One of the kindest and most knowledgeable persons I’ve ever met. He moved my two aquariums, 62 and 40 gallons, including all the water to my new home! And he did with great care. What a great service giving me a huge stressor off my plate while moving. A couple weeks after the move I had some questions about the fish and their care and he answered and offered information that really helped. It’s nice to know this guy and his services. I highly recommend.

Chris helped me when I was at my wits end with my aquarium, not only did he tell me just what I needed to know,what was going on with my tank and the next steps to take, he was also patient and understanding of my concerns. I’m a newbie to saltwater tanks and recently pulled the trigger on a 100 gallon tank. Going off the the advise of my local fish store I realized now after talking to Aquarium Doctors I’ve been doing things all wrong. You can spend a lot of money in this hobby especially if you don’t know what you’re doing, I’m sure glad I got a hold of aquarium doctors to help me out! They may not be the cheapest on the block but you get what you pay for.

Aquarium pro! My formerly pet-less kids won a goldfish unexpectedly. I know nothing about freshwater aquariums (or any aquarium for that matter). Craig was invaluable when we purchased a arger aquarium for our new little goldfish, Nemo. We were worried about Nemo in moving him to a new tank, and Craig was so incredibly helpful in the process of setting up a new aquarium environment. He also recommended products for testing. Super fast response time, and clear communication, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend for his expertise in keeping our fish tank stable and safe for our fish. I called several aquarium professionals to help us with our new, 30 gallon fresh water tank including the people we made our purchase from. We are very new to this and really should have found professional help before we made our purchase and started our first tank. In just two short months we have over spent, loss some expensive fish and were very challenged with the the entire start up process. I dont think anyone in this field gives a rip if you have success or not, they just want to sell their product! Finally, I called the Aquarium Doctor based on a recommendation and wow!!!! What can I say, this guy was amazing. Took my call on a Sunday, went way out of his way to make sure we were both on the same page before offering up some of his professional advise. He made it very clear he was there to help and to get us back on track with our tank and the fish involved. Great experience, great customer service, awesome advise and these guys will have my business from now on. My hats off to the Aquarium Doctor, he is setting the example that others need to follow.

Homerun! I crossed homeplate calling Aquarium Doc on a Sunday night when my pump crapped out during a water change. Craig (the owner) made a house call and got my tank up and running again. A few months later, he also gave me some over-the-phone guidance how to troubleshoot my skimmer!

I am Very amazed by this Dr. I had an issue with one of my tanks. I felt so Over my head. He answered all my questions and gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. We spent over 30 mins taking. He even asked me to send him pictures so he could see what I was dealing with. Its my feeling that hes gone above what others do and this was Just a phone call. Hes Amazing and has been doing this for 30 years. I trust fully in what hes told me and will be following it to the letter.
