAL!

WOW, TS Cinema, yall have hit the highest mark of greed Ive seen in a VERY LONG time. You now only sell popcorn in Medium or large size and one size drink (med) and no refills. Not everyone can afford yuur enormous greed and you have just cut your throat on condiments. I hope your greed cat hes up with you.

This has become our movie theater of choice, and we drive 30 minutes out of the way to see movies there. Each theater is equipped with powered recliners that can lay virtually flat, paired in twos, and its a fantastic way to relax and watch a movie. Each seat has an attached swiveling table as well, which comes in handy with their concession stand since it features a full menu ranging from chicken tenders to pizza to sandwiches. Once you order, they give you a numbered stand to take to your seat with you, and theyll deliver the food directly to you in the theater when its ready. All of this, and tickets are under $10 each. We love it.
