A lady claimed that there were not going to be any rentals coming available, so I waited until the next day and called to see if I would get a different answer. The guy I spoke to said that there were some available. The first lady completely lied.
Visually the place looks nice. Grass is mowed and trimmed on weekly basis. Trash is picked up twice a week. Look closer and you will see problems. Look along N. Fourth street. They pump water from their retention ponds into the woods. The water stands, does not drain away. Its full of trash and is a massive breeding area for mosquitoes, plus snakes and associated bacteria. The water stands long enough that it becomes dark, almost black. This pumping of the water is done illegally.
Welcoming staff. Walked in at loved the atmosphere. The actual neighborhood is less desirable. Majority of these homes look a little run down which can be understood being that people have lived here for more than 10 years. But when its more than 5 homes that look bad all through the neighborhood thats kinda all you tend to remember.

I visit relatives here its a good place to live. Little to no crime here. Only thing two things to watch out for is theres limited parking and if your car is on the grass for days it will be towed. Secondly it floods easily.

The Staff Members Are So Nice, Knowledgeable, & Helpful. I Would Recommend This Mobile Home Park To Anyone, If You Move In Here I Promise You Wont Regret It. Its A Beautiful Neighborhood, Clean, Offers 2 Pools, A Basketball Court, & A Park.Like Every Neighborhood There Are A Few Cons But Nothing To Bad They Disclose Everything While You Are Going Through The Process. (Back Streets Do Flood If There Is Heavy Rain)Some People May Say The Rent Is High But I Dont Mind At All Because All The Upgrades & All The Fun Activities They Offer For Familys It Shows Where All The Money Is Going.Ive Seen The Trailer Park Change In So Many Great Ways & Im Truly Grateful For All The Hard Work Every Staff Member Does. I have lived here since 1996, 22 years, NWP is like any neighborhood with a Homeowners Association (HOA) that you would live in.Yes there are problems at times with loud music and unruly children and Adults at times, only because there are people/residents who do not follow rules of NWP which is given to each resident in writing also gone over verbally.Yes Management can be strong, only because you are not following the rules, late pmts, unkept property etc this also happens in any community with a homeowners association (HOA)I have found out if you are having problems meeting your payment obligations all you have to do is talk to Mgmt be honest and they will do their best to work with you..I am happy here and would recommend it.

Love it here so nice. Nice people. They have lots of things to do for the kids and very nice maintained pools the subdivisions are all maintained has a nice park lots of trees place for the kids to play love it here
FLOOD ZONE!!! WARNING!! BUYER BEWARE!! DONT RENT OR BUY HERE! BAD FLOOD ZONE!! AND Poor careless management attitude. Management will be nice until you get in. They raise the lot rent every year with no repairs to street potholes, street light posts are falling over on peoples lots. The front entrance of mobile community is well kept to be a fake facade to what really goes on behind. Complaining to management will get you no where. There is break ins and robbery growing more and more in this community.

I have live here for 5 years yeah susan be on you if something dosent go with the rules like any other place but is really calm area , the rent is getting high but its like any other place i think for our kids is not that bad the management always doing something for our kids to celebrate and learn.Of course if they see something that is not right they will go up to you and let you know theres something going on with the wat things are in your house and i think that is good because it keeps people organize. And they give you opportunity if you have a claim from them to fix it and do things right they dont go up to you if your just not doing nothing.Well i like it here.
Great trailer park place.My moms been living there for almost 8 years. Never have had a problem. The office staff is awesome.
What a great place to live! I just moved here from San Antonio from another trailer home community. Loud music, trash and police at someone’s home every other day. I have visited here many times and could not wait to be a part of such a great environment. The area is well maintained and music for parties are kept to a minimum. The park is really great wide open and clean. Great for the kids to play and others to go for a walk. Anywhere you live there are going to be pros and cons. Management is so nice. They even have a food pantry available for those having a hard time. Scenic are beautiful pine trees and peaceful atmosphere. Now that I amhere, I cant wait for the next community function so I can meet my neighbors

Please dont move here !! Susan Reid , and the management here are bad , and heartless people!! I have lived in the community for 14 years . Ive paid off our home , and pay our lot every month on time . Susan Reid , and management are currently trying to remove us from the community because she has a problem with our teenage children who have done nothing wrong! Plus its a bad flood zone , and you must pay property tax, and pay RISING lot payments. I must say I made a mistake moving here!!!

Awesome community, but this place has the worst management youll ever encounter, there are holes everywhere, theyll raise the rent every 6 months, and the worst part is that theyll tow your car out of your driveways for no reason, please be smart and dont move here, like I unfortunately did :(
