I enjoy going to this plaza its very customer ready and friendly. Very relaxing, clean and have wonderful staff that makes it that much more comfortable. Anytime I am around that area I dont mind stopping in for a little bit of time to relax and enjoy myself for a lil while. Relieve some of the things in my mind even if its just for a few minutes.

Hey owner, what a SWEET deal...for the local trucking comp. using your free parking for a terminal. You pay all the overhead, taxes, and maintenance while they take up all the parking, for FREE, and we regular truck drivers cant find a place to park. But maybe they spend enough inside to make up for it?? Meanwhile, well just enjoy the nuggets and fries here next to the fuel pumps because every spot is full, but well be out of the way in the AM and the locals can have their free terminal without our bother!!

My experience??? Well the worst....My husband was a good and loyal costumer for almost 5 years. Fueling his truck every 2 weeks. Never had a problem nor a complain. And suddenly the manager ask him to move out of the truck stop. They don’t want him there anymore. The reason? Well that’s it. She didn’t give me ANY reason. She said they don’t give reasons. That’s very weird. For me everything that happened is RACISM.For all fellow truckers that leave their trucks there and go home rest. Be careful because that could happen to you too.If anyone knows who could I speak to? Other than the lady that said to be the manager. She is short in height, African American and she is missing some of her front teeth.

Good Place for a quick bite

Refused service to a person with underlying health issues this morning!! It is not a LAW it is a mandate!! The Security guard was very rude this morning and I’m calling our state rep about the service I received this morning!! HIPPA ACT states my health issues are NOT y’all business!!!

The store is always clean and employees are so nice. the restaurant has really good comfort food. the casino is always welcoming and ppl working there make your drink as soon as you walk in.

This has been the best truck stop experience ever. I have shopped here many times prior to my Google membership. Instore customer service is always kind and helpful.I have even endured an overnight safety test stay at the truck stop. It feels safe to sleep at the truck stop for long distance traveling females and families. Ive tested another truck stop but did not feel the same security. A security guard is on post inside the Plantation Truck Plaza store. He actually watch the truck stop area from inside all night as well. God bless him for all of his services. The restrooms are single stall, always clean and well stocked. The pumping station is always neat and nicely kept and supplies windshield cleaner and paper towels and a trash can. I dont gamble so the adjoining casino is also open 24/7.

Best place for ya husband to go if your married he not only will get snacks but the girl at the registrar will try to give him her goodies too. Knowing hes married but so desperate to have a man want her she will do it all.

If you drive a big truck you will not be able to park there. the reason is all the locals Park their cars there. I will not even stop there to get fuel.

The stars are only for the good food, because I adore the 4 of a Kind Club. The service? Atrocious. Dont think Ive ever received dirtier looks, simply for placing an order. I mean ANGRY eyes from an employee, who was on her break apparently. A change of staff might do this place some good.

Good place to get gas when its raining. There is a huge awning from the pumps to the store. Clean bathrooms, restaurant, and casino also on site.

We ordered a huge order from these people and apparently they dont wear hairnets bc one of the orders with onion rings had not one strand but a cluster of black, nasty hair that was cooked into the onion rings!! When we tried calling and spoke with the supposed manager, she basically acted like she didnt give a rats ass! Poor service and horrible food! Never ordering from here again!!!!

Dont bother stopping at this nasty dump! Attendants are extremely rude, nasty lil people. Its disgustingly overpriced! Showers and bathrooms REEK of piss! I travel all over the country and this nasty pit is single handedly the most disgusting place I have ever stopped at! Save your time, money, and nostrils and go somewhere else!!
