Nice course. Probably more beautiful when the leaves are on the trees. Open holes are just that, open. Some are too long for my skills. The wooded holes are technical and fun. Tee boxes are well marked but there are no next teesigns but with a little deduction, you shouldnt get lost. Some tee pads are older and dont offer a lot of runway, which suits me fine. Baskets 9, 10 and 11 were out of place making it a bit confusing and had to refer to the map. However basket 9 became basket 19 with a little electrical tape (see photos). If I didnt live several states away, Id play this course regularly.Also played the North disc golf course. Longer than its sister course(South). Played the new white baskets. There is another course on top of this one with older baskets. There is a huge need for signage. I played around the ponds which obviously affected my score. Overall enjoyed playing this course.***Update*** After talking to employee at a local disc golf shop, found out that the white baskets at north were just place about two weeks prior to this review. Signage will be in shortly.

The park itself was pretty, even though the leaves had already fallen. It was perfect for my 2 year old. This is early spring so it was nice & not crowded. It was also my first time visiting this park after I have driven by it for years & years. We liked it. The geese & ducks are nice to look at.

We like going to the park with the kids and feed the ducks. But today wasnt nice. Two of the ducks were hurt from fishing line being tied to there legs and wings.

Beautiful and clean with a few small lakes scattered throughout the property. Lots of walking trails, my dogs especially love the trails through the woods! So make sure you take your pups, they will have a blast and so will you. And please remember to keep our park beautiful, DO NOT LITTER!!!

Took my little bro yesterday 3/13/2020 to go play at the park. It was empty and wet but he had fun. I was concerned about the rubber that the playground sits on since theres a large pot hole. But overall Brother had fun. :)

Freshly mowed grass. I play the disc golf courses here and they are pretty good at maintaining.

Went to the frisbee golf course here and it was awesome. Well maintained. Here’s a picture of the map which is pretty accurate. Each hole has an updated map showing where the next hole is too. Really fun course.

A lot to offer packed into one location. Baseball, football, skateboard, soccer, 3 ponds, walking paths, disc golf, and plenty restrooms! Seems well maintained as well. Our personal favorite is the firework display on July ️

The magnolia fest was wonderful. A bit pricey for the amount of rides but well staffed, positive attitudes, and fast service. The park is always a great location, roomie and emergency units om location.

Clean, beautiful, and walking/jogging trail.

Its the only park besides in hernando where both my kids 8 and 2 years old can play and have fun. It has nature walk play ground ponds wish it had some swings

This is a great park for specific sports. From football fields to tennis courts, sports teams in the area have a great facility to practice.

Multi-purpose sports park in Horn Lake, MS. Fun, little play area for the little ones, walking trails and a lake.

Grass taking over walkway. Walkway washing out in places. Bridge crossing over run off from big lake has broken wood causing a big hole. City of Horn Lake needs to take better care of its park. Lawsuits are possible due to neglagence.

To be a city park, this place is generally well kept. The play area is nice. Theres a tennis court and a HUGE covered patio with several picnic tables. But the bathrooms... stay away.

Beautiful park. Grounds are well kept, and the ground keepers are friendly. I play disc golf here. They have 2 very nice courses. The south course is easier and allot of fun, while the North course is more challenging and a little frustrating, but good for getting better at the sport. The layout of both courses can be a little confusing the first time you play. Overall some of the best disc golf in North West mississippi!

Nice clean park. Had a playground for the kids. Also a frisbee golf course. Couple ponds. Always clean when Ive been there. Lots of parking. Were from the north, so the abundance of lizards kept the kids busy chasing them more than anything else.

Trick or Trunk was okay. It just amazes me how the City of HornLake bathrooms are at the public park. Not even fit for a dog to use the restroom. Doors hanging off the restroom stalls. Not one of the toilets worked.We had to leave the event due to how nasty and disgusting the restrooms were. Please fix this issue.

This park had everything! A pond to fish in period Frisbee golf! Hiking trails. A nice childrens playground and more! Glad it is so close to my granddaughter. They actually found this place by mistake due to a food wagon event that was happening there the weekend before. I wish I had my phrase be with me. It even had plenty of ball fields. Way more than what I expected for any park, especially one this size.

Ive lived in horn lake for most of my life and this park has been here for quite a long part of it. The park is clean and its really appreciated that they keep hosting events. I also use the location to take a lot of photos with clients and friends.

Is going down. Sewer water in walking trails. They only care for the frisbee players. Playground is old and worn out. The whole park need a makeovet.

Very pleasant... I take my niece to the childrens play park regularly, I wish there was more shade and bathrooms closer but overall we always enjoy our time at Larimer lakes park

This is a great place for a picnic or gathering. Beautiful scenery and nice play areas. Very clean restrooms and seating areas. Might need to bring hand soap and tissue though.

I grew up close to this park and it sad to see the condition it’s in. I would love to see it back to what it used to be.

The discgolf course is a fun and homey style place. Its just great being outdoors and in nature. Very clean park. Park is able to move around the baskets to add for a good switch up.
