Loved it!Nice apartment. Modern, well designed.The beach was very close to the house.The pool was quite busy, but nice and big, jacuzzi, kids pool, restaurants near by.I did really enjoy staying there.

Horrible beaches. They need to create a barrier like in several Dominican Republic resorts, otherwise water is too dangerous... obviously those with environmental degrees will disagree cause they get their knowledge from books rather than going to places where it has been done and worked well...I been to this place dozens of times throughout my life, know it well...

Unit that was rented was of poor quality, AC was not working well and they povided a portable unit th last dayNot going back. Very expensive. No refunds given.

The view is amazing. My villa had very nice furniture, cable, and WiFi. Completely equipped. Comes with a parking spot.

Great for a relaxing weekend retreat!

I rented this condo while on a business trip in Puerto Rico. The location of this condo is perfect, its the best of both worlds. Its close enough to the hotel (about a 3 minute walk) if you want to be waited on; from coffee to dinner to drinks by the ocean, and its private if you just want to relax without the hotel bustle. At the hotel you can rent a golf cart or visit the casino. Theres also an ice cream place that stays open until 11PM. The condo itself is very easy to enjoy. Its clean and has all the furnishings of home. The AC works great in all the rooms! I love the balcony that overlooks the pool and golf green. Its a nice place to relax at night and listen to all the sounds of nature. I much prefer the condo to the hotel. Steve has beach chairs and plenty of pool towels available. Its also nice to have the washer and dryer if needed. Its a nice condo for 4 adults as each couple has their own bathroom. On weekends, the hotel plays music by their pool and you can easily enjoy the music. We loved this! For people who love to walk, there are plenty of trails, you can also walk to Palmanova Plaza (its a good distance, so you can also take the car or golf cart too) which has some great restaurants. I especially like Pura Vida. Theres a childrens park, and many other things to do in the complex. While there my daughter, son-in-law and grandson (10 months) visited for a few days, my wife also joined them. This was a last minute decision and Steve (owner) and Rico (manager) were very accommodating. Rico even brought over a pack n play and stroller! I also like that the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo. This worked nicely with the baby. Rico checked in with me while there to see if I needed anything.It was a pleasant stay! I highly recommend this unit.
