Very friendly and helpful. The girl I asked for help showed me 2 different clearance aisles for the planner I was looking for. There was a bigger selection than what I thought. She was real friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter which Michaels store I go to, the associates are always so helpful and nice.

Nice selection of glitter and sequins but the yarn selection was not good. Compared to my local Michaels is very lacking in the yarn department

I called and was told they had no cemetery stands but decided the person I was talking to on phone never went and checked to stopped by and a nice gentleman showed me the ones they had on flowers and then helped me locate some larger ones at another store.

Standard craft store. Good coupons and good sales. Would be 5 stars but even though they accept competitors coupons, I couldnt do them on the same transaction. So I had to wait in line for another 10 mins in order to use my coupon.

It is very cramped with few aisle labels, making it very hard to find what you are looking for. However, they seem to have a decent stock of paint and other supplies, if you somehow know where to look and are not afraid of running into people (literally!) a few times.

They didnt have a lot of the things that I was looking for. But the staff was extraordinary. I left my mask at home after walking around the store a few times a manager asked me if I needed one. I was happy to accept

Buying tank and helicopter models for my grandson. They have a good selection. Along with all the accessories that go along with model building.

Nice store, staff are friendly. But I feel that this store doesnt carry enough stuff.

Has all sorts of crafty stuff, I just wish their sewing section was larger and they had more then one or two sewing machines. Some stuff was over priced too.

The employees and management at this particular location are always incredibly helpful and polite, even if they all have that slightly dead look in their eyes from working retail and dealing with the public all day.

I love this store! Always finding coll things to craft and gather new ideas. I usually only buy from clearance but occasionally pay full price if I cant live without it. Store is clean and well organized so its easy to find things staff is friendly and helpful.

The cashier not only didnt speak she was not careful when bagging my somewhat fragile purchases. Too many other craft stores available in Huntsville/Madison to deal with rude customer service.

This location is a bit unorganized. Items are not in the correct location, price tags are either wrong or not there at all, and a couple of the employees seem to be bothered when they are asked to assist. I enjoy shopping the deals that Michaels has to offer, just wish this location would make it easier.

I shop in here a lot and buy on line, pick up in store! Its like my home away from home. Discounts, Discounts, Discounts everytime!! Who doesnt love those?!? Most associates know me by name and greet me when I come in! Im overdue a visit as a matter of fact

Im not sure if its Under New Management or what but they have totally re Vamp the store into a utterly butterly confusing layout with nothing but child train kits and the majority of the case they do still carry high-quality pencils and drawing products but they have moved them all out of the normal place that they were where is where most of the adults that spend money there wood like to be able to find them quick and simply. It is also Shells wall ceiling tile everything is painted white even the floor its either going through a makeover or somebody bought it and gave it a makeover but its horrible however I did like colored pencils there cuz I needed 36 colored pencils so it still gets three stars

I liked this store, usually Im a Hobby Lobby fan but this store gives Hobby Lobby a good run for their money.

Very good place to get arts and crafts. They have Halloween decorations, fake flowers, fake cactus, candies of different sorts and a small amount of things home related. My kids really enjoy it and I enjoy the selections of dinosaurs and animal toys to play with while they shop. Great staff and store.

I love Michaels but there is NEVER help. 3 people cannot check out and man the floor. They do the best they can but....Pricing is not consistent for the same product on the same shelf, $.30 from high to low. But there again 3 people cant do it all. GET THEM SOME HELP!

Useful craft store, contains pretty much all the widgets and doodads you need for most craft projects. Not quite a one stop shop, but pretty close.

Went to get stuff for my daughters project and they had a plethora of things. Found everything we needed and more.

Had what I was needing I was also asked by two different associates if I needed help finding anything. Checkout was quick as they had 3 lanes going.

Prices have increased and availability was limited.

I enjoy shopping at Michaels and this location was no different. There were many unexpected sales and I was greeted multiple times and asked if I needed help.

Over priced. The employees know they are over priced as well. Terrible unless you are pretentious and willing to spend for name brand stuff that can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Great place for all crafting projects, especially if you are a Reward Member as you get emails on upcoming sales and coupons. Easy returns also. Only problem for me is the aisles are often to crowded and makes it impossible to use shopping cart without bumping o to displays or to even turn around in a aisle. Customer service is always great.

Great place for Cricut supplies. They have leather sheets for cricut in stock which other stores dont have. Also a good selection of specialty glitter and ribbon. I just found out they have art classes too! Check their calendar to see something interest you!

I go here quite often and I love it. Its a bit pricier than Hobby Lobby and of course not as big but I always find something I like. The only complaint is the wait to check out is always long. I am usually going during my lunch time and have regularly had to wait in line longer than I actually spent looking at items.

They did not have the items I was told they had. They did not have as vast an array as I was led to believe.

Worst Michaels Ive ever seen. Drove all the way from Cullman to buy perler beads and they had practically nothing whatsoever. Their stock was so pitiful, they might as well take what they have, pack it away and just stop advertising that they sell perler beads. Luckily, we went to a nearby JoAnn and they had literally EVERYTHING. They had the best selection of perler beads Ive seen anywhere. So many colors and kits and they have pegboards, bead tweezers, storage containers, mix buckets, 1000 and 6000 packets of almost every color Perler makes. Michaels doesnt even have a bathroom! What a joke!

All of the yarn was on sale. The yarn I got was less than the cost of yarn at Wal-Mart. The rest of the store was similarly on sale. There are closed caption TV cameras, which I didnt like. Some of the signage is ambiguous as well.

Bring Back The Old..Not like it used to be on University.Smaller means less merchandise.Low on stock. Lot of open shelving space.Yes, I realize people purchase things..but at least front it.Attentive salesperson in the back of the store..could guess he worked in the frame department.The store just looked like it was is disarray to me..I dont like shopping that way..I need my experience with every store to be a positive experience..but maybe that has something to do with my background...25 years retail management...

Worst Michaels Ive ever been to. The long is super long, and instead of calling someone to the front to help, they only have one person on the register. Very disappointed.

I custom ordered a picture frame, came in a week later, Jody said to bring the item I want framed by and she could mount it in 45 minutes. She did, it looks great.
