THE MOST DELICIOUS PIZZA! Go with a group and try several types. Be prepared to wait at least an hour or more but its worth it.

Clean, good pizza and quiet. My gson didnt care, my daughter and I enjoyed the peace.

Good for the kids, but someone should have been constantly going around wiping down the games.

Even during the covid crisis most games are open and the staff is friendly employees do their best to keep all area cleaned.

Today was the first day for us since covid 19 and I must say everything was very clean and the staff continued to disinfect as the children played the games. I was very pleased!

Terrible!!!! Most of the games were out of order, inoperable. There was only one employee doing all the work, from checking temperatures, placing the order, and collecting tickets for prizes. The manager would not help and assist the employee. The manager was awful, and had an I dont care attitude. I would not recommend The Chuck E. Cheese located in South Haven, Mississippi to no one!!!

Re-opening and it was AWESOME! MY girls actually WON tickets and got good prizes at age 3 and 5 and they redecorated, put in new games, put in a touch sensitive dance floor and the staff was seriously something to envy! Seemed like they enjoyed their jobs! VERY NICE RE- OPENING

Clean . not busy . because of covid-19, not all games were operating but still very fun for my 5 year old son and I .

It could be better. It really has changed AlOt though. There was even a slide but it was taken out and now the place we all love looks kinda plain.

So 3/7/2020 I went here. It was crazy over packed. Like over max cap. I came for my brothers bday party and manager told us to move my mom got upset. The manager procceed to degrade her while walking into the kitchen and called security to watch her. My family later left. The only redeeming thing was my bf fixed a ticket muncher because all of them were down and we got an extra 400+ tickets for fixing it. I did not eat the food nor drink the soft drinks because a couple rested there baby on the drink machine and the baby touched the nozzles. Honestly that day was horrible and very unprofessional on the staffs part. My mom did contact regional about it and said theyll look into it.

Very busy and fantastic for the little ones. Kids have a fun time. Customer service needs focus especially upselling.

I Love the new layout. Saturdays are ALWAYS SUPER BUSY. but my daughter LOVED it. great games lots of ticket payouts. especially ski ball.

Prices arent bad if you get a great deal. Its very loud and the food is not great. Though what do you expect with a kiddie casino?

It was great. The first 10 of pur party had the whole building to ourselves. The staff was constantly cleaning.

My kids enjoyed themselves. Only thing I felt as if they were shorted on their tickets because so many of the games didnt have tickets. They should have someone specifically that restocks the machines.

I received a good coupon via email and decided to take my grandkids. Upon arrival I asked if they were open for business because it was empty and seemed to be remodeling. The manger Rodney J responded with a smart remark, that only he found funny. Proceeded to the counter and couldnt use the coupon because he said I hadnt signed up for the new rewards program. He explained everything vaguely and seemed to not want to be bothered. I dont know who made him the face of Chuck E. Cheese but he has no personality about himself to work in a kids establishment.

This was the most disappointing experience we have ever had. We will not return. First of all no lids for drinks, we ordered a combo and the wing were pathetic!! Small order of wings is $11.99 and there was 7 wings in basket (very small) . We had to ask for forks and plates. There was no salt, pepper or parmesan cheese and when we ask a employee about some, he said if we didnt see any they must be on the tables, so we look around on the tables and none there either. Most all that worked there acted like they hated thier jobs! Pretty sad that we spent over $60 and got no service. Went to count tickets and only 2 of the many ticket counters worked. Needless to say we will not go back.

The new renovation is great! The downfall was the broken ticket counters. There were 8 and only 3 were working! This made the line to count tickets long and management seemed unbothered.

The quality of their pizza is 100% BETTER than Incredible pizza.Two drawbacks is that those kids get BASIC small candies for an extraordinary amount of tickets.The other drawback is when Chuck E. Cheese throws those tickets in the air which land on the floor.The floors are FILTHY in ANY building.Find a better way.Other than that; its a cool and really inexpensive way to have fun with your kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews etc.....

This past Friday on 01/25/2019. I brought my daughter and her best friend. They so excited to dance with chuck E. And boy where they let down. This chuck E came out three times while we there. No dancing. No high fives. No ticket throw at the end. All this guy did was walk around the outside of the games. He didn’t even stay out for the full song. My daughter was so disappointed. She literally followed him around the games. He didn’t high five or give a hug to any kid. I’m so upset. I will not be coming back to this location. Also while we were there we were playing games, Our jackets left at the table with the food and drinks. We had more than half a meat pizza and three cups at our table. All of it was thrown away while we played. So frustrated at this location. I would be giving a ZERO star is that was possible. This is not acceptable. I will be contacting corporate.

Well at first I was upset bc like 5 of the machines were out of tickets, and I wasted like 10 mintues of my play time waiting for the ski ball to work, but the manager was really nice and fixed it. We always love chucke cheeses

Went for a sunday funday with my daughter and nephew both are 2 years old. The kids had fun so did my brother and I. (Big kids ) I didnt know they took the ball pit away. Besides that it was a good experience for the kids. I just knew my baby was going to be afraid of Chuck E Chesse, I was wrong lol. The food was OK but who really goes there for the food. I went to see the smile on my baby girls face. Mission accomplished she enjoyed herself more than I thought she would. And I got to set a new high score on the basketball shooting game. So it was a win win for me.

Great place for kids or GROWN ups. Great nice friendly atmosphere the parking needs expanding but other than that the kids had a ball.

Gakes were put of tickets and over crowded. Machines said you won 60 tickets but only gave 20 or so at a time

Girl at the front desk was on her own but still managed to check-in and place orders for multiple groups efficiently. I was impressed. The food was good and the location was clean.

We had a lot of fun.... Its best to purchase the time play card instead of the points when playing games... Its much better... (The theme song says it all where a kid could be a kid)... LOL...

That place is a joke. The adults working in there are rude to the children. They act like they dont want to be at work. A facility that basically caters to chikdren should be a happy place for them. Not one worker had a smile on there face. No friendly greetings and very unwelcoming.

We had my grandsons Birthday Party here. It was Great!! Our hostess was a Wonderful young lady. She was so nice and helpful!! All of the kids had a Great time Everyone, who was working was So Nice and Helpful!! Im sure well be going back again ️

HORRIBLE! service is slow, uncaring, and rude! i was here celebrating a bday of a friends child. service at the counter was slow and lousy. chucky was horrible. he didnt even dance with the kids. great disappointment. Luckily i wasnt the one who wasnt my money on my childs party here.

My son had a Birthday party there yesterday and it was Amazing!!!!!. We received a very warm greeting from a young lady name Taylor that happened to be my childs host for the event. She was so freaking awesome and courteous she made sure that my Son had the best time of his life. Thank you Taylor for going over and beyond.

The manager is rude, the older black guy. He put us out at 9 saying the construction team needs to get in knowing the kids win tickets to get a prize at the end. And then got on his female worker because she redeem my son tickets saying she should have not taken care of us.

This location is great. Management and staff is awesome. Food is good. Just need more games for the kids. Not enough games when its very crowded.

Out grandson gad his birthday party here last Saturday. It was SO crowded that Chucky came out to sing once for 4 didferent parties at the same time. It was crazy my gra dson barely got any time with Chucky as there was kids from 4 parties gathered around him. No personal touches for our party that we paid an arm and a leg for. We will be going to incredible pizza next time. The games were so crowded there was a line to play them. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

What could possibly not be fun and exciting and a good time when there are 500 4ft tall psychopaths running around screaming!! Had a blast!

My family have a great deal of parties here. The kids love it. The food here nothing to be excited about. And have lots of money at hand or your kids will be this appointed.

Its perfect for small kids. Need more games where the parents can participate with their children.

I rated three stars because I was told Chuck E Cheese comes out, walks around and does the ticket blasts every hour on the half hour. Lets face it, a kid seeing him is a part of the grand experience. Not just the games. I called and asked about his appearances and even confirmed when I arrived with my grand child. The guy said hes about to come out. I was at register purchasing our deal package. Yeah Chuck E came out but went right back in and we never saw him again I even stayed longer to see if my grandchild can see him. Nothing. I got tired of waiting and we left after a few games and pizza.I dont care if its one or a hundred children there, if hes paid to come out and make appearances, throw tickets and interact with the kids at an appointed time, he is supposed to do that.

Food menu could have more proportion options & various prices but other than that great experience. They have all you can play Gameplay now at less than $20 so I guess that balances out but the food menu would make it a routine destination

Todays visit was far better than my last! My 6 year old had a great time. There was a manager, I dont know his name but he was very nice an kind, my daughter went an got him because the machine didnt print our tickets an she scared him a bit. She was a bit sad, then he came back an gave her free tickets. She was so happy! She talked about it the whole drive home..... I dont know his name but he was so nice an polite!!!! Thank you will be back next week!

Love the new games but need more

Chuck E. Cheese didnt come out at any of the times he was supposed to. Highly disappointed. It was my grandsons first visit. Hes such a fan from YouTube videos. At this location, its nothing like the videos.

I survived this place. Took my son there for a friends birthday party. Clean, but dated and worn. Staff disinterested, but at least were available. Pizza wasnt horrible, but Ive had store bought frozen stuff that was better. Just hoping my son doesnt ask to have his birthday party there, he hasnt shown any interest, so maybe Ive dodged that bullet.

What in the world happened to Chuck-E-Cheese first they start charging you more per token is not a quarter token it is more like $0.35 to $0.40 per token not that that was crazy enough then they got rid of the tokens and start putting credits on a little card kind of like Incredible Pizza I mean why would you do that when Chuck-E-Cheeses is design for little children people come there to enjoy with their family on a affordable rate Chuck-E-Cheeses is almost as expensive as Incredible Pizza and they dont have nearby the games or the experience as Incredible Pizza. I went there half of the machines were broken the little rides that they do have or broken the selection of games was very poor Chuck-E-Cheese went all the way down and now theyre charging more like a dollar per credit it blew me away the only reason I put two stars? Well to be honest I dont know why I should have put one star but I grew up loving Chuck-E-Cheeses when I was a little boy when my parents took me so now I take my children but now we have to find somewhere new to go.

The staff was courteous and professional. The only problem is the lack of staff. It took forever to get our food.

My son & niece really enjoyed the new games. Im going to be honest about one thing, our meal the pizza wasnt good. It was over cooked and served on a rectangle baking pan.

She we hade a blast, she was having so much fun and ran a little to hard.But she fine.

The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of one was because the staff was so friendly. The restrooms were so nasty. The toilets looked worse than a roadside gas station. Disgusting

It was fun and the kids we took loved it! Just remember to carry your drink cups around with you, if you leave them at the table- the staff throw them away. Otherwise, had a wonderful time!
