My mom lives here. They need more parking space and need to slow down when driving. Neighbors need to lower the music when making parties, but other than that they r making progress in other ways like having a close gate.

First off, this lady vehicle got broken into 3days after she moved in. I was told it was a good place to live but they lied, & the people that live here cannot tell you (infront of the office lady) how bad crime is cauz then the owner finds out & has a talk with that person.!! I heard: that months back meaby years back, people from another state went to this place to rent & 12homes got broken into during the day (this people took tvs,games, electronics, you name it) the owner then finds out & kicks this people out. & yet still the owner dont want to pay for any security, or officer or put cameras. Anyone reading this please stay out of this place, their is only one lady in the office & its hard to get in touch with her because shes hardly in the office its supposed to be open monday-friday (which is not) Also 1 maintenance guy.. the rooms on most trailers are not big I would say the bathroom is bigger than each room. People dont rent here, crime is bad, office staff is never at the office, & owner dont want to pay for any security.

The lady working for the office is a joke, both girls actually they are rude as #%£|¥|•= sorry about the Bad word. They never fix nothing they treat you like crap, stupid rules, stupid people!!!! Management in general is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY One start is because I have too, since theres no zero!
