This is our community pool, in NorthGate, and during business hours or school ours, the pool is very quite and very nice staff and the gym and the bathrooms (at least females one) is nice and clean and has a sauna and a area with lockers, benches and a scale to check your weight. They also have a pool table and a library along with weekly and monthly events.

Yesterday my company hosted an event in the Royal Palm Club House and I cant say enough about the practical space, courtesy of the staff, and ease of doing business with them. From beginning to end, John was helpful and eager to accommodate the needs of our 60 people on the premises. The on-site amenities like the kitchen, stage, AV access, and furniture made our event turnkey. Thank you for helping to make our event a success. I definitely recommend taking a look at this space for events you may have of your own..

The Social Director, John Beck , runs the place like a RITZ Carlton. The Residents of North Gate have a lot of Pride of of ownership and demand allot of attention to detail and so far John and his staff Deliver Five Star Service!This rating is ongoing and I must say that this North Gate Community is the best in all of Miami. The people and the residents are warm, friendly and very respectful caring for one another. This Clubhouse is the Heart and Soul of what makes North Gate a Five Star Resort Upscale Community. My wife and I held our wedding reception at the royal palm clubhouse and could not have been happier! The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is warm, welcoming, and helpful. We are so thankful to everyone at the royal palm clubhouse.

Very pretty and clean. Nice gym & pool areas. Plenty of meeting spaces and a cute library.

My sisters and I rented the clubhouse for my parents 60th birthday and it was a complete success. John and his team were very accommodating and helpful when we were setting up all of the decor. My parents and all of the guests had a great time.

A lovely atmosphere, clean and friendly staff with great amenities. However the pool is freezing and many regulars agree that its far too cold to enjoy or even go in at all. I pay out of pocket to come here since Im not a resident and I really come for the pool, so Im basically paying for something I cant even use. The owner waves it off and the problem hasnt been taken care of or addressed at all for months and months with several people complaining. Its very disappointing to come to the club and never get to go into the pool.

Love the venue for all my events. Will continue to recommend this place. Facility amd bathroom well maintained. Staff and John always so pleasant to work with. Thank you guys!Thank you,Jennifer

As Keysgate residents for 17 years so far, yes we love our club house,and just to let the staff know, we notice the up grades in the clubhouse and we love it. You are all doing a great job, the captain and his crew.

The Summerfest event was fantastic for neighborhood families. Congrats to John Beck and his team for organizing it. PS - Loved the bands.

Friendly staff. Only use the pool. Kid friendly, but strict to the rules. No jumping or toys in the pool.Haven’t used the gym or other services.
