Great store with a good selection! Some items are a little pricey. They only had one cashier during my visit so service was a little slow.

It seems like Im in this store when the Christmas items sale is happening. I never find any lights that I like but there are many other items. Sales here seem to be pretty good and we usually walk out with good deals. My Christmas tree has never looked better, thanks to this store.

I went in for one thing and they didnt have it. NO paper cones for Xmas crafts.

If you are an artist (drawing/painting/etc.), I would recommend Michaels over Hobby Lobby any day of the week for supplies. Michaels has a larger selection, and their sales will have you paying practically nothing. They also have a great selection of frames and do custom framing as well within a reasonable price.

I went in to this store, which i have never been to, & the place felt friendly!I couldnt find what i was looking for, but the young lady at the register was very helpful!, plus she gave me a discount on a small craft fox that had a broken ear!! That was very nice of her!I will be going back most assuredly!

There are a few items here that you cant find at Hobby Lobby... but they are definitely more expensive than Hobby Lobby. I bought some of their epoxy resin then saw the exact same bottle for 25% less at Hobby Lobby... wont make that mistake again. I only go to Michaels for items I cant find at Hobby Lobby. Other than a few high prices, its a great store!

Good deals, good prices on Halloween stuff

Great place. I saw regular people inside of a little room doing arts and crafts and one lady came out extremely happy with her own handmade wreaths for fall I thought that was very interesting they also had a giveaway going on at the time and somebody got a cool basket full of stuff. I saw lots of things on clearance and the store was clean and easy to get around

A crafters dream but pricey if its not on sale. But I will always shop there because when I walk out I feel so inspired to create. Every sales person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and polite, even when I called on the phone.

Wide selection with friendly staff , Tammy Howell is one employee at a location I recently visited and seen her go out of her way to help an elderly person with the door and was extra nice even though you could tell it was a hectic day for their store .

Oh, my goodness, I have only gone into Michaels twice. The first time (around December 8th or so), they only had two cashiers working and the line was literally down the aisle about halfway to the back of the store. The second time was December 13th and while they had three cashiers working, the line was still all the way down the aisle almost to the back of the store. I find it sad that you wait longer in line then the amount of time that you actually shop.

The staff was extremely rude when asked a question about what was in stock. I asked a follow up question about another item and I was told that they didnt carry it in stores and the employee rolled thier eyes at me. I just wasnt sure where to find something.

I have visited this place quite a couple of times since I have been in Arkansas altogether. Their staff are really nice and supportive which makes it less difficult to get what I need and hop on out of their. As I have real difficulty talking to other people.

Love the bead/jewelry making section! Extensive inventory very reasonably priced. Sales associates are cheerful, knowledgeable and eager to assist or answer questions. Had to laugh at the review complaint re: cashiers engaging consumers in conversation during check-out. Glad to see the attitudes are still upbeat behind the register. It would be a terrible shame to see these young, hard working individuals reprimanded for exhibiting superior skills in customer service. Great job, everyone!

I love this store. They always have sales and cute crafts. I can always find 30% off coupons online for an extra 30% on top of their sale price. The store has everything you need for jewelry creation, wreath making, to picture frames. Store is clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite places, my kids love it too. They enjoy the art classes and I like shopping while they make something cute.

Horrible store!!! I bought a landscape kit for my daughters school project last night thinking shed like it and itd be fun for us to do. Well she had other plans on how she wanted to do it so we went here to get supplies for her thoughts and return the kit I had purchased last night kit was $22 but since I didnt have my receipt they would only return it for $11 because it may have been on sale in the past at some point so thats all theyd return it for! Its sitting on there shelf now for $22 I bought from the same girl last night that told me all this and yet thats all theyd do!! Im not really worried about the $10 but its the point behind it!!
