Everything was awesome!! The manager on duty was very nice and she made sure our entire church group was accommodated, and no one felt left out. The food was good also. Overall it was a great experience, not our first time going but it was the best so far!!

Friendly staff and safe environment for kids!!! Bathrooms are really clean. Had both my kids BIRTHDAYs over there. I was able to buy the cake on the same day over there and the supplied the candles and lighter!!!!

We always go to play the games but never eat here. I saw them cover the salad bar with cellophane one time. Im guessing thats normal practice. Sometimes the people working are helpful when the ticket machines get stuck other times they are lazy and look at you like you are the problem. Its supposed to be fun and where a kid can be a kid. The dancing mouse should be more energetic but is sometimes just...standing there bored. The games are usually working which is a plus!

How really fun games and Chucky came out several times during our visit

This place has really gone downhill. The employees are to busy with personal conversation to pay attention to customers. Most of the games steal your credits, only 2 out of the 6 ticket machines work, and out food was burnt and tasted terrible.

The cashier whom I assumed was in college due to her wearing a local college jacket couldnt figure out that she owed me $10 without her managers help. My total was $30.45 and I gave her $40.45 pizza took forever but was good! They forgot my salad plate and wasnt sure how to add coins onto my kids play cards.

They were great at accommodating us. Precious made sure ny sons birthday party went off without a glitch even though my reservation got bbn mixed up. She was an awesome party host!!!!

Chuck E Cheese is a nice place to bring your kids to eat and play. Unfortunately, the buffet rules changed without notice. The sign says that it ends at 3pm but at 2pm the buffet was no longer available. When we asked management about it, she said, it just changed. But the sign still read 3pm and there was no additional sign/notice that stated there was a change in time. No email, sign, or verbal notice upon entering the establishment. I consider that false advertisement but decided not to continue the conversation with the manager because we were there more so for the kids to enjoy their play date.

My whole life, Ive always felt unable to truly be a kid. Chuck e cheese was the solution that I didnt know I needed. Its a place where a kid can truly be a kid - there are no taxes, bills, scary clowns, or people telling you that youll never be worth anything in life here. All was fine and dandy until I tried their new Mac and cheese pizza. This was the pivotal point in my life where I discovered I had severe lactose intolerance. Within 30 minutes of eating the pizza, I felt my stomach rumble with the power of a magnitude 7 earthquake as I was playing ducky splash. I immediately abandoned my game, which brought tears to my eyes as a snot-nosed baby took over and was playing using my credits. Ignoring this, I sprinted to the bathroom with such speed that even Usain Bolt could not have beat to that stall. I chose wisely and entered the handicap stall, knowing that the bars on the side of the stall would be of great help to me. Unfortunately, due to the sheer power of the ensuing diarrhea, I ripped the bars clean off of the wall. The stench immediately engulfed the entire store, as people in both the lobby and the kitchen were supposedly complaining about the smell of sewage. Little did they know, my body was acting like one of those automatic self - dispensing air fresheners that spray every 15 minutes, however, with a smell that a name couldnt even do justice. I went through two whole rolls of toilet paper after cleaning off not only myself, but the excess that had somehow gotten on the walls and floor. The stall looked like a very bad day in Willy Wonkas chocolate factory. If it werent for the excellent staff consistently replacing the toilet paper every night, my life would have been ruined. After exiting the bathroom, all of the customers and staff gave me funny looks. Except, of course, the woman that was working in the kitchen on this fine morning. Although I wasnt entirely convinced that she hadnt set me up by feeding me this delicious pizza, she was at least the only one who didnt look at me with disgust, and was instead smiling at me. Im pretty sure she was just laughing at me, but I prefer to believe she was giving me a friendly, reassuring smile as if to say itll all be okay now my child. This was the day that I unfortunately realized that I am, in fact, a grown man who can no longer be a kid anymore. Thank you, chuck e cheese, for not only assisting me in the discovery of my chronic lactose intolerance, but also the enjoyment of being a kid one last time before I had to flush it all away.

Great family friendly fun and good food. The new Chuck E. Cheese mascot is too skinny and creepy. The old one was way better.

First off, dont expect much service on the weekdays. They could use some more people to hire. The pizza is hot, fresh, and good upon arrival. Their wings are so-so. The decor is fun and lively like always.

Who doesnt LOVE Chuck E. Cheese! This location is small. They also have a lot of new games. The food was okay and the place was clean.

Games are subpar by any means. Some were broken others just not really challenging. This is like an old pizza place with a salad bar with crappy games.

If I could rate this place a ZERO; I would! Its a shame they make me put at least one star. The staff is so inconsiderate. We had to wait at the toy counter for over 15 minutes. It wouldnt have been so bad but the kitchen smelt like sewage. Im two months pregnant and had to stand there smelling that. I could not handle it any longer. I left the rest of my party in the store where they had to wait another 10 mins. It is unbelievable that they would be serving people, much less OUR CHILDREN!!!!, food out of a kitchen that smells like a landfill. I will not be going back to this place EVER! Heres a tip for anyone who goes. Bring some clothes pins for the smell.

I came to this location today 10/07/18 for a birthday party and Im in a wheelchair and there isnt 1 single handicap space by Chuck E Cheese I would have to park all the way down by Dollar Tree youd figure a business would want to be complaint with the laws and their isnt a van accessible space to allow the extra room needed for a wheelchair ramp or to get and out of a vehicle
