Went to my grandsons birthday party there. The kids had a blast. The staff were very nice and helpful. My only problem was the tile floors were very sticky they definitely needed to be cleaned. For that early in the day and very few people there it couldnt have been done the night before.
We attended a birthday party here and it was awesome. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they love working there. There is something for all age groups. The arcade is fun, the massage chairs are a nice touch, and there is so much to do.

Visited for the first time over Veterans Day weekend. Very clean and well staffed facility. Prices are comparable to other trampoline parks in the area. There are games to play within the park as well as a ninja course, foam puts, and trampoline space as expected. There is a dedicated area for younger children as well. Outside of the trampoline area, they also have electronic games like ski-ball and some light snacks. Worth checking out of youve been to the others. Well be back.

Love this place, especially my child. The only thing I wish they had is a party room, or two. Other than that its a very relaxed and fun place to take children to enjoy themselves, while you join in or lounge on the comfy couches. Also, I love the purple & orange color scheme.
What a wonderful way to spend a few hours! Our team came here today for our unit team building event and had such a blast. I heard people saying they were too afraid to try some of the activities or do jumps and flips but within 30 mins everyone was out there jumping around like crazy. I look forward to my next trip here with friends.
Kids had a blast with plenty to do. Great prices and military discount. Keep the socks for future visits when purchase. Also had massage chairs and plenty of space for parties.
Kids had ALOT of fun here. Is huge and got great places to lounge and watch. We def plan to go back. What’s great is it’s made for all ages.

Family fun for all. Great way to get in a workout and having fun doing it. The kids get all their energy out in a challenging way and naps are the best reward after an hour here.
Awesome place. Prices were good, they had plenty of jumping games my daughter loved it and so did it. It also gives you a good workout and they also have food and drinking products and also games......

Love this place, I booked my daughter’s birthday party wrong in line thinking I would get a table and when I got there I find out I didn’t have enough jumpers for a birthday table, but Hannah was amazing, she made it work she got us a table hooked us up with a Shirt for my daughter and catered to us and took. Really good care of us... Hannah made our day and she’s truly amazing, very understanding, personable, and amazing customer service. Thank you Hannah we my daughter’s birthday was more than we asked for and she had a blast! We will definitely be coming back again.
Great place for kids. The day we went Idk if they were under staffed but it took a long to be served and a bunch of hungry screaming kids is not what you want at a kids establishment. It was still a wonderful experience though.
Not the best trampoline park in Fayetteville, but it gets the job done. I feel like if you want to stay away from the older crowd and let your little ones have fun this is the park to come to. I go straight to the dodgeball area. I show no remorse. Mu ha ha ha!

Great afternoon with the kids here. They played dodgeball, basketball, did acrobatics, and wall climbing. Perfect place for the active child to go. Plenty of space available for birthday parties and all. The only issue that we had was the machine to pay for the arcade games did not work properly when you pay with your card. Cash works at the individual machines though. Reccommend this spot. Will be returning.
I would give 10 stars. This place is so great for kids all age. We had wonderful time at a friends kid birthday party. My kid didnt want to leave. Many activities for toddler and older kids, rock climbing is amazing and pretty safe. Staff is great, eager to help with smile. We will be going back few more times until my kids get tired of it. Keep up the good job.
My children had an awesome time!! My daughter enjoyed her bday and we all had so much fun!! Plus the prices for everything was very reasonable!

I love this trampoline park! It is a open trampoline park, and isn’t as busy as other trampoline parks! I like that they have things for kids of all ages! They have a part for toddlers, and some for the older kids. They even have a arcade area for kids who want to take a break from jumping! They have a area for dodgeball, and a place where you can jump into a foam pit! They also have a concession area if you are hungry... My only complaint would be the area where you can jump over the Foam thing that spins around, it should have a age limit, I notice a few kids can get hurt in it! Overall great place to be for birthday parties, and even on rainy days!

Park was clean and organized. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There were plenty of hand sanitizer stations and the air conditioning kept the place cool even on a 90+ degree day.
Had my daughters 7th birthday party today at surge, rating only 3 stars because of the time it took them to have us a table and get my party of 9 kids jumping. So 1st off they tell u not to arrive earlier than 15 mins before ur party, do not listen go hour early. Had all wavers finished 5 mins into our 2 hour time slot for the party, waited in line for 15 mins trying to get party paid for and trying 2 get our space. Staff were only concerned with the waivers, had my party standing with pizza, presents, and cake and other foods. Had 2 get rude 2 the dense at the front twice, just trying to seat the adults and have our table. By this time its 35 mins into the party and shes still talking about waivers and my kids just disappointed with all there hearts. Watching all this fun and lady at front couldnt get a host and finish 3 or 4 waviers. Me and my wife finally split up and grabbed other staff members. So needless to say its 50 mins into the 2 hour time slot for the party before they can jump, the party was from 2 to 4. At 4:05 they had rounded up my party and made them leave the jumping area. The party host we had was great, young male and made sure he did his job. The confusion is right at the door, no manger, just 2 lines. So the party was quite expensive but a must do for the kids, just very disappointed in their jump time, minus cake presents they got 35 mins or so.
The staff is great and my kids love it here. I do wish they would keep the bug kids out of the little kids area better

This is a fun place for the kids to burn some energy off. Snacks and drinks are available at the concession. Clean restrooms and equipment. One team member (staff) stands out, a young man named DeMarco. He is very good with the children, offering guidance and encouragement while they attempt obstacles.

$25 plus one-time sock purchase for an hour of play. Actually a good value for the kids to tire themselves out jumping. Some of the stations are a little sketch. Mostly disintereted teenagers assigned to each station so keep a safe eye on your wee ones.
My family and I went to Surge on 3/15/19 and they had a blast!! My husband, the kids ages 10, 14, & 15 really enjoyed themselves. The staff were teenagers but they were stationed throughout the park and was attentive at all times from my observation. They were friendly and one young man I cant remember his name was of the upmost respectful, pleasant, friendly and engaged with the kids. The facility was clean and spacious. Theres an arcade section, a concession section, picnic style tables for parties. Comfortable sofas, tvs on the wall, massage chairs throughout the park. And theres even a section for younger kids to jump.I did read some other reviews about the staff letting kids run all over the place and in my opinion I think thats a job for the parents to control their kids. I didnt jump but I watched and observed my kids to ensure that they were playing in a manner that would not harm themselves or others. When I saw my 10 year old twins running I as the parent told them to stop and walk. I didnt wait for the workers to do my job of being a parent for me.Kids will be kids and when excitement sets in sometimes they tend to lose self-control and discretion but thats when the parents step in to help bring it back into subjection. With that being said, my overall experience was wonderful and I know my kids & husband already wants to go back!

Absolutely love it here. A lot more to do here than at other trampoline parks! Theres a whole arcade, consesions that arent overpriced, a huge dodgeball ring, rockclimbing and more!

Place was really nice and clean but they overcharged us knowingly would not offer refund employees are children and one was rude. Kids had a blast despite the one employee finding fault in everything they did ages 4 and 7.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Paid for 3 hours got 1 1/2 because we were under 13 and our parents left to get pizza and made us wait outside for our parents. The manager is horrible and very rude took my phone and called my parents horrible managers.
