Staff is very friendly and understanding! Also very helpful and attentive to your needs and with repairs in your home. Awesome landlord! Great personality!

Everything is ok

Management and staff are always very welcoming and willing to assist the residents at all times. Very quiet community.

I lived here for about 2 years and didn’t had any problem with the management team whatsoever but yesterday i came to visit my family which still lives here and the manager thats on charge i guess correct me for supposedly speeding when obviously i was not i even did the stop i wouldn’t had mind if she was respectful but she was very arrogant and even threaten my stepdad with your the one in the contract ! It would be nice if she learned how to properly and respectfully talk to people so sad nice community but if the manager is this arrogant how are the other people working for them

Do not spend your hard earned money on these homes.!!! Moving in they didn’t even have the place ready, it’s tile missing on the floor, ceiling leaking whenever it rains plus mold on the ceiling. Front door isn’t even hinges on the door correct so we have a big gap between the door and the frame, bugs are coming all in.! Oh yeah and they will tow your car right out your driveway, and then try to make up a reason.! DO NOT MOVE HERE.!! I only gave one star because I could choose to give none. & she is a liar, no one has came out to fix anything free of anything, good lie.! Keep in mind y’all these people will say anything to make them sound better and to take your money.! Don’t get tricked like we did.! In her favorite words..”that’s actual and factual”!

The management has poor customer service.! Do not move here.! It’s trash everywhere dog poop everywhere and everyday a dead dog in the road. They are not clean.! The home smells like something is dead up under the house. We continuously put air freshener in the vents.! Management has no respect.! They don’t mention the extra parking, Soo they can make money towing your company vehicles. If you are smart you will keep your money and not waste your time.

If I could give zero stars to this mobile park I would definitely do it. The new manager is not nice at all she is very sarcastic and does not help people to resolve issues. She might keep telling residents she is very educated from a university but her management is just like Darcia, rude. Not even a HELLO GOOD MORNING just the straightforward DO YOU NEED HELP? And when you walk into the office she is not wearing shoes and is walking barefoot around the office how professional is that?. We went from paying $490 every month to $550 for 2 people only. I would never in life recommend someone to move their mobile home here let along buying a mobile home from these people. We received a letter about changes but so far I havent seen anything besides the new faces. People are not supposed to park in the side of the street but than again they dont have any sign saying youre not allow to park in the side of the street which is very unprofessional and illegal. Some families here have kids that requires special needs like physical therapist occupational therapist or a therapist in general and is such a struggle to get them a parking spot. The office manager expects people to park in the back area and not even caring about the distance people need to walk. Therapists have certain time to treat our kids and they cant be walking from the back all the way to the front. This place is just very dissapointing in every single way I keep telling my husband we should move our mobile home.

They dont pay contractors after work is complete.:: ATTENTION CONTRACTORS STAY AWAY::

Nothing spectacular though I have seen worse. The lot fee is high compared to parks in the area. Water is billed separately and the just got the meters back up during summer. (They were making it up before.)Shop around first. This is definitely near last resort.

Dont move to this place inundated with crime

The management company works really hard to keep their tenants happy. I have had many times when I fall behind on my rent, but they always work with me and try to make it work with my situation.

This place sucks , they dont let you swim when you want. very rude managment . and if a critic could rate this it would be a flat ZERO

Forgot to update this after I moved out. They (the management) broke into the trailer and stole my personal belongings.I told them I was moving, they told me the day I had to be out by. I started moving all my things into my new home and three days before my final move out date they unlocked my trailer and took my items.My stuff was neatly packaged, obviously going to be taken, they stole it and told me there was no recourse and my things had been “disposed of”.A $600 bicycle, television screens and other electronics.Don’t move here.

Great place to live in, as long as you follow the rules and pay your rent on time nothing bother you, family community with nice swimming pool, new management is helpful.

Had a false judgment put on me for leaving during a month to month agreement.. My deck had separated from my door area and I was pregnant... Got tired of waiting for someone to fix and I just moved out... Lots of break-ins and a murder two doors down... Horrible!!!! Oh Rude management Will rip you off!!!!!! Theyre nice before you move in....

Ive been here for 1 year and some change and this place can use some improvements. I did buy my trailer but from a private party and I pay seprate lot rent $430.00. I would suggest if you move her to be ready for the crime in the area (whole area not just green acers) to get a bit crazy once winter comes around. Also for the price the area could use a few upgrades i.e lawn care is not always the best, big garbages are over flowing, some night patrol wouldnt hurt, and maybe a better family friendly atmoshere for the residents. I also feel the management here is overhelmed with all of the things that need to be done, hiring some qualified professionals to assist in what needs to be done here would be awesome. The maintance is slow to fix and dont really seem passionate about their work and maybe some retraining on professionalism and work quality. Also I have been towed twice in the last year which was about nearly $300 for minor offenses that were unavoidable based on my property construction really I got towed because my car was sticking out too much on to the road because my concrete driveway is not fit to park a normal size vehicle on, some peoples driveways are huge and some people like me barely have enough room for two cars while I have three vehicles at my home and nowhere to properly fit them on the driveway without being towed. PROS: trash is picked up twice a week, they have now started online pay which be automatically withdrawn from your account, but you will have to keep up with it sometimes it doesnt go through and you have to talk to someone, my nearest neighbors are very observant of each others property and friendly but youre experience made different than mine, but its really isnt a bad place in my opinion as long as you are flexible and take necessary precautions to protect yourself and your valuables like you would any other place you would live.

Management is rude and they have no answer to anything. Originally we were purchasing (to buy) a mobile home and weve been living here for 5 years so i went to the office to ask how much do i owe of the mobile home they said they did not have that information so i told the lady do u have statement of what i have paid and she said no so i told her tell me how much i owe on the mobile home so i can pay and she responded with it does not work that way u have to rent here 10 years and after renting a certain years then u can buy it for 11,000 dollars but u cant take it out the property so shey can charge u for the lot plus every year you pay 20 extra for each year for the lot right now we pay 480 for the lot alone but every year 20 dollars more and i check the contract and all the bs they talk about does not say in the contract. Iam so frustrated. I do not recommend u rent or buy from green acres plus the neighbors here break into cars the cops are always here we have been robbed and broken into twice.

This place stole my background check money ,never gave me a call back to see if I approved,everytime I would call they would always tell me they would call back with a answer before business day but never did horrible place .

The management need to clean up this place. There are no activities for kids. The area in the back need to be cut down.
