Lovely grounds and clubhouse. The pool sits near the water and you can see the boats in the Harbour from the pool. So nice and relaxing with beautiful sunrises.

Closest to 45 access from where we live. Joy and staff are awesome. View is great out to Clearlake. Gated piers and good security. Pool is gated and like a resort location and never seems to be too crowded. Grounds are beautiful and the Windemere Mansion is beautiful. Tennis courts are well maintained and have a variety of programs. Neighborhood is very nice. A little aged, but worth looking at. It may be what you are looking for.

Cheapest Marina on the Lake! (The GOOD cheap!) Great staff, friendly people, nice pool. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars is having fixed instead of floating piers. But if you want floating piers pay an extra $100 a month somewhere else.

There was a goggle eyed fellow who was inebriated & wandering around the marina.... mumbling something about his little brother...

Great marina, reasonable fees, access to tennis courts, pool, and club house with slip rental.

Oh nice Marina in a nice location right by the Hilton. A very well-kept neighborhood.

Very good people there.
