This is what a theatre should be like. Home town feel, food and drinks are fresh and at the right price. The tickets to watch a movie are priced right as well. My family enjoys the whole experience of watching a movie here.

Nothing beats a small town theatre. Currently showing older movies - we loved Footloose on the big screen! Friendly people, amazing process, delicious concessions, clean theater and comfortable seats!

I adore this theater. Great pricing, awesome service, staff are friendly, food is fantastic and movies are great. I like theater 3 the best but they are all up to par. Always clean and ready. The memories from even when I was a child. Great experience and will continue to go here for as long as we are here.

We always like going to movie here. $5 matinee and $9 for large popcorn and 2 large drinks with refills on both. Other concessions arent bad either. Theater is clean

It is the small town theater experience with prices to match. The prices are better then the big city and you can tell the staff is trained and eager to provide a quality service. Recommend for anyone wanting to watch a movie but not spend a days wages.

The staff is always friendly and the theatres are clean. They seem to take pride in their theatre and keeping the tradition of going to the movies a fun, family experience. The prices are fair and the area around Plaza 3 is very quaint.

A older theatre in downtown Humboldt. This place was renovated a few years ago with new seats and digital projectors. They offer 3D and 2D movies. The people are friendly and there isnt much of a wait. Concessions and ticket prices are kept low. It is worth checking out.

Love the old down town feel at this theater! The bathrooms were spotless!

I really love this place. Way willing to drive extra because the prices are cheaper $5 matinees and $7 evening shows. Concessions are far more reasonable than most theatres with a wider variety. The people are great. The owners make a strong effort to provide wholesome family options available, even when they arent the big blockbuster money makers. Its an older building which makes it a challenge to appear clean, even when it is. The restrooms are small, so plan ahead. It has a neat hometown feel!

This is a great place to watch a movie

HES took a huge group of third graders to see Wonder. Each kid was given popcorn and a drink. The staff did an awesome job and the movie was great!

I usually love coming to this theatre but yesterday me and my son came to see avengers I spent 14.00 for the movie and 14.00 for popcorn and drinks and candy only to spend the entirety of the movie with a man snoring very loudly behind me. When complaints were made by me and other customers he was asked to wake up but never done so. I asked for a refund only to be told they couldnt do that. I received one free ticket instead.. Now this does not fix things for me, so thank you Humboldt theatre but I will not return and keep in mind I am there about three times a month.

I love the Humboldt Plaza Theater! The prices are right, the theater is clean and well-managed.

We were just turned away because the show we wanted to see was suddenly cancelled because the theater over sold tickets to another movie. I wont be back.

A while back my son and I went to watch a movie here. We ended up having to leave before the previews even finished. So we came back a few hours later, I went back thru line and bought my tickets again. Obviously it wasnt the theaters fault we had to leave. Well when we walked in, I guess one of the employees noticed us leave early, and told the manager. He started towards me looking upset and I didnt know what was going on. He started apologizing and saying he just found out what happened earlier. And that if he would have known he would not have charged us to come back. Then he gave us two more punches on our customer card, which gives you a free movie after so many, and told the consessions lady that we could have whatever we wanted for free. I let my son get what he wanted and then only asked for a small bag of popcorn for myself. The lady said, No! Then gave me a huge bag lol. Then I said I didnt need a drink, I would share with my son. Again she refused that idea lol. And gave me the super humongous drink! Normal businesses do not act this way. I love telling people this story and I love taking my family to this theater. On top of the customer service, it is always clean with a great environment. Way better than any place in Jackson. Plus its cheaper!

Ill say its cheap and nice, there are 3 beautiful girls at the consession... OMG the one with the ear expansions!!!!! BTW is a reallly good place!!!!
