My new young wife & I rented & lived in an apartment at City Point Inn in Hopewell while I was stationed at Ft. Lee in 1976. City Point was an amazing place to stay due to its history. I wonder, all these years later, why there are no pictures of the place beyond postcards.

A simple, well done museum for a major part of the town of Hopewells history during the Civil War and its part in taking back Richmond. Its definitely more for those really interested in history as its a small museum
