The man was rude watching anime and looked at my niece just standing there and he ignored her . After she addressed him that she would like to jump he took her money ,hooked her up, and gave no direction to when to start. He let he wait there .Then after she did her jump he told her to get out of the jumping ring very rudely . He was not pleasant and was not busy at all to be that unfriendly.

Kiddo has to come here every time we come down for a visit. She loves it. Every employee Ive encountered in two+ years of her doing this has been kind and professional.

I bring my daughters last Friday and the guy he work that day he have really bad actitud. He talk to the people so bad. If the guy still working there I don’t bring my daughters any more!!

My daughter weighs 20 lbs too much so we were dissappointed

Super kind, honest people work here; and it is super fun! One of the guys even made sure my wallet was safely returned to me, after I left it on the counter. This place is awesome!

My son did this jump but the guy kept making him go too high. They can control it and he even saw my son in distress but he didnt care. I told him thats too high and he would bring him down for a few seconds and then make him go back up too high. I was irritated by his lack of care. The entire time he kept telling him do a flip which he didnt want to since it was his first time.Wont go to again.

Actually was a great jump place overall, and my kids had a lot of fun. however, the small statured, condescending, young male staff member and hes sour attitudealmost ruined it for me. he definitely could have been more polite.. but i could have been much less.. at the very least i had to talk myself out of getting him fired. i so hope he reads this, hahathe female staff member was one of the sweetest people i ever met! it was kind of funny how opposite they were
