Had a great time watching two movies with my husband on a last minute date night. Popcorn was good and fresh. Theater was nice and quiet....minus the one idiot who was using the flashlight app on their phone during the movie. Seats were comfortable and the bar was a nice feature.

Like all theaters... the concession stand was busy and i feared we were going to miss the beginning of Star Wars return of skywalker... previews already started when I arrived with my beautiful date(my wife) we ordered chicken fingers , 2 ,2 ...This young lady got it all ready and got me to my seat on time... great job sweetheart!! Great team work!!

Prices here are outrageous for this type of theater. They get away with it due to no competition. I paid less to see a movie in full reclining seats with Dolby Atmos than I did for an outdated screen and sound here.Audiences here are well above average, though. Polite and quiet, for the most part (and Ive seen everything from G kid movies to hard R). Much better audiences than New Orleans, for example.Also of note:. For Star Wars premiers, they bring out some pretty awesome costumes. I saw BB8 and R2 once, as well, and they were Hollywood caliber, though someone said a local guy makes them!

Great cinema, great sound, always clean theater. The reason for 4 star is because concession prices a little high. All in all a great theater.

I am an a list stubs member and I love it but know that this is a small theater and I appreciate that they do get some artisan films but I wish we would get more. The popcorn is usually fresh and the staff is friendly. Its a nice theater.

Clean, comfortable, lots of parking. If prices were more affordable, more people would attend. Need to have special rate days at least each month.

AMC has went to reserved seating, We went to see sonic tonight and this will be the last time we visit AMC Palace 10. I will stick to the movies in Morgan City where I can simply get up and move if I have a issue with the people sitting next to me!!

The movie was good. But the concession prices are outrageous. Bring your own snacks if your on a budget. Matinee is still a good price. Dont get snacks it will cost you more than your tickets.

Staff friendly. Sound and picture is good in theater. Could be a little updated. Could be a little cleaner, but not too bad. Overall a good experience.

Went with seven people ($74.84). Order food and it only took them 4mins. Really nice and fast service. Clean theatre, bathrooms, and drink machines.

My group planned a night out that included getting drinks at the bar and seeing a movie. The bar was closed because their bartender didnt show up. The movie was being shown in the 10th theater...our seats were in the middle of row D. When we got to our seats the entire area smelled like feces. The night was pretty much a bust at that point. Im giving two stars because I have seen movies there and the experience wasnt as bad...it wasnt great, but it was at least fun unlike last night.

It was ok but I have been to better AMC. We went on a Friday night and there was only one person selling tickets. When we were watching a movie people were just running in and out. And the last time we went to go see a movie there the place was closed at 9 on a Thursday.

This theater allows you to choose your seat however it would be great to have an employee guide you to your seat. Me and my family were setting in our correct seat but there were SEVERAL other families that could not set in their assigned seat because they were taken. You even had individuals that refused to get In their assigned seat which made our experience horrible because this was occurring while the movie was going on. What a shame...

Nice place!! Not really sure I like seating chart there, i feel its not needed. Its been open for quite some time so they need to remodel and get seats and a new look.

Always a good time, best theater in town, and them employees keep that place clean AF.

Prices are what is expected of cinemas these days. They make an effort to make things easier for stubs reward members which is the point of the program. You realize the benefit of program very easily. It is well maintained. It is a clean space. Quiet most of the time. Meaning, it can feel very quaint and comfortable despite the large theater style.

There movies and service are great and the prices never change

Movie theater is awesome. Only suggestion is to get more up to date seats. They seemed a bit out dated and not as comfortable as other AMC theaters!

Just a great movie theater. The prices are to be expected, but weve always had a great experience visiting. The seats are comfortable, its clean (Ive been to a theater that wasnt and gotten sick), and the associates and cashiers are always nice.

I love the experience, the only thing to complain about lately is that the AC has not been working for quite some time. I had a night out planned for me and my family to see Aladdin but the lobby and cinema was so hot, so we left.

Our experience was good. Areas could be cleaner. The concessions are ridiculous..too expensive.

The sound was horrible. One side of the speakers where not working and it seemed they just turned up the side that did work.

This is our favorite theater in this area. Clean, well managed and always a great selection of the latest blockbuster movies. B

Wife had a small seizure at the end of the movie, Tara assisted us greatly in leaving the theater and all the way to the car. Her help was great appreciated. I cant say enough good things about her assistance. Thank you very much. Tara you are an angel!!!!!!!

While waiting on food, watched staff who prepared it. One lady only wore one glove to handle the food and with ungloved hand grabbed handles of all ovens and cooking utensils. Other lady working wore two gloves and was grabbing same handles as I gloved lady...talk about cross contamination! Staff also had very long hair and no nets or braided.I really wish Louisiana had better food inspections and publicly displayed them. I believe AMC would get a low rating if so.

Movie was ok. But the workers in the video room were noisy during the movie! Very distracting.

It was hot they did not run the ac. Sweating in there.

Dispite some of the reviews I read, I found the place nice, clean, and enjoyable.. My kids where surprised with a movie.. I do wish that there was a Movie Tavern around though but I will visit again when we see a new movie..

The service is impeccable. The movie choices and time availabilities are versatile. I would definitely go to this theater again.

Movie theater was comfortable, quick line, typical prices and the place was pretty clean. Only complaint was half the soap dispensers were empty and garbage cans were full but it was near the end of the night so inderstandable

Theatre is not bad or dirty, just outdated. Great place for a matinee. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not ever crowded. Seats are a bit uncomfortable. Concessions are typical pricing and are good. If you are a member, you can do well from the perks plan. Good selection of new releases. Would recommend for daytime movies.

The theater feels very dated from concession stand to theater seating and cinema viewing definition. Placing our food order and the server was more interested in the conversation with others we had to repeat ourselves three times.Seating is very dated. The AMC theater I went to in Texas had full sized recliners and could order food and beverages from your seat.I enjoyed the movie we had seen, but the theater from appearance, servic, seating and viewing was not enjoyable; not a modern Movie Cinema experience.

No complaints about the venue but movie theaters have just become too expensive. Theres no value in the experience provided.

Every theater we are in smells like mildew and mold. The seats are old and uncomfortable. The workers are always nice and the bathrooms are clean though.

It sure does make a lot of sense that this place closes early on Sundays given that there are people at all the nightclubs in Houma on Sunday night/Monday morning hours afterward and countless others driving around . On the other hand, the Westbank Palace had showings at 10:00, 10:10. 10:15. 10:20, 10:25, and 10:30pm tonight, so I guess there must be a different species from those buying movie tickets in Houma who are doing so on the Westbank, right?

Even if theater only has 20 people you still have assigned seats. Very hard to find your rowDid not see letter on row had to ask several people already seated.

Theater was comfortable, just needs to be cleaned more often in lobby and bathrooms.

The staff is great, no complaints there, BUT its time for some new chairs. They smell and are old. They are also cloth making them virtually impossible to clean regularly. Theyve been there as long as I can remember. I couldnt imagine whats been soaked into that cloth.

Ok theatre but in desperate need of renovations...I mean its 2019 I feel they are the last theatre that has yet to upgrade their seats...

Not very clean, staff is rude and swears at customers. Couldnt get a free refill even as a StubHub member because I havent gotten my card yet and the employee didnt believe I was a StubHub member..says they dont just give out freebees after I paid 28 dollars for popcorn

I remember when this place was new. The prices seem to go up each time I visit. Also some of the seats and rooms are starting to get old and a bit stale.

Projector went down for 15 minutes during Creed II last night. Everyone in that theatre was upset. Manager promised to make it right with replacement tickets. Never happened. Had to leave early due to the delay. I will never be back to this theatre. And I will tell people to go else where for a movie.

Only place to really watch movies in Houma. Expensive food. Get the giant pretzel. It’s great. Only issue is that it host a lot o kids movies and not as many teen and adult movies. So great family place, but poor adult date night.

Please invest in new seats and better projectors!!

The movie didnt start on time.. The lights remained on half the time.. This place is a disaster but its all we got in this area.

Jfc if youre charging the same rates as the other AMC theaters, then at least get the same updates to make it almost worth the outrageous prices.This place is totally outdated, unsanitary, hires young, rude employees so that they can charge more but pay employees less, and their kitchen appliances apparently never work.The armrests literally come right off if you even place your drink in a cup holder.The seats are nasty, old, small, uncomfortable, and do not even recline. This is the only theater I have been to that still has all these problems.Catch up, Houma Palace 10.

I dont have much good to say about this place, and Im not very hard to please. Staff is rude, seats feel dirty, worn, and small. There are better theaters to spend your money IMO.

Facility is clean / folks pretty nice -- but their arcade is litterly a disgrace. See the pic below.. The ball is wedged in the claw. Hence, the claw is in a bind and will not open or shut (it will not open b/c the ball is keeping the claws arms maxed out /open)!!

Being a frequent visitor to New Orleans theaters this one is a huge let down. Hasnt been updated in a really long time. Chairs are old, smelly, and uncomfortable. Same chairs from when the theater was first built. Theater is generally dirty. Screens have marks on them that you see during the whole movie. Projectors have issues on a regular basis. Upon our recent trip it was definitely cleaner than normal.Thats why Im giving 2 stars. The bathrooms were still dirty and unattended at a 5 pm movie. The toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall when I touched it.Paid for cold popcorn.We only go here if we are in town already. The outside ticket booth is completely closed and had to go inside and wait in a long line to use a computer to buy tickets even though Im a paid stubs member. This theatre needs a major overhaul.

The chairs are uncomfortable, they are too close together. They smell bad, they need an upgrade of wider comfy chairs, the food and snacks are too expensive. They said they make more money selling food and snacks than paying to see a movie there! Instead of paying outside, u have to go inside to pay. I rather go to New Orleans bc they have more comfortable seats.

Easy and fast getting tickets. Workers are very nice and the experience is good. Only bad thing is snack prices are really high. I bought 1 large popcorn and a small drink and I paid $14 and the drink machine was running out of flavors for the drink so it was not worth the price I paid. Other than that, I am always happy when I go there.

Needs an upgrade, popcorn is overpriced, and they need a better selection of movies, the movie started 30 minutes late.

Huge lobby and plenty of games in arcade ... Good theater

Went a little early, so not crowded...but had to go inside to purchase tickets, after standing outside at the ticket booth for a few mintues! Having a full bar adds a great touch! The attendants behind the food counter were very good, nice and quick!
