I loved it there!!! Deborah made my husband and I feel so comfortable with the questions we had! She is very knowledgeable with every product! She made our whole experience fun and educational! Most places make you feel odd and weird! Deborah, is definitely amazing! Go see her!

Was not open as stated. Very rude lady as we tried to walk in.

I visited the store last night and the woman behind the counter with the bad weave was rude from the start. She had a very bad attitude she talked to my friend and myself like we were five years old. Then she started yelling at us for no reason and kicked us out the store and took our picture I’m very upset about this I drove an hour to get to the store. The store was empty we were the only customers in there and we had at least $200 worth of merchandise. The store is losing money because of her she’s either bipolar or schizophrenic, she called us satan!! I have never been treated so rudely, I’m considering calling corporate.

Debra was super nice and she worked with my fiancé and I to get us what we needed. Gave us tons of professional insight and info on products and always made sure we walked out happy. Didn’t try to upsell at all. She hung out with us and gave my fiancé and I very helpful tips. She made it very easy to be welcomed and avoided awkwardness and shyness. One of our favorite Katz and closest to home. Humble location and 45/249 location is trash compared to the main 249 location (this one). Clean, tons of stuff, and always a great experience!

Call before you go!! Their website states they had an item in stock and they didn’t!! The girl working there said, “I went to our website and it doesn’t show that we have it in stock”. After I showed her on my phone.

Deborah, at Katz Boutique, is the most knowledgeable and friendly person Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! Heck of a saleswoman. She should be doing a blog or column replacing the infamous Dr. Ruth.

Love this store, decent stock and it looks purposely placed. Some items are clearanced and prices for whats on the wall. Was helped by younger male named James who was knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed.

Very clean and bright place. Many things to chose from. I like that the prices are on the products so I dont have to guess what the items cost. It is not 24 hours like it other locations, but it still has good hours of operation.
