Love it it has pretty bayou its nice

My good friend lives here... Very chill and relaxed community....

Quiet place and friendly.

Lived here since I was 5 it has changed quite a bit but I love it still. A lot of birthday parties and happy people here. A lot of kids too. We used to have a pool in the front behind the mail boxes but the management took it out. And its right along white oak bayou, people fish out back only down side people shoot their guns out back but other than that its a pretty cool place to live.

It floods but not where it goes in your house.. only flooded twice. It’s really good if you were a kid you would love it:)

Good safe neighborhood

IF I COULD GIVE THIS RATHOLE A NEG 0 I WOULD, TRASHY PLACE, BAYOU COMES UP & OVER & FLOODS EVERYONES HOMES, CARS,ETC. WE ARE MOVING THANK GOD, LOUD MUSIC IN SPANISH, ITS A LIL MEXICO, NEVER WAS THIS OVER-POPULATED, NOW NEED 3 SCHOOL BUSES .. WAS OK WHEN THE OLDER COUPLE RAN IT, NOW ITS DOWN TO THE DOGS.. NO HELP W PLUMBING ISSUES THAT ARE.NT OUR PROBLEM,NO LEASE SO IF THEY WANT TO EVICT YOU, YOU GET OUT QUICK 30 DAYS, NO PRETTY AREA TO BE IN, IDK WHERE THE PICS OF BIRDS FEEDING BUT ITS NOT HERE

Very large park and the streets were a little confusing, but in good shape. Some of the trailers were in need of repair. People were draining transmission fluid or similar into the storm drain. Management was not very friendly.
