Not a bad place to live.Lived there for 7 years and never really had trouble.Street lights arent fixed right away which is a problem when its so dark and we have to install lights on our trailer.

Bus route outside of entrance. water from storms drain quickly. Very reasonably priced. havent had any serious problems. Good place for people of all ages.

Weve always lived across the street from carriage cove and it has steadily declined over the years, but as far as trailer parks go it is still one of the better ones in the area

Quiet nice little neighborhood with majority friendly neighbors. Only issue was our friends grom got stolen.

I stayed here for 4 months...in our rvI was in the back in the turn a round...on golden gate ct.the spaces are very large, it was quiet.I really liked it here and give it a 4 1/2 star rateing.this is the nicest one in the houma area.the only thing I did not like was No wifi
