Consistent quality. Always an enjoyable experience. I never have any issues at flagship cinemas and I appreciate that level of service.

I Love Flagship. Dont turn your back on our Fave Movie theatre that has been there for us and brought you so many Great movies and movie experiences and memories just because that new one on Krome came.

The place is very good and afordable. Also they have couple video games so kids can play while they are waiting for the movie to start.

Lovely personal, great and not expensive place to go and enjoy a movie, no many people so you can enjoy with out been disturb.

I actually liked this theater. Prices are awesome. The kid at the front counter was real nice. The cinema rooms are small and the screens are smaller than what you are used to as oppose to going to an AMC or better cinema. The screens could use some updating. Either way, you cant go wrong with the prices and you still enjoy the movie.

Easily a below average location. Staff is mediocre, seats smell of sweat and feel moist, arm rests are a bit sticky. Bathrooms are nice but the seating needs to be redone. This place has a 4/5-star potential. Please redo the seating!

Not bad...but they could use to do a better job.cleaning. Whole building from front doors to theater armrests could use a cleaning...it was ok. Finding this place since its tucked in the back of a complex too a minute but we found it. A bit of a crowd just milling at the front door young riff Raff they should have probably broke up...but nothing threatening...just Friday night kids.

The guy at the concession (think he was a manager) was the most cheerful and delightful movie theater worker I have ever seen! He deserves a promotion!

Cozy Local Cinema that offers great prices and specials on food and tickets, Visual and Audio of the rooms are great and the chairs are comfy to enjoy the films youll be watching.

The reason Im giving Flagship a 4 is so that their rating will stay higher.Theyve got new competition in town in downtown Homestead, and Flagship really needs to step up its game.So hopefully this encourages them to betterness.

Saw Toy Story 4... the theater is clean, staff friendly, and the best part is that there arent any lines for anything. Its a pretty chill place. Inside the theater is small... its older than most movie theaters around and could use a renovation. There are reclining seats and the cup holder/ arm rest go up and down.

Its an ok movie theater i think some changes need to be done and upgrades wherever management sees fit because the cleaners arent doing a good job and i guess theres no one supervising them. I drop my purse below the seat while watching a movie here and used my phone light and they was alot of trash under there and popcorn scattered all over. Im not sure if it was from just that day or if its been sitting there but i know it shouldnt be there. However the prices for movies are good.

First time here with my family. We came to see Captain Marvel. Clean place. No long lines for tickets. I love it. Friendly staff. Just a great family place. Good parking too.We liked it so much, we came back the very next day, to see a matinee.

Always have enjoyed this theater! Not many lines, polite staff, a few rude people with too many kids texting on cells and when the staff mentions this, ignorant parents get offended and call the nice staff rude. Family oriented is nice but not rude kids stepping on your feet and never taught to say excuse me!

I barely go to the movies but in the past year Ive gone twice to Flagship. First time was to watch the Grinch with my five-year-old and this time was with a church friend to go watch the movie unplanned. Both were phenomenal the seating is great very clean very quiet I truly enjoy the place and the movies. I most definitely will be coming back.

It was okay. Only $7.25 admission 2 pm Saturday showing. The rugs could use a good vacuum. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall we had a great time afternoon at the movies.

We went here because it was the only movie theater around... movies Never start on time... and you have a 50/50 chance that their will not be a problem once it starts...examples are sound stops working... movie freezes or the movie Never starts... plus they put us in a non 3D theater with glasses and all only to realize you are just going to get a headache... I hope the new movie theater in downtown Homestead is much better!

Went on a Monday, really clean hallway and lobby. Assigned theater was a mess, cokes and popcorn wrappers all over the floor. Food okay. Price pretty good, $20 for the ticket, large coke and large popcorn.

Went with my 4 year son for the free summer movie hosted on Tuesday and Thursday. The staff was very kind in directing us to the correct room. Its was the first time we have been here. Its not visible from 312 Campbell Dr. But I was still easily able to find it. Plenty of parking space. Large bucket of popcorn is $10 and $3.75 for a refill. Rooms are much smaller than the movie theater at Southland mall which is where I usually go to. Rooms are very cold and the armrest on the seats are movable if you want to snuggle . I will be going again next week.

It was sooo warm in the theater today where its normally kind of cold which I enjoyed a lot. The popcorn was pretty stale as well.

We were so excited to have a new movie theater in our area several years ago. The place was great and had plenty of parking. The seats were OK and the actual theaters were good. The sound system was spit on. Fast forward to 2019. The theater has been here for some time and sits in the exact same state as it was built. Carpets are nasty and walls dirty. The seats are questionable and if you drop something, you might as well say good bye. Our last and final experience at the theater was to see Captain Marvel last night. Three separate groups of teens were throughout the theater and others had to continually hush them. Rude remarks and foul words were said throughout the movie. To top it off items were throw and people would walk into the theater shouting rude remarks. We left early because of this and told the manager what was happening. She did ensure us that they normally have people drop in the theater to ensure everyone is good and also said that they only had a couple people working that night, offering up the spring break reason for the rudeness. We paid 22 dollars for a movie we didnt get to enjoy because other people wanted to have there own party or talk during the film. No thanks, not again.

I watched Frozen 2 with my kids and tickets where the most affordable all around , the combos and treats were affordables and over all I save a lot of money.

Discount admission on Tuesdays. The workers are definitely a mix of teens and younger adults but they were all very helpful, well mannered, were very patient with the kids. and gave excellent service.

Popcorn is cold in a glass container infront. Butter is old and movie theatre reeks of mold and sweat. Chairs are loud and armrests are sticky everytime. Would not recommend and waste money on this place.

I’ve been here a handful of times and most times I’ve had a bad experience. Whether that be because it smelled like insect repellent, the speakers were too loud, or (in today’s case) the movie starts late. Not only that but the projection kept going off, about 20 minutes into the movie the projection went off and again closer to the end of the movie and rewinding about half an hour. I’ve never had any of these problems in any other theater I’ve ever been to.

1ST OFF IF YOU ARE FAMILY WITH LITTLE ONES WANTING TO ACTUALLY WATCH THE MOVIE DONT COME HERE.Some of the staff have a rude attitude towards you when you get there, ok I get it you are maybe overwhelmed with the other customers and noise and what not still take a deep breathe because some clearly wear their emotions on their sleeve. The tickets for the movie are a little expensive @ $9.75 each I ended up paying almost $30 for 2 adults and 1 child. When online the tickets said $7.75 each but whatever. Im glad that I did get that annual popcorn package does come in handy. Just fyi I wish the staff was more prepared with items at the candy bar and they had the popcorn tops for the refills because they always run out of something. Now we head to the seats.....ok as we were a little early the movies was quite but it started 10 mins late and once the movie started all these teens came in making noise cursing and throwing popcorn. We really couldnt enjoy the movie because everytime something happen they yelled...they talked loud...they cursed. ..they had their phones out taking pics like really. At one point Im assuming what was a police officer actually had to tell the group of teens cut it out. They were very rude, I complain to the movie employee and he told me well they did pay their ticket too. WTF I just walked away because I know my attitude. All Im saying paying almost $50 for the movies people should be able to enjoy themselves and people who acted like the way they did last should be escorted out because they are ruining it for everyone else who wants to watch the movie. And they also need to have people checking tickets better because I heard a kid tell his friend they were going to movie hop (go in other movies)Im just very upset by the way the movie employees handled that last night. Definitely wont be going back there hopefully the movies in Homestead Station are cheaper and people could actually enjoy their movie experience!!!!!!!

Low prices and usually plenty of room. Snacks and drinks are pricey as expected and also not the best quality but staff is quick to help and there is not much to be desired in terms of cleanliness of the theaters.

Great theater. Love that the concessions line goes quickly and I always see the supervisor/manager pitching in at the tickets line or concessions as soon as there is a hint that they are needed.

Homesteads lone movie theater. You get what you pay for. Prices are reasonable. But the seats need to be upgraded or cleaned. Feels sticky when you sit on them. So flagship better shape up because homestead is building a new movie theater on krome ave. They will be losing more customers

Questionable cleaning at this location. Seats are uncomfortable. Its Cheap pricing for movies, but unfortunately it shows in how they maintain their establishment.Definitely do not agree with their policy of keeping the lights on when the preview trailers start rolling; takes the fun away.

Worked here for a long time and trust me when I say dont waste your money. Smells musky and dirty all the time. Company utterly fails with cleanliness. Please for the love of God dont buy food from here. Food is never kept at a proper tempt. I first had have seen many people get sick off of eating the food from this place. Especially from eating the hot dogs. Nacho cheese and bread from here is kept upstairs at the wrong tempt. Literally just thrown upstairs in cardboard boxes, where theres barely any air conditioning. Im honestly surprised an health inspector hasnt shut this hell hole down. Managers dont care, and always steal money and inventory from the company, most employees follow in their path due to poor leadership. Poor customer service; Staff is highly unprofessional. Manager Jose Feliciano is racist towards people of color and while I worked there would often man racist remarks towards crew members of color. Jose Feliciano and Sherman Collins dont care about this company and often would talk poorly of corporate and the owners of this movie theater. Claiming that they can fool them and get away with anything they wish. This included directly stealing money from the safe, refunding fake tickets and keeping the money from themselves and stealing thousands of dollars in inventory. They treat their employees terribly; their supervisors specifically. They only reason they have supervisors is to blame them for their loss of money and inventory that they steal.

Worst movie theater Ive ever been to! The people that go here are disgusting, rude, self centered and disrespectful. Ive been here 3 times and a horrible experience each time. People talk LOUDLY during the entire movie. Kids scream, run around and climb on other peoples seats without their parents saying anything to them. They eat snacks and make a mess everywhere. Nobody has any consideration for other movie goers. DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATER! If you have to drive all the way up to Southland Mall, do that instead.

There was a little wait before they got the movie started because of some technical problem but overall a nice place to catch a movie. But make sure to bring a jacket because they keep it really cold. (Like most other movie theaters.)

The prices are about 50 cent cheaper than regal. Not usually crowded during matinee hours but gets packed with teenagers on Friday and Saturday nights. Plenty of parking, several restaurant options in the same plaza, including chilis, pizza and sushi. Across the street are several other large chains and fast food down the road.

I love this Cinema. Its hardly ever busy either. Even on a Friday night theres only a few dozen cars in the parking lot. Usually the individual movie theaters are 95 percent empty which I like. Your favorite seats are always empty and the service is fast because of so few customers. It might not be good for the business but its good for the customer. The bathrooms are clean and very large. The place is reasonably clean too. Just bring a coat whenever you go. They keep the place ice cold.

I dont typically participate in open forum discussions. But I will make an exception in this case. Simply put cant beat the prices and overall friendliness from the staff. We live in Country Walk and prefer going south for these reasons. The Falls is nice but to expensive for movie tickets & popcorn. Just saying! Kendall Regal is always packed its like Disney World on weekends. Not saying Flagship Homestead is super fantastic but it fits our needs. Over the years my wife and I have had great service from the staff. Thats really whats its all about. They appreciate our business and we appreciate them. Keep up the great work!

Well went here because it was close by. That was a mistake. As soon as we entered the theater there was a really bad smell. Just a dank humid stench. We stayed to see our movie but we wont be returning. I gave 2 stars for the kids working there. They had great customer service skills!

Nice and clean and cheaper than other movie theaters. Only issue is alot of minors come without supervision and sometimes can be a little loud during the movie.

My god kids, cousins and I are here tonight to see BLACK PANTHER. Its great to bring them here because it isnt as packed as other thearters. I love coming here and spending time my babies!!!

This theater is breaking the law by not providing closed captioning for deaf guests. They are a digital theater even providing 3-d movies so how can they ignore to allow those who have a hearing loss from also enjoying going to the movies? Shame on you Flagship Cinemas!
