Rip off rip off!!! Money hungry! Demanded my brother pay an extra $40 because he had on jean shorts. When addressed with the manger he was allowed in for free. The man at the door was trying to make an extra hustle. In addition too I paid a $200 deposit to reserve a section for 25 people 10 people got in free and I brought 4 bottles for a total of $1210.75 l. They requested any additional guest over 10 had to pay $100 to come to the section which I was unaware of during the booking. Claim it was due to COVID-19 and they didn’t want more than 10 guest in a section but it allow it if they paid $100. Talked to 3 different managers and everyone blame it on the next manager. Will NEVER spend my money here again.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. They were decently busy. I shared a table with 5 other friends. Just know if you come here, dont expect to be serviced within 20 or so minutes. I recommend ordering food and drinks (if you plan on having such) right once your waitress first comes to your table, cause you will be waiting for at least 25/30 minutes just to order. We even waited that long for water. The drinks were good and potent. My wings were fresh and hot which I have to give them props for, but I do think the food is highly overpriced. Definitely recommend getting a table. It seems if you order at the bar you get your drinks faster(even though the bar is packed). The music selection was great for the 25-40ish crowd.

Dope atmosphere, lots of TVs, great music, and all around good time. Bartenders are super proficient and friendly. Eric was there when we went and my dude was SPOT ON! Super professional, very friendly, and an all around great personality. If you are ever there, ask for Eric, he wont let you down!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I came here during election night. I paid $19 for all you can eat tacos. NO ONE acknowledged me the whole night. I had to constantly get out of my seat to remind the bartender about bringing out tacos cause they only bring out one at a time. I’m so done with this place

Everything here was perfect for our first time visiting Houston. The music was top notch from start to finish, the food was well above what I expected. Catfish & lamb chops were perfect. We did have a section during the day & it was well worth it, can’t wait to come back.

Came to this establishment to see Jeezy on Sunday Nov 22 after the Address advertised that he would be there. Spent hundreds on VIP tickets and guess what ? Jeezy never showed up. I do not visit this place often, just came out to see one of my favorite rappers. My friends and I were extremely disappointed. The club closed and provided not one explanation. I am in the process of getting in touch with management to figure out if The Address will handle this situation in an ethical manner. I will post again to give you guys an update.

Food was good! Loved the music and we had a really good time. The lines were too bad but you had ppl getting off the line to go to the side of the line while our line did not move. We came from out of town and had a good time. No seats unless you pay for a table.

Went for a great time parking they wanted to charge $40 with no cars in the parking lot purchased bottle service because we were told by Christian L. that it would guarantee our table for the night to basically be told we would have go outside because someone wanted to purchase the table. Horrible service please teach your cocktail waitress to communicate better so there is no misunderstanding!

We didn’t even get to experience the venue because whom ever is in charge of setting the reservation has the worst communication. Any question you have it takes two days for her to reply and when she does she never has any information that helps out....please find someone who can stay alert, or who responds quickly and has information on the business it would help a lot.

First time in Houston. We were recommended to come here from people everywhere. (1st things first- NO COVID CHECK! They dont check temperature and masks werent required to come inside!) We prepaid for a booth inside which detailed a deposit of $200 towards the tab but was given a booth on the patio. We asked to be moved inside several times but they refused to do so. The hostess claimed they were sold out. However a table next to us was moved inside later on even though they came in later than us. Our waitress Morgan took 30 minutes to greet us. We asked several people to notify her and she still didnt come. Also I would recommend having a bottle list with prices. I asked for one but Morgan didn’t provide us with one. Not sure if a bottle of Don Julio is actually $320 but it seemed pretty high compared to other places we purchased bottle service from. After we bought a bottle and food we paid and our server never came back. I’m sure she would rather spend her time inside than outside on the patio. Trust me- I get it. We wanted to be inside too. We planned on spending a lot of money here but overall the service here just isnt worth it.

Good food,music& tvs everywhere so you wont miss a single play of a game; however,drinks are pricey thats where you run your tab up.

For them to do false advertisement is ridiculous. On last night it was advertise that Jeezy album release party would be at this location. Tickets were bought and Jeezy never performed nor did the DJ announce that he wasn’t coming. They advertise and collected as this place was over capacity on last night. I will never return here and will be writing the BBB as well. This is very unprofessional and misleading. Very dissatisfied on the entire process.

Very unprofessional I booked a booth T14 to be exact from Monica Shaw then they double book my booth for someone that decided to spend 5k. It’s the principle. I booked first and it should of been honored. This place of establishment just after money. The onwer decided to give a free bottle. What is that? I will never do business here again

This place is very unprofessional. My friend paid for a section on Sunday, they had over booked so they said they would move her. So they moved her and in the middle they said they have to move her again and if we wouldn’t move they would call the police. We asked where they would move us and they had no answer. It’s funny to me how people pay their hard earned money to support a establishment to be treated in a unfairly and unkindly way. We are highly upset. This is really ridiculous. Next time I’m definitely telling her to take her money somewhere that actually values her money instead of treating her like she doesn’t matter.

The address is always a vibe when I come, I’m giving y’all three stars because on Sunday 6/7/2020 all the waitresses had a bad attitude and once we called them for service they tell us one minute and don’t come back. They rather be the bottle girls holding up signs. We’ve waited over an hour for a waitress and that’s because I had to go to the front and ask for a manager which they didn’t even want to get for me, and never came. There’s four waitress that didn’t want to serve us, a girl with burgundy hair, the two girls with the black and copper hair mixed, and the girl with the black passion twist. Btw after waiting over an hour and thirty minutes plus at least the egg rolls was good .

So I attended this business on Sunday night September 6 for a party they were having. While entering in the club I was BURNT by an employee holding a hookah IMPROPERLY! The back of my arm has the 3 lines from the cover of the hookah that holds the coal. When I asked for a manager I was approached by a guy named Maurice (whom said he was the owner) and a security guard, who gave me an ice pack then left me alone for the entire night. No incident reports, no exchange of information, no apologies... nothing! I even stayed at the venue until the lights where on and the police were blowing air horns to remove the crowd waiting for someone to bring me the manager and he NEVER came back to see me. Now I am not from the state this business is in but in a NORMAL and PROFESSIONAL business the manager would have had me fill out a incident report and taken my information just Incase my injury got infected or anything. I will never be returning to this business!

This place is nice however, its definitely over rated. The Valet is over priced and the music is ALL hip hop... Not everyone wants to listen to hip hop ALL NIGHT LONG. You also have a very divided crowd. You have people dressed liked a strip club, people dressed in sneakers like theyre going to the mall, and then you have people dressed classy. Its definitely a mixed crowd. So if youre grown and sexy Id cross this off the list.

Horrible experience Saturday night 09/26/2020. Short blonde hair waitress screamed at my friend to move out of the way as well as other negative remarks throughout the night. Mind you, we purchased 2 bottles & 3 hookahs from this establishment only to receive terrible customer service! WILL NOT RETURN

This place is okay it has a nice atmosphere but the waitresses are kind of rude. I brought people in from out of town and got absolutely no service after I constantly asked them to check on the table. It was to the point where I had to go to the bar and bring drinks back for everyone. We didnt get menus, water and was tossed to the side like we didnt matter. When people are spending their hard earned money to support your restaurant make sure they have a great experience. This could be a nice establishment but the waitstaff needs better training or you will continue getting complaints and ppl going elsewhere.

Despite having an great facility , great food, and being in a perfect location The Address is a no go for me. If you’re looking decent/standard service you’re at the wrong place. The waitresses are so bad that I could gather up a group of 6th graders to do better job. If upper management comes across this message, please take the time to hire normal(not great) staff. It’s a shame that most African Americans are subject to this type of service and still come back every week. If their main audience was any other group Im sure they would care just a bit more.

Although the atmosphere as well as music were amazing. Only bad thing is the waitresses if you do not have a table early they will pay no attention to you. We asked several different waitresses for help and were just ignored or they said OKAY and kept walking. A table was open my wife quickly jumped to sit there. The Original parties food was left for 30 even after my wife asked a waitress still nothing. We ended up leaving. We were told they were not serving food at 2. When it was suppose to be until 3. So if you do not have a table do not expect any service quickly.

The Address is not just an urban lounge, its an event space and a good brunch spot on Sundays. Brunch starts at 11am and is not busy around that time, and if you think the food is lackluster, you are so wrong! I recommend the oxtails and a side of the lobster tail (I was hungry.) The entrees are good sized portions and well seasoned.If you decide to stay past brunch hours, youll be met with club music, hookah, and lively people who just want to enjoy being out and have good times. On some days, there are special guests who make an appearance.**Be advised, there is a fee to park (not sure if its just the weekends or every day) which I dont mind, but if you want to save your dollars for the drinks, you may find street parking on the neighboring streets.

They took too long for my food. I came at 1:00pm for brunch and order at 1:30pm. My food didn’t come out until 3 o’clock. I wasn’t able to enjoy it because by the time I got my food I was full from the over price light drinks!!! The servers were nice but very confused. The food was alright not seasoned well.. the grits were hard and lumpy!!! But I had fun with my peoples!!!!

It’s an acquired taste. But definitely if you come bring cash!!! We’ve always had an issue of overcharging when using a card so to prevent that always bring cash. This is a bar/club/lounge depending on what day or time you go. It has three different rooms which can have three entirely different vibes. But if you like to “turn up” this is definitely your scene. There is a mixture of old and younger folks partying all together.

I love this spot because it has a great ambiance! Most importantly, the restrooms are on of the best you will find in a night life venue. Very clean and has extra things you may need :)

I don’t know where to start honestly. It took forever just get a waitress. If you not in section don’t expect much attention. When we got a waitress she was nice just didn’t see her a lot & the food was cold. The man who brought our food out was very rude when handing out the food. Saying “ why you ain’t say nothing” when trying to determine who’s plate was who. Well duh we can’t hear you the music is loud no need to be rude but it’ll be my first & last time going.

Waitresses was great but the timing and food was not that good. Took 2 hours to receive our food and ppl that sat down way after us received their food before us. It seem like the food was rushed when we got it. I love the atmosphere but the timing need to get better. I never had a bad complaint before with this place but some changes need to be made.

My cousin got a section, it was cool, great staff, food was good. Lady in the restroom tried to charge me 1.00 for a stick of gum, not a pack, but a stick. 2 male workers walked right in the female restroom and got gum. Then as I was leaving my brother showed up for my cousin party, I tried to give him the band since I was leaving, and the man at the door refused to let him in, saying he had to pay 20, this place closes at 2 am, it was 1:15. Why are you charging full price knowing y’all about to close. So, my cousin came out and was trying to ask if he could come since I was leaving, they basically ignored him. The place is also over crowded. Other than that, the music was good, and inside staff was cool

The bartender misplace my friend credit card. The bartender was to “Lit” to seem like she really cared. Instead of dancing she should’ve been looking for the card. The manager Anwar was very professional and apologized about the situation. He made sure the issue was resolve and we left more than satisfied. Good music and atmosphere however.... when we arrived for brunch was told the kitchen was on hold due to having to many orders okay that’s understandable so we waited about 35 mins before we could even order . Placed our order party of 8 never received our food asked the waitress numerous times about it and was told it was coming an hour and 15 mins passed by & people that arrived way after we ordered has now received there food on multiple tables.. how? Spoke with a Manager a Young Black guy he did apologize half way but didn’t offer any other customer service satisfaction.. time wasted and empty stomach very disappointed.

Houstons best nightclub experience. Owner and wait staff is great at accommodating the large crowd. They also have a kitchen with a pretty diverse menu. Drinks nice and strong. I always recommend The Address to groups!

I’ve only been to this place once!!! It was my very first night in Houston and at The Address!!! I totally get that they try to make as much money as possible so renting one section to about five different parties in one night is understandable! What’s not understandable is when they need the section for the next party they have about fifteen big scary men walk up to you say you need to leave out of nowhere! I had never been her did not know the procedure so I definitely complied without hesitation! Once outside the manager added more of his security to surround him to discuss the refund. However his security detail began making a police barrier around us and yelling at us to step back , go home , leave from into of the club for no reason! They messed up and sold us a section they had reserved for another party and decided we’ll just throw them out!!! The staff is so rude and the security is even more disrespectful!!! They assaulted my husband with his hands in the air!!! One thing you do not have at this place is the right to a respectable conversation over your money after they get it under false pretenses. The safest part is one of the security told a person in party he is a street ni??a and got in his face for absolutely not one reason at all!!! I even asked what does that imply and where does that statement carry reference in this situation ??? The evening would have went well had all that foolishness hadn’t happened! Lesson learned never go there ever a again, never pay $20.00 for valet parking at a place like this because when you’re ready to go you can’t and never ever go to a bar that employs street n??as because that’s what they act like!!!

Ill keep my post about facts and leave out my opinion as best I can. I visited this place for brunch with a group of out of town friends and mistakenly assumed it would be a standard brunch spot. This was more of a day party vibe. The music was loud to the point you couldnt hear the person next to you. The place wasnt crowded when we entered around 1245PM but got our food going on 330PM. The brunch menu only had 3 items to choose from. Both mimosas and juice were warm (not chilled) and the food was average.The atmosphere was cool but for a younger crowd. though and at least Im able to smoke a cigar while Im there.

I havent been here for 15 minutes and I feel like the rating is appropriate, the parking at this establishment turned me off instantly! How in the heck do you charge people $20 to park on a Sunday? And if you want to self park your car its $10. I said forget that and I park 3 blocks away. Its not fair to have your patrons parking that far all in front of peoples residence just to get here its very inconvenient not only for us but the residence in this area if I lived over here I wouldnt want bar patrons parking in front of my home. But thats me. Then I have turn around and patronize your business and spend more money!? I understand you have a business to run but it turns people off having to pay to park then turn around and spend money just to drink. I wouldnt bring anyone here because the stress of parking and I wouldnt want to come back. Half of the place Is tables and because the place is so packed theyre usually none available then the other half is VIP/RESERVED which guess what that means you have to pay more money. If this whole venue was tables on the inside this place would have way more people. This establishment is way too money hungry. I will not return.

It has improved and expanded a lot since I was there last!! the opened section to the right that has the bar, dance floor, TVs, and VIP sections used to be just a wall. I used to hate going to the address --and although its not a place I want to frequent, I can say that the vibe has matured --- its less riffraff. I went for a birthday, sat in VIP and had a nice time with friends, on a Sunday. It was high energy, packed, crazy. Im happy for the addy.

Worse experience ever. Extremely unprofessional. It has a great crowd of people but when it comes to buying a section they make mistakes in booking. When realizing a mistake was made by them nothing is done but they intimidate, harass, and bully you.

My family came down to visit from Colorado and I got a section there on February 29th..I contacted somebody from there a week in advance and in the process of booking the section I originally wanted one inside the club and last min when it was time to pay I was told that they only had patio sections available so I had no choice but to get a patio section.. anyway, when we arrived to the club a lady walked us to our section and the section was dirty, there were cups, straws, and trash everywhere on the floor the seats and table I was so disappointed and embarrassed, not only did we wait almost 30mins for our waitress to arrive, about 15mins of us being there 2 or 3 big guys showed up and were trying to force us out our section saying we did not have a section and we had to move. Apparently the club got the sections mixed up and they mistakenly thought we were in the wrong section and we weren’t. Once they figured it out they apologized and left but it was so unprofessional how they were handling me and my family I was sooo EMBARRASSED... we spent a lot of money there and we were treated so bad, the hookah seemed gone after 4 or 5 hits it was horrible... the only nice person that showed us respect was our waitress.. we spent over $1000 with them the section and bottles was 700+ gratuity and we bought a bottle of rose gold Moët which was 450 .. I’ve never been treated more disrespectful in my life I will never return!!!! Sorry !

Since its my friend birthday we decided to go here for Happy hour. Parking on a Friday was free...There are hookahs set up inside and outside on the huge patio. TVs everywhere. Food was great but pricey and there wasnt any happy hour specials on the food, only on drinks. Happy hour from 4 - 8pm, 50% off on Special drinks. We had a blast and will definitely go back.
